In short, Fantastic 😍. Coffee is high quality, staff are friendly, baked goods were good, the Turkish Delight is made in house and you get a free piece with your coffee, my one and only complaint is the space is a tad cramped. This place gets a Sanai seal of approval.

A great place for coffee. The coffee itself is much better compared to starbucks, dutch bros, pete's, and other big chains. It gets busy sometimes. I actually like when it gets busy cause the atmosphere is nice. Not always a place to sit, but the wait for drinks is never long. The baristas here are some of the nicest and kindest I've ever met. They are also very hardworking! The Cubano breve is really good but their cappuccino is my favorite.

My very first time at Pangolin today! All the reviews I read were 5 stars so I had to try it. The reviews I read mentioned a lot about the great customer service. At first I thought to myself “it’s good but not great” when I was ordering my drink. But my mind changed when my drink was done. The cashier/barista walked my drink outside. I insisted on taking it but he insisted on carrying my drink. I was very impressed! He totally deserved the tip I left! Now it makes me wonder if I should even bother tipping other cafes when they don’t even bring my drink/food to me! I pick up myself. Hmm. Thanks for raising the bar Pangolin! I will be back a few more times before I leave. Oh, I ordered the cardamon latte and got the raspberry Turkish Delight ( it was the barista’s favorite). Tip: they have a small parking lot. If there’s not space just park in the neighborhood. Also, after your coffee check out Junkee across the street! (If you’re into collecting things).

Pangolin Cafe is such a good addition to the heart of Midtown! They serve delicious confections-English toffee & Turkish delights! They also have a great variety of tea & coffee options. Such a great atmosphere and friendly staff!

Stumbled onto this place and it’s a gem. I think he was the owner, but super friendly and attentive. Coffee was the bomb and I couldn’t pass up the waffle with their homemade whipped cream and toffee. Doooooooooooooode, it was legit. I highly recommend everything about this place. Great ambience too

I always make an effort to find good coffee as I drive around US West coast. They have the best coffee so far. Even their bagels are great and chewy and that's not even their speciality. Jazz music in the background is a bonus. Definitely worth the detour to reno city.

Beautiful place to chill. The spackling rose lavender lemonade and I really like it. It was refreshing and delicious. The Turkish delight came with the drink and it was also delicious. Like the decor and parking was available.

First time here, friendly staff, cool vibes. Needed a Matcha Green Tea Latte with oat milk, perfectly done. And it came with a sample Turkish delight, lemon was yummy with my latte. Wonderful locals place.

Tried Pangolin Cafe for the first time over Presidents’ Day weekend. We really enjoyed the service, atmosphere, our drinks and of course the Turkish Delights! We had never had Turkish Delights before so we got the variety tray and they were all delicious. You also get a free Turkish Delight with your drink. I do however wish they were opened on Saturdays! Seems like a missed opportunity for good business.

Really loved our quick visit here! The staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, and our drinks (and waffle) were amazing. I wish there was one in my hometown!

There’s nothing better than quality coffee on a road trip! My Gibraltar was perfect and I loved the complimentary apple cider Turkish delight. The baristas were so friendly that I could have easily enjoyed the day here. Looking forward to trying specialty drinks next time.

This is for sure going to be a new favorite go-to coffee spot. The atmosphere is great, the decor is modern and classy, the drink choices are wonderful, and competitively priced compared to other cafes in the area. The espresso is by far some of the best you can find in town. The delights and toffees are absolutely delicious, which they make right in-house. All around wonderful cafe with very friendly, attentive staff and they even donate some proceeds to help Pangolins. Definitely worth going to.

Some of the best coffee we've had in Reno! Drinks are beautiful and well spiced and the waffles and bagels are great as well. I asked for the cardamom latte with no sweetener and they ground cardamom fresh for it! In general they don't make the drinks too sweet and the flavors really shine through.

I love their food and drinks. The delights are delightful and the drinks are delicious! A hidden gem and local favorite. I love that they support UNR and TMCC art students by allowing them to sell their art here and I enjoy looking at it, as I am an artist in college. Very good vibe! 100% recommend.

This place is so good! I got the pistachio latte. Also had the toffee and whip cream waffle it was bomb!

Seriously some of the best TOFFEE, Turkish Delight, and Chai Latte that I've ever had! We ordered it online and it was shipped so fast. You MUST try the mixed delight and the mixed toffee! Overall, highly recommended and love supporting a local business that is ships all over! A++

Cozy cafe with sizeable tables and easily accessible outlets. Drinks are customizable, not expensive, and tasty, and come with free Turkish delights. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to let me smell the teas.

Great little cafe with a nicely decorated interior but limited seating inside, however, they also have an area outside the cafe which is fun to sit at and watch all the interesting cars go by on South Virginia. Very entertaining The coffee selection is interesting and flavorful which is really fun and most drinks seem to come with a Greek candy which is nice. I just wish that they had grilled cheese on the menu

I came here a couple times with my sister and we got tea and tasted each of the Turkish delights. They're always so nice to throw in an extra one or a different snack. It's pretty trendy and the teas and snacks are great. You have to try the toffee! 😍 Quick and friendly service

Found this place on the "best coffee shops at Reno" list and it was perfect! Customer service is awesome, the vanilla late was so good and the liege waffle was super delicious. They even got us turkish delight candy. 100% recommended

Love this cafe. They so sweetly introduced me to turkish delight. This special gift with the coffee makes this cafe memorable and unique compared to other coffee shops. The coffee was superb and amazing customer service. wifi works great. limited seating, but still plenty of room and outlets to be comfy and read for awhile.

Was blown away by the Turkish delight that comes with the fantastic coffee served by awesome staff. I spend a good time of my life in coffee shops, so when one blows me away I want to review. I had the Cubano Breve drink which the owner recommended. Can’t go wrong with that one.

After I found this place, I haven't gone anywhere else. Always super kind and helpful at explaining what their drinks are, and they make sure you are happy with what you ordered. I have not experienced customer service like this at any other coffee place around Reno! They are also very consistent with their drinks. When you order something you like, it's always made and taste the same! Some places I have been to, I'll order the same thing each time, but they always taste different. Not with this place! I have tried several different things and it has always been delicious!

Pangolin is a 🌹 in the 🏜 …When you stumble upon a delicious coffee shop it’s a welcome treat, when you find one in Reno Nevada it’s a freaking miracle oasis!!! To top it off, a piece of house made Turkish delight with every drink 🤤 Pangolin is on or if not better than any of the ‘go to’ spots in the Bay or Seattle and absolutely worth the visit!!!

New favorite coffee shop! Being from Seattle, its been hard to find a great coffee shop in the area. Not only do they offer great coffee, but the guys on staff were very welcoming and friendly. They bring the coffee to you and check on you which is rare in coffee shops. The Turkish delights are also just a wonderful addition. Even though I live in Carson City, I think Pangolin Cafe is definitely worth the drive!
