I had an impressive experience with Golden hills. I got referred by my pcp dur to my wrist pain. Vidhi Patel is my therapist and she is amazing! She is the best! Shetook extra efforts patiently learn my issue and provide super helpful instructions on how i can improve my strength. She follow up with me closely on my progress and always give me encouragement. After 12 sessions with her, my pain level has reduced from 6-7 to zero! Now am returning back to my normal daily activities! Highly recommend the place super friendly and the staff and therapists all super easy going and caring

Angel Herrera is a great trainer. He helped me get back to playing football again quick, when I was dealing with injuries. I would say he is one of the best trainers out there in the bay area. Along with that the facility is great and is state of the art, with a lot of advanced machines to help you recover.

Before starting physical therapy I felt very weak and stiff around my neck and my arm strength was non-existent. This place helped me a lot because now I don't have to think so much about how to move and I feel more confident adding pressure to my arms now compared to before. I feel relief now since I'm practicing more how to strengthen my arms and neck. Thank you Dhwani Z. for helping me throughout the several weeks I was there , she's a very kind physical therapist :)

Upon my first visit I instantly loved the facility, it has state of the art machinery. Angel is the best trainer out there, really attentive to his patients and got me back on that field asap after suffering multiple ankle sprains. Lovely place.

Dr Shashikant is very professional. I suffered from recurring back pain both in lower and upper. He was able to identify the root cause for the pain immediately. His staff helped me understand the issue and gave exercises that would prevent any future occurrences of pain. He also gave exercises that would immediately help me get control of muscles that resulted in recurring pain. He and his staff want to help society get better and get healthy. They are sincere in their work and would help you with your case in lowest number of visits. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

I had an amazing experience at this facility, esp. Dr. Vidhi, with therapy for my wrist injury. Injury: I had a ski injury back in 2020. I put brace on the wrist per my PCP. The pain would go away when I put the brace but it would reflare when I stressed it. Then Id put my wrist back in brace again and it would heal temporarily. This back and forth between putting wrist in brace and over stressing it kept me trapped. The strength and mobility of the wrist going down and that started interfering with things that used to be easy e.g. typing, playing piano etc. this is when i decided to go to a ortho specialist- I had an MRI- the specialist didn't find anything that required an immediate surgery. This is when he referred me to hand therapy and thats how I found Golden Hills therapy. Recovery: Folks at Golden hills have been nothing but amazing. Dr. Vidhi assessed my case and started me on a therapy path that worked for me. She started with strength and mobility exercises I could approach. She continuously increased the intensity of the exercises as I got stronger. Through a course of 10 therapy sessions she took me from having trouble typing to now being able to swim and even play piano. I am grateful to have found such amazing help and my special thanks to Dr. Vidhi.

I started Physical Therapy because I suffered from bursitis in my left knee. I was lucky to find Golden Hills PT in Milpitas.. My Physical therapist in most of my sessions was Dhwani, an excellent professional that made me feel from the first moment that she really wants to help me with her knowledge and empathy. All the staff in the place starting from the people in the front desk, all the aides that help me with the exercices and other therapist (when Dhwani wasn't able to be there) are incredible kind, have a lot of patience and they contribute to make the place a relaxing environment that help the patient to feel sure and comfortable improving their health. After ten sessions I know what exercises to do in my home and now I have any more pain. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone at this location is amazing. My mom went here for physical therapy for a few months. When she first started, she had severely injured both her knees and could not walk without pain. Within a few sessions, she drastically improved and now her pain level is close to 0. Thank you to Ambarene for helping her so much along the way and all the other therapists and staff for being accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking physical therapy!

After 2 months of treatment, each therapist was very professional and attentive! Alice, the receptionist, also handles every appointment carefully! So I'm going to change my review of Golden Hills physical. 😁 It is understandable that they may have just made an appointment and failed to communicate well! Finally..they are trustworthy! .
