It's very peaceful in this community, the grounds are well maintained and the gym is always clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and courteous, any maintenance problems are addressed promptly. I moved here in May from the Bay Area and find the Offset is a safe and very quiet environment with people of all ages and ethnicities just minding their own business. I absolutely love it here.

Eric is great. The Offset apartments are very nice with plenty of updates. The process of leasing a unit is easy and App driven which makes everything so convenient. I got a free month’s rent which is nothing short of awesome. The Offset apartments are about a year old. So everything in the apartment is new with modern amenities. The apartment was spotless. Thanks.

So far my experience living here has been wonderful. 5 stars for the staff. I can't thank Gracie, Eric, and the maintenance (Chuck and Hector? I hope I got their names right) team enough for everything they have done for us! They are super attentive and personable. Any and all concerns or questions I have they're always available and quick to respond. I really appreciate the care that has gone into this community. As for the apartments themselves. I would say you can definitely tell it was a fast build. There's construction blemishes you can see when you start living there and you realize how much of a copy paste each unit is. But nonetheless, everything works well etc. I will say the walls are a tad thinner than I'd like for a new construction build. Overall, living here has been wonderful so far! So far I’ve had a good experience here! The staff is super friendly, they create events for the community to hang out for (like Football games and nacho bars or mimosa Sundays), and they respond quickly. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Good amenities, but the ceilings and floors seem super thin because we can hear every room our upstairs neighbors walk to and from. Limited parking can be an issue if you come home after 8pm - you might have to walk a bit to get home. Nonetheless, we love where we live & have enjoyed our time so far.

The Offset has been one of the best apartment experience I’ve had so far. The amenities are amazing. The residences are very nice, sociable and welcoming, which makes living here so easy. The Office team and the maintenance crew is super easy to deal with and they take care of any issues that arises in timely manner.

The staff and manager are very courteous, professional, and respectful to tenants and guests. The complex is well equipped with all the amenities needed for tenants. Maintenance issues are handled immediately. I can only say that parking is definitely an issue for tenants / guests and unfortunately the smell of cigarette /marijuana smoke are present usually during the evening time at the complex. I believe these are issues that are being addressed and I'm sure will be resolved soon. I strongly believe some things are difficult to control that's why I give the Offset an excellent rating even though these issues are occurring. Thank you for your excellent service.

The move in process was so smooth and the leasing office made it as stress free as possible. Working with Eric during the application and move in process made my experience a 5/5! Very new, nice, and clean apartment complex. Great gym, and incredible staff. Nice location with lots around you. Couldn’t recommend The Offset enough.

Great community and staff that plan lovely events for the community to enjoy. The maintenance crew are awesome and will solve any issues to ensure my and wife I live comfortably in our home. Super satisfied to be a resident here.

So far we have had a great experience at The Offset. Gracie was super helpful in getting our lease done and unit ready to move in on short notice! My girlfriend and I are very excited to live in the community.
