Upon arrival all employees extremely rude. Added tons of miscellaneous charges at the end of our trip. When I asked for a copy of a receipt they refused and said they would email. Received multiple emails showing unauthorized charges to my credit card with no description. Plan on disputing and reporting to better business bureau.

Love the overall experience! Very courteous and patient on the phone to answer questions (dogs, cleaning etc.), great location on the Commons Beach, quick QR check in, and very friendly folks working at the beach. Add to all this a great price and there is no question that we will be back here again :)

Booked a jetski online with them. Called to see if they had any other availability and they offered a few options. I decided to stick with my original time. However, someone moved me anyway. I had to call again to move back to my original time. They were great this time around and moved me to a different date and time that worked better than the first option.

We made the reservation a day before without any problems. Their online reservation system was simple to use. When we got there for our rental they were very nice and accommodating to my family. We had a small toddler with us and they had a life jacket for him ready to go. They gave great instructions on boat usage and features and were very patient while we loaded and unloaded the boat. I would say it was a true win using this company!

Great day on the water! Rented a boat for a half-day rental (4 hours) and it was the perfect amount of time. While $900 for a half-day may seem a bit pricey, keep in mind that it includes fuel (which is easily $300+ these days) and can have up to 8 ppl. With 5 people, it was $200 each, or $50/hour. Worth it to me! The workers today (Tim, Wes and Rob) were super helpful, informative and patient. Love that they come and meet you/park the boat themselves at the end of your trip. Boat was clean, comfortable, had lots of storage. They let you go to Emerald Bay, which not all rental companies let you do. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing 2 hour boating ride with our captain, Olivia! She was friendly, happy to share our fun (it was my birthday) and an excellent captain! She shared interesting facts about the homes on the lake, the lake facts and general information about the Lake Tahoe area! We could not have been more pleased and had an excellent time and tons of fun!

These guys are great! The best service and good price! We were about 15 minutes late because of the heavy traffic and guys were able to move our time forward so we could take the full advantage of what we paid for. Very considerate and understanding. Highly recommend!

A great two hours water skiing on the lake. Olivia, our captain was very chilled and provided great guidance to get my three teenage boys up on skis for the first time. I even managed to get up on one ski at least once after about 20 years. Thanks Olivia and TWA team..

Great crew at TWA. Tyler was great with the kids and an awesome guide on the lake. The boat was awesome for tubing, wake surfing, and just cruising. And the kids had their own space up in the bow.

We had an absolutely awesome afternoon with Tahoe Water Adventures. Their staff was so friendly and helpful, and the booking was flexible in terms of what water sports we could do. They gave us great info about the water conditions and what activities would be most fun. Olivia was our captain and she was fantastic. She gave us perfect advice about everything we tried (wake boarding and tubing, not that tubing needed much advice lol), told us all about parts of the lake as we passed them, and just overall was super fun and lovely to have as our captain. Highly recommend this company.
