We had a surprise birthday dinner for a great friend at Seared. Staff was awesome! We had a table set and waiting when we arrived. A couple people had a hard time with finding parking but the staff didn't make the rest of us wait for them and seated us promptly, (and we ordered cocktails while waiting.). Service was perfect, We never had to wait for anything and the waiter was always available when we needed another cocktail or dish. I would recommend Seared for anyone having a special celebration or a date night. Prices are reasonable. Filet and scallops were to die for. Scallops can be hard to get just right and these were perfect!!! I'm a food snob and I would have ordered a side of scallops as prepared with the "Surf and Turf", without hesitation. Fan-freakin-tabulous!

Such a wonderful experience. I'm so tired of going to restaurants and having grumpy servers with only ok food. This was exactly the opposite. From start to finish the most friendly experience and perfect food and drinks. Jon was the most welcoming server we've had in years. Thank you for making this day so great. We will return!

First time there. Raining..Friday nite..parking was bad..lots of restaurant in downtown petaluma..few good ones too..was kinda if noisy..crowded at least we had a table by window was not as bad as in middle..there us a happy hour bar separated from restaurant..we had some happy hour dishes...portions were small esp. Shrimp kung pao...we're good..steak rin eye my son had was tasty and tender Our bill with some drinks tip and tax was 200.00..service was ok..was my 2 sons birthday..could had given a small complmentay on the house dessert..but did not made note of it in reservations and told server..oh well..did not have dessert there..overall food was good..I worked in restaurant before we usually give something for birthdays..nowadays all about money..I usually do not go out much to eat..prices just high....nut for steal occasion I would..seems crowded and busy ..noisy..I just wanted to try it..plus I was hungry..bread was good from bakery across street..I do not need to go back. Will try other places..

A great happy hour! Bring someone with you to have drinks and share all of the HH “bites” at the bar. Bartenders are funny and friendly! Definitely coming back whenever I’m in town. We were eating the different delicious “bites” so fast I only remembered to take a picture of one of them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Food was excellent, as well as great drink options. Geraldo provided exceptional service, and happy hour options were plentiful. Definitely worth checking out.

Food used to be great here a few years back. Now, it’s just overpriced mediocrity. I got the burger and it was okay. The beef patty was cooked well so I will give it that. Not worth the $20 price point though as the plate was mostly filled with fries

Went for Anniversary dinner. Appetizers were delicious, (salad,calamari & oysters) wife had the fish, the fried rice was bomb. I had the filet with scallops, some had waygu prime rib. Service was very good.

What a great meal! If you’re lucky, you’ll get John as your waiter. We were there for dinner but were seated before happy hour ended, so we ordered from that menu. The tacos, salads, filet mignon skewers, and cocktails were great! <chef’s kiss> Will definitely return and we live over an hour away.
