I arrived at KFC 20 minutes before closing, only to have my food cold, order messed up, and unprofessional staff not apologetic for their mistake. I literally had to go through the drive thru three times before my order was correct. Another issue is why is your open sign off during normal business hours? If a business posts their hours and closes before the actual closing time, you're potentially loosing business. Not a good look for your employees or establishment. The young black lady that attempted to help me was overly aggressive and non apologetic with her attitude. I will file a complaint with corporate. What a waste of my money and time!

I'm only leaving a review because this place continues to get worse, 2 meals for around $30 and everything tastes and look old. It's the same everything I go and I'm done. Food is nasty, place is dirty and sticky and the prices are seriously dine in restaurant prices. The staff is usually nice but that's the only positive.

Chicken pot pie .....tasteless. They use pieces of dark and white chicken. No herbs and spices at all. Needs a lot of sauce for the thick, tasteless crust. I guess I should have known better. I'll stick with just the chicken!

Good food and quick service however the place was not clean.The floor was not moped or swept and the tables were sticky.I decided to eat in my car and considering the hygiene situation i will not come back.

Over salty chicken and no flavor to mashed potatoes and gravy.

I looked at the menu on-line and the counter person would not give us the same price, and changed $35 vs. $3 for the same item because I didn’t order on-line. Food was good, fresh and hot.

Asked for 8 1/2 original and crispy thighs, and my husband was very upset because they were thighs with the back. he was disappointed with the original recipe, which was not tasty. However, I was fine with the crispy recipe. The dinner bowl was fine, but the popcorn chicken in it either overdone or had been sitting for a while.

Had the original bowl. Chicken piece's tasted old. Shame, I use to line them.
