A wonderful place to stay for a very good price! The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom has everything that you need. Breakfast is included with many options to choose from and you can grab a snack from the kitchen all day. It's situated very close to Campanha station from which almost all metro lines will take you to every part of the city.

Location - this house is near the metro station and railway st. (which will send you to the center in 10 mins). Also there is bus stop near the doors. I like it’s interior, owner (very friendly) and condition of whole house. Breakfasts included - additional pleasure. If you are going to visit Porto for few days - it will be very good choice.

Just spent two nights here lovely family run place the host lovely, the room is quirky and nice and comfortable. The breakfast is self service great selection of pastries, bread, ham, cheese fresh oranges from there tree to make fresh orange juice. Great breakfast lovely place to stay would highly recommend.

Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit reichhaltigstem Frühstücksangebot und großer Küche zur Nutzung. Standort ist nah zur Metrostation und 3 km zur Innenstadt, liegt in einem Stadtteil was im Umbruch begriffen ist.(500m zum Douro)

Excellent budget hotel tastefully decorated inside with stone classed walls . Spotlessly clean and modern decor . The kitchen can be used by everyone staying including a microwave. The breakfast bread fruit cereal juice croissants can be eaten all day anytime . The 400 bus stop to city centre is opposite and campanha train station is ten minute walk . I’m really glad I made this choice !

Amazing place to stay, no complaints! We stayed for 2 nights and never saw any of the other guests (left and came back early) therefore bathroom was always available. The kitchen is clean and stocked with pasteries, cereal, coffee/tea, yogurt ect. 5 minute walk to Campanha station that will take you to the main area in about 5 mins by train. Highly recommend!

Amazing house really close to Campanha train station. As down side I would say the only toilet to share between the top floor rooms, and it can have a lot of noise if you leave the window open in the morning due to the location. Breakfast is really nice and the host an unbelievable person!

The place is perfect inside, nice rooms, great living room with a balcony and self serving generous breakfast. The location is convenient to bus and train station, which is why this is not the nicest neighborhood. Our room was very quiet but we did not face the busy road.

A welcome respite with a generous host. Easy walk from the train station. Fantastic water pressure to wash away your travel pains. Bed was hard but we slept well. Friendly cats and a nice view on the back patio. Shared bathrooms.

Super cost-benefit. Rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast has a great variety. The location is great, the Campanhã station can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. Just keep in mind that the bathroom is shared. The service is good as well. I was able to do my check-in very late in the night, and, although I spoke with the owner in Portuguese, he seems to be English-friendly. I think this would be a great place for a group of friends to rent since there are common rooms and a fully equipped kitchen to use.

Super gelegen direkt an der Bahn und Busstation Campanha.Aussen noch nicht restauriert, dafür aber innen positiv überraschend! Sehr liebevoll ,stylisch und sehr schön gestaltet.Sehr herzliche Begrüßung ,frische Brötchen und 🥐 der Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung

- The owner was really gentle and flexible for check in/check out - Good breakfast with hand-made cakes - The place was really really cold, in the room I had an electric fire but nothig for toilet and common spaces - The location is good if you want to be close to the Campanha train station, but really far from the center - My room was at the 1st floor and I heard really well the cars in the street; I double checked also if maybe the main door was open....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the worst hotel we stayed in Portugal. It is unclean and the staff were incredibly rude. The toilets were not maintained and the breakfast was terrible.

Great to visit, nice rooms, perfect breakfast, friendly owner, near centre by bus or by train. Some rooms are oriented to the street which could be rush in the morning.

Absolutely amazing hotel! I wish I had taken pictures also wish I was staying longer. The bed was super comfortable. Really hope I get a chance to stay here again!

We loved the place. Clean, with a lot of natural light, and modern. So worth the price with the place. Bedroom and shared areas like kitchen. We hope to come back to Porto, and we’ll absolutely come back here.

Noisy, but this is a place where there is lots of traffic, don't forget ! Nice place, clean, modern, bright light. Host very attentive to details. Superb breakfast.

Das Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche waren immer sehr sauber. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, in der man kochen kann und eigenes Kühlschrankfach erhält. Das Frühstück war exzellent und es mangelte an nichts. Die Bahnstation Campanha ist nur 5-10 min zu Fuß entfernt und von dort fahren auch Regionalzüge, die einen schnell in den Norden oder Süden von Porto reisen lassen. Der Gastgeber war super nett.
