When I want Chinese food now, Panda Express is where I go. This was a clean and friendly restaurant. The orange chicken and mixed veggie Bowl was tasty and healthy. Everything tasted delicious and satisfied my Chinese food craving. It's not a great date spot since there's nothing to do in the area except grabbed a bite to eat. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

This is a good Panda Express. Went there towards closing and the people in front of us bought all the food that was left. The servers there were very accommodating and made fresh what ever we wanted

If I could give them a -5, I certainly would. I had 4 online orders for each member of the family. When I picked them up, it was only one order. They canceled 3 orders by email because we placed orders separately. What kind of business is it? How could 5 of us eat one order? What is the rule saying that we cannot order and pay separately? Could Panda show me that rule? and if yes, can post that clearly on the website? We ended up buying different food for dinner. They wasted our time and our Saturday night. I will never come back and eat at Panda. The service is never good. But this time is the last straw. There are so many other restaurants in Elk Grove. Go somewhere else if you want good service, and the people know how to run a restaurant business.

Don’t EVER buy their food just before closing. I went in there 20 minutes before they were going to close and they had five items left and one case. They said they were no longer cooking for the night and they were cleaning. I said well that’s fine. There was hardly any food left in all five containers. I asked if they could put a little extra on the plate they refused. Hi, I also asked if I could get the shrimp and not have to pay the extra $1.50 and they said no. I can’t be for sure, but I thought that by the end of the night they throw the rest of their food away. I surely don’t mind paying for my food but what bothered me the most was I took my food straight home and all of the chicken items were as hard as a rock. Those items had been sitting for a very long time before anyone else had came in to purchase a plate. The food was not good at all. I’m very disappointed, and the lady that waited on me was not the friendliest either. Just beware if you eat at this location because at the end of the night you’re going to eat garbage for dinner.

I order chowmien with orange chicken. For me the taste not meet with my expectation. The service is fast and clear. And the restaurant was clean

Went in asking if they could make a fresh orange chicken because the pan looked old and soggy. Was told that they just made the chicken 3 minutes ago and guarantee that it was fresh. Again I asked if I could please wait for a fresh one and I was denied. So I settled with the one they promised was fresh and ended up with old soggy chicken. Panda motto used to be don't see what you would like ask and we will make it fresh. So far this panda has greatly disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to any friends or family.

Food is good - as long as it's busy enough for them to keep rotating new food in. BUT...they do NOT bother to use air conditioning in this store. Seriously. So if it's hot outside, it's like the inside of an oven in this store. You've been warned...
