It is always a pleasure visiting Karla and the ladies who work there. They are all so personable and fun to work with. Not only do they have beautiful, high-quality jewelry, but I always walk out of there sparkling like a diamond from getting my jewelry cleaned!

We have purchased jewelry at Mark Jewellers and also had them do repairs…rebuilding prongs, resizing, etc. Repairs are done in-house by their own goldsmiths and the results are gorgeous! They are super friendly and helpful, and I love that they are a local business.

I took in a very old watch (1882) to be cleaned up and hopefully usable. Carla was honest up front about cost and process. The watch is my great grandfather's. It will now be given to my nephew to hand to his son when he is old enough to carry on the family name. Carla and Kally were incredible to work with and both have upbeat personalities. My husband and I got married on July 29th, 2023. The staff at Mark Jewelers have been phenomenal. We purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands from here. My husband received a free Groove (rubber) ring with his purchase and we also received $100 as part of a Christmas mailing coupon. Shipping times were quick and we are able to stop in for cleanings whenever we like. We highly recommend this small local business.

I came here because one of the top prongs was bent straight up. The experience here was amazing. They went above and beyond as well as got it fixed in just a couple days.

I purchased a chain 10 years ago and brought it in to see about a cleaning. The chain holds a pendant of my daughters thumb print. Mark Jewelers did a beautiful job of restoring the beauty of the chain and thumb print pendant. Thank-you for taking time and care of my hearts treasure. Upon entering the door I was greeted immediately even though everyone was busy. As I waited for a salesperson an office staff member showed me some options. Mark Jewellers is your hometown jeweler with large hearts. We first met Karla and her staff over 5 years ago. They’ve helped me with repairs, sparkly diamonds earrings, my 25th anniversary ring, beautiful emerald, designing my original wedding band into a beautiful cross, splitting my heirloom opal in 2 to share with my sister. Recently my emerald lost a stone and they went to bat for me and I now have a beautiful new ring. We can’t say enough wonderful words about them. ❤️

Amazing people! My boyfriend (now fiancé) worked with them on finding me the best ring! He had a great experience through the whole process with them. After the proposal, the ring didn’t fit. I went later that morning after they opened, explained my situation about how I had just gotten engaged and I was leaving for vacation and I really wanted to wear it! Karla was able to have the team get my ring resized quickly and back to me so I could show it off and celebrate our engagement. I lost 2 of my diamonds in my wedding ring and I stopped into Mark Jewellers to get a quote for replacement. Bethel was incredible to work with and gave me the idea to replace the entire head of the engagement ring with a new design. Her design of the new ring was beautiful and it was less expensive than replacing the missing diamonds. The new design was done in house and I received my ring back very quickly. Mark Jewellers and Bethel were so great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
