Ambi is always a pleasant place to spend the evening. They often have live music and their seasonal patio is enjoyable. They recently updated their menu items, which is a nice refresh. UPDATE: still love Ambi. I love their partnership with Truffles and Tortes to have dessert. Also the Salted Caramel Gelato is soooo good. I also enjoy that they offer wine flights, it's such a great way to share or try a variety.

Had a few glasses of wine, absolutely amazing! Also had the pepper poppers as well, absolutely delicious! Dani and Megan were very nice and helpful bartenders/servers, they asked what I was looking for in wine and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. Very welcoming place to chill after a long day of work. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a coffee shop that’s open little late to meetup a friend and I found this place. To my surprise, this place is so cozy, cool, and comfortable atmosphere. Staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I loved they had so many non-alcohol drink options and it was great! It was kinda rainy and looking outside with amazing music collection they played, I did not want to leave! I will definitely going back there. Highly recommended.

Ambi Wine Bar is our favorite place to kick back and relax at the end of the day. They have healthy great meat/cheese trays, delicious desserts, relaxing and/or entertaining live music, and the atmosphere is like sitting in your living room with your friends and relaxing and visiting. And the staff are always smiling and friendly. Glad they came to Anoka.

Lovely as usual. It's nice to have something local, the ambience is relaxing, service is always top notch. I've never come in on a weeknight before, but it was the perfect spot to sit, sip & watch the snow fly.

This is a great wine bar with an amazing atmosphere, perfect patio and an even better selection! From the wine to the bites and back to the wine, you can't go wrong!

Had a couple glasses of wine and a meat and cheese plate, and it was delicious. Great ambiance, great service, and had a great moscato! Looking forward to visiting again when I'm back in the area.

Charming wine bar in Anoka. The atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation. They have a nice menu of wine snacks and desserts. The owners partner with a local meat and dessert shop which I found so awesome. Above all else, the wine was top notch! Well priced for the quality of wine too. Located near a lot of free parking made it easy and stress free to visit. I would highly recommend this wine bar to anyone who is a wine lover :).

Very welcoming appeal and the flights were a great experience! We had a cheese platter that complimented our wine choices greatly and the Moscato we tried is our new favorite. Really loved the choices and friendly staff.

I love having a wine bar in Anoka! We're supporting small businesses in our own community (which is a win) and able to do so with our family and friends who also live up in this area. The staff is friendly and informative of the menu. The food and wine are delicious (and priced very reasonably). Fun and relaxing atmosphere where you can come and visit for a time. Really enjoyed my visit and will be back!

Very cute little downtown spot for a date or birthday with friends. We were worried coming here with a bit of a larger group, but they quickly accommodated us and were very diligent in making sure everyone was having fun.

Ambi Wine Bar is wonderful to work with! They were able to accommodate our group of about 25 to host a staff farewell get together recently and Jess and her staff were awesome! They went out of their way to work with us on on our time of day (not the normal get together) and the food/drinks were great. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I stopped in after dinner tonight. I have to say I love this place! The atmosphere and the staff are fabulous! I am a long time customer and have noticed a lot of changes to their concept and it's all for the better in my opinion! The staff is wonderful too! Huge shout out to Ali, Amelia and Sam! The wine and food selection was amazing! Our waiter, Mandy, was VERY knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and was so friendly. Will definitely come back, if not for the wine, then for Mandy!

Alisan was a fabulous server and was excellent in providing recommendations along with ensuring we were well taken care of. I’ve always had excellent service but this was one of the best nights yet! I recommend you check it out for their wonderful wine list and bites.

This place is so beautiful and welcoming. They are doing such a great job of keeping the atmosphere comfortable and maintaining safety. Wine was delicious and we shared the carmelized apple flatbread. Alyssa was our server and so helpful with the wine choices.

I have been to Ambi numerous times and it never disappoints! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The rotating wine list offers variety at all price points, I always try something new but the Old Vine Zin for fall 2020 hits all the marks!! I highly recommend the Pepper Poppers as a starter, their Flatbreads are delicious and you can never go wrong with the Concerto Torte to finish things off!

Six of my friends and I ambled into this place roughly 90 minutes before closing, and we could not have had a better time. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, the wine was delicious, and the food hit the spot. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and parking was pretty easy on a Sunday afternoon. If you’re seeing a show at Lyric Arts on Anoka’s Main Street, this is the *perfect* place to get a pre- or post-show drink! I personally can’t wait to go back.

We've been several times and ashtrays has great service! They have an eclectic selection of rotating wines available, and the staff are very knowledgeable so can assist with decision-making. We have not eaten there, but everything that went by us to other tables looked amazing - will definitely try nosh another day!!

Went for Galentines day, loved my time with my friends. This place was so comfortable. And the mimosa flights & GRILLED CHEESE sliders! Oh wow, certainly a spot everyone should visit! Will be back!

I LOVE Ambi Wine Bar!! I've been visiting since they opened in 2019 and love the way they're always changing up the wine list and food menu. My personal favorite is the Grazing Board with a bold red.

This restaurant is obviously one of the most attractive place to eat in the region. Whenever I go there I am absolutely glad. They keep their high level service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Ordered a Cabernet which was mediocre. The pour was so short I asked for a double. $24 a nice tip=$30. All I got was a headache from cheap wine which was barely 1 glass. Too expensive for me. The staff is nice but...

LOVED Ambi Wine Bar! Great patio by the fountain in downtown Anoka. Many wine offerings and more menu offerings than I expected. My group and I shared a charcuterie board, giant pretzel, and Tuscan Flatbread (which was my favorite of the bunch). Happy hour wine flight deals from 4-6pm and Tuesday they feature mystery wine flights: if you correctly guess your 4 wines, you win a $20 gift card. Of course we didn't get them all right, but still fun! Great service, drinks, and locale.

Wow, what a great addition to Anoka! The wine, meat/cheese board and dessert were all excellent. I really like that they purchase their meat, cheese and dessert from local Anoka merchants. The owners, a young married couple, were there, and came to our table to say hello, express their gratitude and make suggestions. The prices are fair, and the service is great. I came here for the first time last weekend with 2 girlfriends, and it was such an awesome experience! We aren’t very versed in wine, and as we sat at the bar we got to chat with Jordan & Shannon who were working. They taught us so much and were so lovely! Let us try different things and made awesome suggestions - also the charcuterie board was great! Highly recommend this place, and will for sure be back!
