I
have
gone
wine
tasting
in
Napa
previously,
and
this
was
the
first
time
that
I
got
an
education
about
growing,
harvesting,
and
making
wine.
I
always
thought
white
wine
was
made
from
green
grapes
...
geez
...
wasn't
I
wrong!!!
The
valley
has
3
different
climates,
and
terrain
was
explained
with
visual
and
verbal
cues.
Depending
on
where
the
🍇's
are
grown,
the
outcome
in
quality
and
taste
differs.
Some
had
earthy
notes,
others,
berries,
and
honeysuckle
flavor
and
scent,
and
my
favorite
was
the
sweet
desert
wines.
I
really
enjoyed
pairing
red
wine
with
dark
chocolate.
Made
sure
to
take
some
home
to
enjoy
in
the
future.
I
will
also
never
take
the
type
of
wood
that
the
barrel
is
made
from
for
granted
ever
again.
Jessup
is
a
small
winery
but
produces
a
wide
variety
of
wines
to
suit
all
tastes
and
preferences.
Our
host,
Jett,
was
knowledgeable,
courteous,
efficient,
and
a
great
conversationalist
...
he
made
us
feel
comfortable
from
the
very
start
of
the
experience.
The
decor
is
cozy,
classy,
and
welcoming.
I
would
surely
do
this
again.
I
would
give
it
10
stars
if
I
had
a
choice
and
will
definitely
refer
others
here.
