We absolutely love our Garden Camellia Spa that we bought at the Rocklin location. Patrick and Randy were super to work with. Use it everyday and at all times of the day. It really completes our Hawaiian lanai. Live aloha

Excellent customer service and quality across the board. Starting with the shopping process and Randy Calhoun…unpretentious, knowledgeable, fun, zero pressure. He showed me a really helpful app so I could visualize how the spa would look in my backyard, made a big difference on my choice. The follow-up and communication from The Hot Tub Store is outstanding. Once I made a decision and placed my order, I heard from every member of the team, including the owner, detailing the process and timeline going forward. The delivery guys were stellar; good natured, hard-working, extremely patient while moving the tub around until I found the exact placement that suited my desired view. They removed my old spa and cleaned up the pad before the new spa was set. I used the store’s recommended electrician for the power hookup…he gave excellent advice and service, plus charged a very reasonable price. In a ‘one-on-one’ in-store tutorial, Katie provided thorough instructions on water maintenance and general spa information…she’s engaging, very fun, sharp, and (like everyone else) patient. I never felt rushed at any point. I couldn’t be more confident that I made the right choice in going with The Hot Tub Store. They back up their product, provide great customer service, and everybody makes it known that they are available for any assistance needed going forward.

The Hot-Tub store was very accommodating to our needs Bridget Is very knowledgeable on hot tubs. Our hot tub isn’t the latest model and it took some research to find our tub, and we were able to order them through their support web sight which was also very helpful and very polite. I will only buy supplies and parts from the hot-tub cause of their knowledge and customer service aiming to please. Thank you

The Hot Tube has come through with flying colors. Patrick W. always kept us updated on the progress of our order. With all that's happening these days, it's great to have R200 Endless Pools SwimSpa addition to the "Stay-cation" making it quite livable! From the time Jack informed us of the arrival to getting it craned in to the backyard, filled, electrical connected, and Patrick personally came over to give the orientation on how to care for, it took 4days. We've already started our health therapy routine and it so what was expected of it! I want to personally thank all of those involved with our purchase. Staff doesn't seem to know anything, and the equipment breaks pretty consistently. Top it all off, and they won't help you fix it even though they have a parts department they won't tell you about any of the equipment. I recommend staying away from this place before they take your money and run.
