Fantastic location, charming apartment in beautiful setting. Plenty of space. Access to private gardens, pool, terrace and gym. Highly recommended. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Seriously great location in an area full of quirky shopping and restaurants off the beaten track. The apartments themselves are like a mini oasis in this pretty hilly city. We got one of the ground floor apartments so our windows were facing a stonewall but others would have a better view. Easy to organise check in and luggage storage so don't let that hold you back.

Very well situated apartments with amazing garden, accessible appliances, gym and private car park. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be back in the future.

These apartments are right in the center of Porto. From here you can go by foot basically anywhere. The service was very good. They waited for us, as we arrived quite late and helped us the day we had to leave to store our luggage for some time. The rooms are very spacious and the garden is very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend anyone to book here if they are looking for a place in Porto.

My friend and I stayed there for the last 3 nights. So central we didn't get taxis or use public transport. Clean and well equipped the garden with the pool is lovely! And the check in guy was lovely with great food recommendations 👍🏻

Clean rooms with great shower and good beds. Very central location meaning most places can easily be explored by foot. Outdoor area is also very nice. Rooms interior is simple but functional. Staff very helpful.

Beautiful old villa set in a quite part of Porto surrounded by grass covered grounds and very refreshing pool. Complimentary lawn chairs and umbrella covered patio tables / chairs, well equipped gym, laundry facilities were a welcome relief. Room was spacious, air conditioned and equipped with small fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, stove and coffee maker. Plates, cups, cutlery, lots of storage and comfortable king bed. Shower unfortunately leaked under glass door creating a large puddle into room previously damaging the bathroom door. Cleaning staff aware but maintenance needed to repair. Excellent breakfast offered for €7.50, delivered at your choice of time. Coffee cartridges offered for €.50. Staff were excellent and very efficient and easily reached in person during daytime or phone after hours. One night a great deal of noise and commotion took place in the room above late into the evening (8-12 midnight) sounding like maintenance being conducted. The location, charm and special features (pool, breakfast, laundry, well equipped gym), parking made this an excellent choice. Great little wine bar right next door added another nicety.

Terrific location with a spacious parking lot. The apartments are sizable and clean, but shower is horrible with a narrow jet spray. Wife is very precarious and too slow for any type of remote work - I've stayed at the ground apartments down left at the property, with garden view.

I booked this hotel in October 2021 for a stay in June 2022. The Friday before my stay at 1am I was sent an email claiming my card details were not validated and if not updated my booking would be cancelled in 24hrs. (I still do not understand why my card is invalid?) I did not see this email until Saturday at which point they had already cancelled my booking and already taken another booking in its place. I'd been in contact with the hotel 3 weeks prior to confirm my flight arrival details and to book a transfer from the airport which was all confirmed. So it isn't like there had been no contact since my booking. There was no real effort from the hotel to get in contact with me... text, call or WhatsApp me or give a courtesy call to check I still required my booking. They show little compassion, couldn't help me find somewhere else, couldn't phone new guests (who booked less than a few hours ago and advise there had been an error/ mistake) So 4 days before my holiday due to them cancelling my booking I have nowhere to stay. Im just glad that I saw the email as if I hadn't I would have arrived with my friend and daughter in 4 days with nowhere to stay as, as far as I was aware I was being picked up by hotel from airport and had printed off my hotel confirmation so didn't feel a need to log back into my booking. Asked for contact details for manager. Told I couldn't have them. Asked if manager could call me, no phone call received. They obviously don't care about their guests, have no loyalty to someone that has booked months in advance. My advise would be to book somewhere else.

Fantastic property in a great location. You have access to a gym, pool and gardens if you want to soak up the sun. It’s in a quiet area but with the bonus of the best wine bar in Porto next door, a great family restaurant 2 min walk away and access to a number of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. If you want to go to the riversides it’s a 15-20 min downhill walk, coming back we got a taxi to the nearby square and costs €5 The apartment had everything you need, powerful shower, kitchenette, tv and Wi-Fi Will be on my list to stay when we come back to Porto

Perfect location, gorgeous wine bar next door and beautiful pool and gardens

Very quiet neighborhood with a great wine bar next to it. Only a few minutes walk away from the city centre. We enjoyed our short stay there. And João was really helpful with his tips.

Almost perfect place to stay in Porto. Quirky renovated rooms but some of the amenities needed a little more attention. The pool and gardens were exquisite.

Fantastic appartement in the vicinity of Porto centrum. Great reception and really nice room with beautiful high ceiling. Next door is a nice bar in an old religious building. We had an amazing experience also due to the great apartment

Great location, warm welcome, comfortably and fully equipped rooms in an elegant setting. Even though the Appartements are located near by the city Centre it is quiet. All important sightseeing is available in short distance.
