Ryan
has
been
an
absolute
godsend.
Before
working
with
him,
I
used
to
go
to
different
gyms
and
not
stay
committed.
It
was
hard
to
stay
motivated
when
I
kept
re-injuring
myself
and
also
had
a
difficult
time
keeping
up
with
my
fitness
classes.
This
time
around,
I
see
the
benefits
in
working
with
my
own
personal
trainer.
Ryan
has
made
my
goals
attainable
so
I
stay
motivated
and
committed.
He
knows
when
to
challenge
me
and
encourages
me
to
push
through
the
difficult
parts
of
my
workouts.
I've
only
been
working
with
Ryan
for
about
7
weeks
but
I've
gain
muscle
mass,
gained
a
few
pounds,
and
I
feel
stronger.
He
knows
my
goal
is
to
gain
a
healthy
weight,
prevent
work
related
injuries
(as
a
nurse,
I
need
to
be
strong
enough
to
transfer
patients),
and
also
benefit
from
the
"feel
good"
endorphins
after
working
out!
My
mental
health
has
also
improved.
If
you

just
DO
IT
NOW.
Especially
with
Ryan,
you
won't
regret
it.
