If you just need your coffee and enjoy the rest of the day of yours, this is the Starbucks to go to! If you go here often, the barista will take the time to get to know you and have the drink ready to order once you step up to the register. They know time is precious. Every barista in the store were wearing masks not that I care. You can tell they are working hard and shows great enthusiasm and care in getting your order efficiently and accurately from point A (at the register) to point B (Handing you the drink). Cons. Parking lot is a little bit tight and drive thru cars can get in the way when parking. 4 Solid Stars

Damn best Starbucks in the carmichael area. Best brown sugar shaken espresso the other locations do not seem to get it!! So good thank you all for being awesome! Clean space, friendly staff, and reliable great coffee every time! Only location I feel comfortable leaving without trying my coffee first! Great job!

My go to Starbucks because they are consistent and always delicious. Ordered the Green Tea Matcha Frappuccino no simple syrup and extra whip cream along with a chocolate chip cookie. Heavenly & Perfect!!

I go to Starbucks once a week for a Frappuccino. It is my little way of starting my week with a sugary treat that makes me happy. The last three weeks I have stopped at this location that is located across from the post office. First week it was a little off. I could not put my finger on it but I did not like it and I poured it out. The second week the drink tasted like blended milk and was not the caramel goodness I wanted. Today, it tasted like water blended with milk and a touch of coffee. Inflation has caused these venti drinks with two shots to cost more than EIGHT DOLLARS! I shudder just thinking about it! But it is a little tradition of mine and I kept it going despite the cost. Getting it wrong three times in a row makes me regret giving this location a try. Employers everywhere post signs that they are hiring, and short staffed. Now they are overpaying unskilled workers and it shows. Starbucks is now at the same level as any McDonald's. Many locations randomly close early, some only open the drive thru, some only open inside, most are running out of ingredients... When the going gets tough the tough get going. Or in this new world order, the tough get ridiculed and the wimps get away with making excuses. If this was my business, no excuse would keep me from providing excellent service, quality drinks and a great experience. Excuses are for the weak. But now weak is acceptable and even celebrated. But it needs to be said, they're still pathetic. I will find a new way to start my week. Starbucks as a whole and particularly locations like this, get your act together.

Truly appreciate the exceptional customer service.. Ample parking & swift drive thru line. Outdoor seating with umbrellas & wheelchair accessible.

It's a Starbucks with a busy drive-thru on a busy road. But I like that you can consistently get what you expect there. The baristas here are friendly and talkative. The indoor atmosphere is pleasant and generally not as busy as they drive through, which is great when you need to pop open your laptop to get some work done or study.

I went Through the Drive through, it was Quick, Simple, and Done in a Professional Manner along with GREAT Customer Service....! Had NO PROBLEMS or ISSUES at all what so ever...!

They were awesome! 🙂 I like my [hot] white mocha to be especially sweet☕! They knew exactly how many pumps to put in when I told them "I'd like it sweet to where most people would say, "oh that hurts my teeth." Even topped with the perfect amount of whipped cream. People were friendly. Mocha was made quick, hot and made exactly how I asked; I couldn't ask for anything more! 😊

The sitting area inside is not clean. Tables are not wiped and the floor is dirty. I do not recommend it if you are planning to spend some time inside and enjoy your drink.

This is the BEST Starbucks location in the area. I literally go out of my way to come to this store. All the employees are SO nice and have great attitudes. I've never had any issues with my order being wrong.

This has been my go to Starbucks for a couple years and have typically received good coffee, occasionally receiving weak coffee. Today while I was waiting for our mobile order of two cups of hot black coffee, I watched the barista pour a small amount of cold coffee into two cups and fill them with hot water. Well, those cups turned out to be my order. Apparently they didn't have my blend, Blonde/Green Apron, so instead of asking about a different blend, they just pour some blend of cold coffee and then fill the other, roughly 2/3 of the cup (eyeballing) with hot water. So I paid full price for watered down, nearly tea flavored, black coffee. It's absolutely awful! Very, hey disappointed this morning.

As a local, I've been a customer here for years. However, this has become one of those Starbucks and other places where the tipping culture is so awful that they give you the credit card machine at the drive thru window for you to tip up front, and if you don't give them a tip, their faces change and they become mean. This is awful! WE ARE BUYING FROM YOUR STORE ALREADY, AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE "FORCED" TO GIVE YOU A TIP FOR HANDING OVER AN ORDER THROUGH THE WINDOW!

This location is usually really fast, especially if you’re ordering ahead of time. The staff are much friendlier than other locations on average.

I travel a lot all over for work and I tend to visit a lot of Starbucks. The team that have been assembled at this particular Starbucks is just top notch. They work well together, have fun, are kind and considerate and just a great bunch of people. Literally everyone here is great and Tracey in particular has been there a long while, knows me and my family and what we usually order and always goes out of her way to make us feel warm and welcomed. It’s a chain, the experience in a Starbucks is pretty formulaic overall but the people in this Starbucks really make it stand out.

THE best place to study. They have 2 big tables along with their usual small tables, and sufficient amount of outlets everywhere. Staff are fantastic.

Everyone that works here is really kind and it never takes more than a few minutes to get your food/drink. Fast and great service.

This place has a busy drive though, but the workers there are very nice and I haven't had an issue with my order being inaccurate. Tip your barista!

They'll sell you spoiled milk from time to time got me twice already, and good luck with your trip after that

Went into the restaurant and the line was overwhelming. I decided to use the restroom instead of wait in the big line to order first. The employee left her work station where I'm sure she was greatly needed to come to the bathroom and rudely bang on the door to ask me how long I was gonna be in there because I've been in there to long. I had not even had a chance to finish cleaning up the grossness the employees did not do themselves and actually use the bathroom. I told I was using the bathroom and so decided that I would be finished in two min because that's the time limit she gave me till she would leave her heavy work load to come harass me again. The employees are rude they hardly have any products and the baristas skills are sub par if that. Will not ever go to Starbucks again as this seems to be a trend with them and complaining does nothing because they know that they can just slide by ln name alone. Not with this consumer though because I expect quality over name brands every time. R.i.p original Starbucks! You will be missed. Moving on ...

I come here every weekend for the cold brew salted caramel coffee. The staff is ALWAYS willing to customize my order. The staff is awesome. The place is clean, my beverage is always ready after about 5 minutes.
