Buyer beware! First it took me nearly 3 months to take delivery of my hot tub never mind I had to constantly play telephone tag to try to get a status, and 3 times provide them with the Bill of Sale because they couldn’t find it. Now 1 month later the hot tub is leaking from nearly every side. Called them and they handed me off to a service organization to file “online” a form to get it repaired. Filed the form waited two days nothing! Called the number left a message nothing! Don’t buy from these people!! See attached photos of how bad this piece of junk that cost over $9,000 is leaking!

We have been very pleased with this business. We had no idea what exactly we were looking for in a hot tub. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they were selling and so easy to work with. We never felt pressured into our purchase and were shown many options and different price options. They had a great selection of hot tubs and had a very fast delivery option.

We purchased a home with a hot tub and were not sure we knew what we were doing to care for it. We went to the Hot Tub & Spa Emporium to have our water tested, they don't do this service any longer, but the gentleman there took his time with us to explain and show us exactly what we need to do to enjoy our hot tub for years to come! Thank you again!!

Purchased during labor day sale. Went with spa and cold plunge combo. Use both every day. Wife enjoys the spa … still trying to convince her to cold plunge! Knowledgeable salesmen. Nice young lady in office. Smooth delivery. Thanks.

After searching around we finally found Hot Tub Emporium and quickly realized no one was offering anything comparable to options and value. We got exactly what we wanted at a great price!! We walked in and were greeted right away and they had a lot of options on the floor. We worked with Fred - he was great and answered our questions, told us about different options, and gave us more info. When we decided to buy he even replied on his day off. They had the tub in stock and delivery was very quick and clean. Highly recommend Hot Tub Emporium and Fred! We had a great experience buying this hot tub.

I’ve been lax in writing this review but we have nothing but praise for this business. It started with them having a hot tub to fit our limited available space and explaining how to use the controls and maintain our unit. You could not ask for a better installation crew that took great care not damaging plants or shrubbery in the area. Of all the Hot tub dealers we checked to find the unit that fit our needs this company far out shined the others.

My wife and I always wanted a spa and this was the year we were going to make it happen. After looking at different makers/models of spa’s and reading reviews we went down the Hot Tub& Spa Emporium in Rocklin. We were met by Dennis who really took his time in explain the different features and options of each spa. We finally decided on the Master Spa S Series. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Helped us buy a new cover with great advice. She knew and helped guide us in picking the right density cover without going overboard or paying an unneeded amount more and patiently explained a couple differences I wasn't sure about right away.
