Excellent sandwiches and a clean restaurant. I normally order through the app and have no problem picking up my order upon arriving at the restaurant. Some have commented on the inattentiveness of the staff. I do know the place gets busy around lunch, but that has never created a problem for me personally.

It's confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles.

Never had a good experience at a potbelly's in the 3 times I've been to one, first visit to this location. Slow service, inattentive staff, overpriced food... Just go to subway. They put lettuce on my pizza melt, i didnt ask for nor want lettuce. Chili looks unappetizing and smells bad, they just melted what looked like craft cheese on top of it. No one manning the register so i had to flag down a worker in order to pay, had to tell them what i got (twice because they weren't listening)... I decided to give this location a chance after being disappointed by the eden prairie mall location, I won't be back.

The soup I ordered was cold when I got it they didn’t add cheese as they said they did. And they made us pay before we even had our sandwiches made so we couldn’t choose additional toppings. I want a refund

Ordered a few sandwiches and they both came plain. It's not hard to add the toppings I ordered.

I went to potbelly Sunday November 19th about 2pm. I don't know the guys name but he had a hat on turned to the side.He was fixing a sandwich and we stood there over five minutes. He never gave us no eye contact, he did speak or say I'll be right with you. We left. That's not good Customer service at all. He need more training!!! I will never go there again!!

Friendly staff, clean establishment and quick service. I love their wreck sandwich, will be back!

Not usually one to write a review as it’s just fast food 😅 But I just had a pretty unpleasant experience I felt I had to share. I walked in and was the only one in the store (though they were clearly swarmed with online/phone orders) but stood waiting as a few people walked by me ignoring me. I finally got my sandwich made after a few min and got to the register. I was snapped at rudely by the cashier when I asked if there were cookies and then she walked away for a few minutes to do other tasks and then continued to pass out online orders to 3 different people before checking me out and by that time there was a line of 6+ people behind me. Being busy and short staffed/slow is understandable. Being ignored and snapped at is not.

Did online order, waited 25 minutes and literally over 20 people went through line as walk ins after getting theirs first. You’re better off not using app! Waste of time. Never again!

Have had a couple of good experiences here. I went here tonight at 8:30pm. The app and the storefront say they close at 9pm. When I arrived, the place was closed without a sign on the door or a person around. Potbelly had a BOGO promotion going on today so I was not able to use the promo. Decent bummer.

Gave me a free drink while picking up a doordash order. Also their sandwiches are good

We love Potbelly, frequent many locations and my wife used to work there, so I know this is not normal. That being said, the sandwich bread at this Potbelly is rarely cooked all the way through. I have brought this up on a few occasions both to employees there and to Potbelly's website with little care or no response. I waited to write a review because we assumed it was a temporary issue, but this has been happening for over 6 months now. This is our neighborhood Potbelly but we are done giving second chances and will drive to further locations.

This used to be my favorite spot pre pandemic days. Now the lack of management supervision gives way to children just throwing your sandwich together with onions thick as onion rings. Very sloppy with way too much of lettuce and over saturated with dressing. Just sloppy

Very tasty sandwiches and professional staff. The dining room has a very old world feel to it with turned wood railings and furniture. I really enjoyed my time here. One unexpected thing is that for me the doors were very difficult to open I think because they had very powerful air exchange and cooling... Or Maybe I'm just weak! got to get into the gym more often I suppose.

The service and greeting as you enter this location is the best. It could of been because I was starving, but this sandwich was the best of any location around the metro! Killing it potbelly's. Thank you

I was there with my father-in-law and one of the employees was pretty rude to him. My father-in-law was asking a question and it didn't seem like the employee was too enthused to help. His tone of voice wasn't very nice. Won't go back.

Absolutely the worst place to eat! They only took online orders the night I went in which I had already placed before arriving there. Once I walked in they yelled at an older gentleman that they were closed and then told me they ran out of bread…. They ran out of bread! They said I’d get my refund and a confirmation email sent to me. I have yet to receive this and my money back. Then to only see people walking out that same store with sandwiches! How dumb is that if you were waiting to restock just say that!

Great atmosphere for a weekday lunch rush. The employees had everything under control even with a line it moved very smoothly. There was even live music to have a nice mental break from work. Turkey club with pickles was yummy and warm and just what I needed 👍🏽 made my hump day better.

Just got this, I personally think this bacon burnt, not cooked well. Can someone tell me something about this

Male worker in black long-sleeved shirt, glasses and hat on backwards was picking nose throughout the time we were ordering and eating our sandwiches. He also had put his hand under his shirt and was itching his armpit with one hand while simultaneously itching his balls with the other. He did this behind the cash register in plain view of all customers, while talking to his coworker. GROSS 🤢

First visit to a potbelly's. Staff refused to make a recommendation but what I slapped together was great (#1 with peppers + lettuce and mayo). This particular location has some nice seating where you can either mingle or hide in the corner and watch the world walk/drive by. Very clean.

Normally a great sandwich shop, however today the kid working was in a such a hurry to get my order made he probably had my sandwich in the toaster for 15 seconds. Sandwich was cold(not the way it should be.) There wasn't anyone else in line and I certainly wasn't in any hurry. I wish that he wasnt.

I ordered a wreck with double meat and mushrooms and double cheese for delivery. I received the order early which was awesome! I also noticed that the sandwich was missing the double meat and the mushrooms. At first I wasn't completely believed, they had a conversation about mushrooms while making my sandwich. I understand people are constantly trying to get free stuff by making false accusations. Anyway, they did eventually believe me and gave me a full refund for the sandwich that was missing extras ( I offered to pay for the sandwich without the extras ). I then put the order in again and they did a great job, very delicious sandwich the second time around and not to mention, the whole conversation was very professional and respectful. I appreciate the help I received over the phone. Great place to get great sandwiches!!!
