The place is nice, facials & massages are great, but their amenities fall short of relaxing. Whether you're in the sauna, rain shower, or salt room, you will hear EVERY single conversation, every laugh, every cough, etc...of every person walking around there. They tried to stuff all these things into the tiniest location, so only had the noisiest places to put them, & none of the doors or walls are soundproof, which they should've invested in. The salt room is directly connected to their busy lobby. When we used the sauna, we repeatedly asked the staff to please lower their voices & stop slamming doors, but they did not. It shares a wall with their laundry room, so you cannot relax when all you hear are loud, giggly conversations & slamming washer/dryer doors & cabinets (sometimes so loud you can feel the 'bang!' as well as hear it & it makes you jump). No one comes knocking on the partition to check if you need anything either, so I had to put on my robe & walk around to find someone when I needed some water, which cost me 10mins of my sauna time, which they did not extend back to me. Same as the rain shower. Trying to relax but all you hear is endless chit-chat & laughter as they walk back & forth by your door. I've been to other spas where the staff are actually *trained* to whisper at all times, even when talking to customers, which encourages customers to also whisper, in order to respect the relaxation others are trying to experience. This place does not do that. The owners REALLY need to invest in soundproofing the place if they're going to sell "relaxation" to people or train all their staff to whisper & shut doors, dryers, cabinets, etc...quietly. Word to the wise: Save your money & skip the amenities, they're not relaxing enough to be worth it. Unless you happen to get very lucky & arrive on a day when they're not busy & have limited staff on the clock at the time. Services are good tho & the service rooms are more in the back of the building space, so you don't hear as much.

Wow feeling extremely refreshed after a lovely heart felt session with sweet and professional Ms. Alex. This Sister knows how to hold beautiful space. She is very intuitive and has the magic special touch. She really took me to another place. A healing realm outside of the material world. I appreciate he every attention to detail! This lady deserves the massage of the year award. As a very seasoned Massage Therapist Holistic Massage Educator and Lymphatic Drainage Specialist I know when I experience the best. Hats off and major applause to you Dear. Serenity Spa is amazing! I felt extremely held since the moment I walked in the door. Greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere, I'm excited to come back to see Alex and staff! I drove 3 hours and sure glad I did! What a treat after a busy month of clients and travel. I highly recommend this beautiful spa. This was an experience! Well done.

Ladies were pleasant. Unfortunately I did not feel pampered here so I will try some place else going forward. Not relaxing, no salt room offered, just wandering while waiting. No extractions no hand massage. Nothing special here and it's ashame as that was my 4th time at Serenity Spa.

I LOVE this spa. First of all, it’s beautiful. They have a gorgeous salt room that you can use to relax before your treatment. The second you enter you feel your vibration change to complete relaxation, like a giant sigh of relief from your entire body. I typically go for a massage and facial combo called the Serenity Ritual (172.00). Try this place out.. you seriously won’t regret it!

I have enjoyed Serenity Spa for a very long time. They are very professional always polite, very skilled and knowledgeable. All the therapists and Aestheticians are amazing at what they do. Thank you Serenity spa for always providing an amazing experience! 😊

Bree is amazing! She's being doing my facials and Indian head therapy for almost a year now. I always leave feeling relaxed and my skin is great. I've done a few massages here, I'd say on point with other places but the facials are really great

I am not one to usually leave reviews but Today I got a 90 minute facial that I was super excited about that I had booked and waited for weeks to get. I am currently 9 months pregnant and due in two weeks so I wanted this to be super relaxing. I forgot who the esthetician was that I saw but I am super dissatisfied and disappointed. I paid $159 for my 90 minute facial to only be 65 minutes I showed up early for my 12:45 appointment which didn’t even really start till 12:55 and was finished at exactly 2:00 when it wasn’t supposed to end till 2:15 ( if she started on time). The facial was not relaxing whatsoever her cell phone kept going off the whole time and she didn’t even do a facial massage which was included. I felt very rushed. This place is supposed to be high end and relaxing. I spent a lot of money to only get subpar service.

My sister treated us to the “birthday” special. It was absolutely wonderful. Melissa was my esthetician and she definitely knew what she was doing from the facial to the massage while the peel was on. Jenny was my massage therapist who was able to really get to my tight shoulders and neck and made it feel good! From the moment we walked into this spa, we felt pampered. We can’t wait to return!

I was really looking forward to the Rainforest Waterfall Ritual. On paper, the description looked amazing and relaxing but unfortunately that was not the case. First off, the treatment was not 90 min. It was 1hr and 5min at best which was disappointing, specially for $199 plus $20 tip, yes I did leave a tip for the therapist. When I called a week prior to check if there were any cancellations so I could go in earlier I was told my original 10am appointment had to be changed to 11:45 because the person who was assigned originally did not work on male clients. Who knows if this would have been addressed had I not called. I accepted the new appointment time. The entire treatment was anything but relaxing. I could hear all the noise and talking outside. I was also asked to turn over from prone to supine position at least 5 times, plus or minus one, I honestly lost count. The massage and scrub was mediocre and I also found it awkward that I had to keep my chest covered at all times. Having had similar treatments in other local spas and around the world, keeping my chest covered was a first for me. This treatment could have been amazing but unfortunately for me it was not the case. If you’re thinking about booking this treatment keep this in mind. Or just go to EBJ Spa in Sacramento, spend half the money and receive a superb, well executed and thorough treatment for the full 90min plus free use of their sauna and steam room pre and post treatment.

Serenity Spa changed my life. The compassion and care they provide their clients, and the knowledge and wisdom I have received from Tammie, Andrea, Christine, and Madison, since my first yoga class 6+ years ago, has been invaluable. If you want to pamper yourself, definitely check out Serenity. I’ve had the best massage and facials here. They start you off in a relaxing waiting area. I love the decor and the beds are super comfy. I feel like a had all my questions answered by Amy before and after my facial. My skin is vastly improving thanks to her. My first visit included lunch and the food is amazing. I highly recommend Serenity spa

I’ve kept coming back because the massages are great, but I may start going elsewhere. I want to love this place but it’s hard to relax as the staff is so loud talking in the hallways. I wish the spa portion was completely separate from the yoga and merchandise side.
