Hot tub came in with 1 pump not working , it’s been 6 weeks now not being able to use . I have to babysit the customer service department every week to try to get things moving to get it fixed . Finally a service technician has a job to fix it and it will be 5 more days for him to come out, not including if he needs to order a part. I should have listened to my coworker and went with Costco for my purchase. I bought locally to get support , after you pay the money you’re thrown to the side and feel discarded . My wife and I question our purchase now and are 10,000 invested with hot tub , electrical and delivery . Good luck all !

Edit: My sales rep, Brian, was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right spa for me. Unfortunately, the customer service department is terrible. I bought their top of the line spa which came with the LED lights and Bluetooth not working. The screw came rusted and the top does not open flat. Please be aware that once you purchase the spa, the customer service is non-existent. If I could do it over, I would spend more money for a better quality spa.

Alanna has amazing customer service! She is knowledgeable, does not over sell, and she is always giving good accurate facts to help, or direct her customers what to do and why it could be beneficial.

Alanna is fantastic! Unfortunately, Aqua Living doesn’t sell round tubs but Alanna’s willingness to still help and provide expert guidance, was very impressive.

I purchased a spa from aqua living factory outlet Sacramento and my experience was awesome. My Rep Alanna was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly didn’t upsell me. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. When the spa was delivered, Mike was awesome. I could’ve have purchased a spa from Costco or Sam’s club but I wanted a local store for the customer support. Alanna and Mike didn’t disappoint when I needed some help assembling the hot tub coverage concierge. They came to my house and assembled for me. I’m happy with my hot tub and very pleased with the customer service Alanna and Mike have provided me.

Alainna is very personable and does her best to provide excellent customer service. There does seem to be some issues with product… received wrong spa cover initially and Alainna personally delivered and installed correct one on 11/08/2033. I am still waiting on service to fix my drain plug which apparently is defective upon delivery of spa. I’m hoping they remedy this soon, rather than later. I do love the spa nonetheless.

This is the place to get a great!!! hot tub. I shopped at 6 stores in the Sacramento area and theirs was the BEST Price. The customer service was amazing! I ordered the tub 8 months before I needed it and they delivered when I wanted it and didn't change the price. The tubs are also made in USA. They answer the phone (no stupid voice mail) and are happy to answer all questions and requests. And Alanna is wonderful to work with.

I've just received my custom built spa and I have to say "WOW"! From the customer service to the delivery I was impressed. The Manager, Alanna, answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Alana and her husband are absolutely amazing. Definitely take great care of everything from purchase to delivery overall highly satisfied. I love my hot tub. My family enjoys it at least once a week 😊 so relaxing in the winter or summer as well. I got their top of the line spa. Catalina Berkshire and could not be happier. I love all the LED lights. Built-in everywhere helps with ambiance 😎
