    Everything is fine up until you pay for your new hot tub. Once the bill has been paid and the tub has been delivered, the customer service is literally non-existent. The delivery team was great but I was suppose to get a call back about a question about the set up they couldn't answer. The call never came as promised. I then received an email to "rate" my experience. I gave them all 1 star except the delivery team, which was great. I immediately received a standard reply email that someone from the store would call me to "make things right." It's been three weeks and I am still waiting for ANY follow-up whatsoever. I do NOT recommend The Hot Tub Store. They only care about making a sale but once that has happened, they disappear.

    Your Technician Ger Vang was Excellent, Knowledge, Professional and new exactly what the problem was and fix it in a short amount of time. Mr. Bang explain & pointed out some facts about my Spa operating at it best. I wish more companies had Ger Vang’s he was GREAT & I’m glad Hot Tub Store has him to service their customers. It was a true pleasure meeting him.

    Hi, recently bought a brand spankin new swim spa the R500.. holy moly what a tub. The salesmen Patrick was very informative and a super nice guy. The crew that delivered it was headed by Sebastian an awesome guy walk me though what was going to happen that morning, they were on time and the delivery was smooth. The tech guy Mike installed the swim deck ( it's a non slip material they put on the steps and bottom of the spa). He was efficient and very courteous. Had my spa orientation at the west Sacramento store and Christian was my tech guy for that, very informative and really nice.. overall I would recommend The Hot Tub Store for any type of spa, swim spa, or products... Thanks again Patrick!

    Outrageous delivery fee. So I elected to drive out & pick up my new spa. No wait. Fast service. Knowledgeable staff. Staff were professional & made you feel important. I truly appreciate that type of service.

    Great company, no high pressure sales! Ben is the best! He’ll come set you all up even monthly maintenance if you choose. Johnny from Lima electric is the best! Fast and efficient. He’ll get the job done right!

    Our experience with the Hot Tub Store has been amazing, starting from the very first day we purchased our HotSpring Aria Hot Tub on Dec 2020 from their store in Santa Rosa. In May 2023, we observed that two of the side panels has started to bulge out. I called the service number, and sent them an email, and the team immediately went into action, ordered the part, and once the part were available, a skillful technician came over and proceeded with the replacement of the panels in no time! The tub looks brand new again! We are so pleased with the quality of the service! The best part was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you "The Hot Tub Store"! We are really glad we purchased our hot tub with you!

    We have been into this site a few times, and we have been treated so well each time. We worked with Kahli, who helped us find a great hot tub, but she also made sure our kids were having fun while we were talking. Excellent customer service and a huge variety of hot tubs to see in person!

    The employees at The Hot Tub store made the process of purchasing my first hot tub so easy! I never once felt pressured to buy anything and they were so knowledgeable about their products. Kihla stayed in constant contact through the whole process and even got me in touch with an electrician who is familiar with their hot tubs to get it wired in once it's delivered. The customer service was off the charts. Thanks again for such a great experience and I look forward to working with you for years to come!

    Salesman Mike Lady I have known for 23yrs he is the best the company has. He’s has so much knowledge on spas and chemicals to keep your spas working at it best, plus he’s just a great person.
