Absolutely, the best Orthodontic l ever received services from. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled in their profession, they truly take extreme pride in their work. The staff have excellent customer service skills, the best work ethics l have seen in a long time and everyone seems to love what they do. I’m very pleased with my outcome. I will highly recommend.

As a dental hygienist of 30 years, it was a pleasure to see such a refreshingly friendly orthodontic practice. From the welcome to the exit, I felt right at home and I also immediately felt that this practice is very professional and up to date with advanced technology for detail and diagnosis. Dr. Giannetti and her staff are great listeners, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctor explained my case thoroughly. I will refer as many patients to them in the knowledge that they will be taken care of from start to finish. I love the text messaging and reminders as well as quick replies to questions. Very impressed.

Clean and modern facility. Friendly and welcoming staff. 2 stars are scored because I felt I wasn’t given any time to speak or ask questions to get my concerns addressed by the doctor about my plan of care. I felt as I was treated as a number to them, they spend a few seconds to minutes examining my teeth and move on to the next patient without allowing myself to speak or address my questions. The assistant reads them the note in my chart, the doctor looks at my teeth, verbalizes the order and moves on. One time there were already instruments in my mouth preventing me to discuss my concerns before the doctor came to my chair, and she left before they were removed. After the removal, I asked to speak to the doctor about my concerns, and the assistant told me she was already in another consult. I also work in the healthcare field and understand the backend busyness to get through the day - but as a patient I don’t feel included in the care here.

My experience at Giannetti and Boom has been 100% positive. I’m so excited about how well my new braces are working and helping me! I’m 49 years old, so getting braces again was no easy feat. But everything about this practice has been wonderful: The staff, the doctors, the attitude, the vibe in the office, and best of all my teeth feel great.

I have been treated exceptionally well, the staff are very professional, the dental assistants explain all the procedures clearly and answer all of your questions well. The doctors do a superb job and communication is easy through the phone application. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have orthodontics done.

All three of my kids have revived care from the Gianetti & Booms team. They are professional, kind, gentle and available when we need them. Payments are a breeze, treatment time estimates are spot on, and the communication is excellent.

My daughter had a very good experience getting her braces on at the West Sac office. Everything is incredibly organized and the process was very easy. The staff provided us with all the information we needed including informational videos to watch and helpful tips in caring for her teeth. The office is comfortable and parking is very easy.
