You know... I'm surprised! Staff are friendly, prices good for what you get, easy access to your own lane in the pool, there are two as well, one is a dedicated adults only pool which is WONDERFUL but there are spaces if you have kids too. Fitness equipment is brand new, the entire place is just nice. Staff welcoming too. This is more of a family friendly, older crowd not a muscle fest place. That said they have legit squat racks and not just a ton of smith machines. Good place, good people, good clientele, staff, facilities etc. Just a little tucked away but worth it.

We joined this club initially so my son could continue to learn to swim. He was on the swim team last year and what a great experience! The families were very supportive and really want each swimmer to do their best. My son loves to go spend a few hours in the pool on most summer weekends. They do have lifeguards on duty during these times. This club has quite a bit to offer. They have a workout room, fitness classes, tennis courts, basketball, indoor and outdoor pool, summer camp for the kids, and a small snack bar. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love this place they have just about everything, the indoor pool is a plus and the tennis courts are always nice, not to mention the workers are always super nice and friendly! They offer team workouts for different age groups and the gym equipment is nice. They provide child care while you work out and they have pickleball courts and basketball hoops.

The gym flor anda machines are dirty and there are no desinfecting wipes to clean equipment before and after use.

Fantastic family focused club! I've enjoyed the amenities of this place since I was 10 years old. New, high grade, gym equipment. Stellar group of swim team coaches. Fun summer camps for kids. Various opportunities for physical activity. Indoor and outdoor pool as well. You will love Del Norte!

Absolutely great! Very few people. Pool was perfect even in the middle of a 100F day. Machines available by the dozen, so as tennis courts. Nice staff, tons of activities available. Reasonable membership. I love ❤️ it. The pool is great for pro racers, depth, timer, etc.

Wonderful and welcoming club that offers a fitness center, indoor AND outdoor pool, tennis courts, a bunch of classes, concession stand, kids care... I feel like I could go on and on. Incredibly kind staff. My wife, son and I come here just about every day and love it. Come check it out. You won't regret it.

Complete disregard for the law or those with disabilities. For over a month I have been trying to get Del Norte to fix/ replace the chair lifts that assist those with disabilities to get into one of their two swimming pools. I have been given just excuse after excuse. First was told the chair lifts needed new batteries, then I was told I would need assistance to turn them manually, then use power to lower chair into pool. When I arrived to use the pool the chair lifts could not be turned at all, so were not usable. I was then told they were going to replace both chair lifts, and this wa “their top priority”. I was then told lifts had shipped July 7, and as soon as they arrived they would be installed. Two weeks latter, I was told the lifts had not been shipped at all as the company”put our account on hold without telling us”. So it is over a month, still have no idea when the pool lifts will be installed. This is a violation of both state and a federal law. The manager acknowledged this to me, but I am just getting excuse after excuse as to why there are still no chair lifts for either pool. Del Norte Club is owned by Arcade Church. I informed them in a letter of the non- operational chair lifts a month ago. I have not received any response from Arcade Church, and continue to just get excuses from Del Norte manager. It is a disgrace the callous disregard for the law exhibited by Del Norte Club and Arcade Church. It is also a disgrace that they have such little regard for the safety of their members.

If your ok with old and dirty, then you should be good here, most of the staff are friendly, in a kinda fake way, some staff will straight ignore you as long as you are a member with a year contract. In my opinion , membership is over populated, especially when the young ones are out of school, can become a bit rough. The inside pool has two lanes for reservation, most times are unavailable, the other lanes are come first, ect good luck with that. A hot tub is available but members have been known to hog it up for an hour! Just received notice membership fee will increase due to janitorial, that is laughable. I am not renewing membership.

Super friendly staff and great place for family time, especially in warm months. Gym equipment isn't as advanced for gym rats but the other amenities are great!

I canceled my membership here almost 2 years ago because I was paying so much money per month so we could swim but every single day during summer only 1 lane is open for open swim. What's the point to pay when you have zero access to the pool all summer. So this year few weeks ago I came with the kids to swim I paid $15 each for me and my son and my daughter with disability was just hanging out. I CAME BACK TODAY and they told me the policy changed from 2 weekends ago now it's $15 per each for everyone and ONLY MY SON was going to swim So I have to pay 30$ just for me to sit around and care for my disabled daughter that came with a Walker and oxygen on?! Are you kidding me ?? So we have to pay $45. Just for ONE PERSON to swim. Me and my daughter were going to watch my son swim and get stuff from the snack bar which you would still be making money You're part of a church ?? Lol what a joke. Trying to make money off of people that are just going to sit and do NOTHING but buy from your snack bar. And to TRY TO CHARGE MY DAUGHTER that's clearly with a Walker and oxygen and you can tell she can't do anything there anyways ... you still wanna charge her too??? Discrimination to disabled people that's what I call it I will never come back to this place again And will never recommend you guys to anyone anymore. It's a shame you're even part of a church. Disgraceful establishment

I signed up for a seven day free pass. I took my son do go swimming and they said no one can help me with my pass. It was Saturday at 3. They were just going turn me away but my son was all set to go swimming. She charged me 30 dollars for my son do go swimming.
