The Park Victorian is a very nicely redone bed and breakfast! Has a great view that over looks old Auburn. I however would never stay here or host here again. We did a surprise engagement party for a family member, there were max 20 people at the event that only lasted for a max of 4 hours. We had the party outdoors and took all proper precautions as the soon to be bride was pregnant and we wanted to be cautious with COVID. We provided masks to the family members attending. We even hired our own cleaners to come in and clean after us. The manager Laurie was very difficult to deal with and was very unprofessional. She seems to live on site in a little shack in the back that looks directly into the main dinning room of the bed and breakfast. We had been very communicative as our plan for the evening, we then proceeded to get harassing text massages through the event and into the next morning. Her text messages were very unprofessional and was shocked that someone of "management status" could talk to paying clients the way she did. She turned the nice outdoor lights off at 9pm on us, everyone was gone by 10pm anyways but found this to be rude. Not to mention her husband is the maintenance man who had not emptied any outdoor trash cans from previous guests, and they hadn't filled any propane tanks on the patio. After telling her I was shocked with her messages to our family and how unprofessional they were, she proceeded to send them. I had friends ask about the venue and as much as its a cute venue, I'd never recommend staying here to anyone after dealing with Laurie!

THE OWNER LARA IS A PEEPING TOM!!!!! BEWARE!!!!The owner looks through the windows while you are renting. I had an engagement party there and they were fully aware of everything going on. Lara the owner that lives on the property and walks around while you’re event is taking place decides to turn the lights out at 9o’clock for whatever. LARA was text harassing through the whole experience. If you expect a private. uninterrupted wedding or engagement party don’t expect this from Laura. Sorry I needed to warn others. I’ve had it a picture so you can see the proximity of where she actually lives it’s on the grounds and makes experience not very private

Beautiful accommodations! Breakfast was very good and loved having fresh cookies, snacks, coffee and drinks available throughout the day. Laurie was a great host and aimed to please. Nice views from the rooms of Old Town Auburn. Loved the history that was kept with the renovation and charm of an old Victorian home. You must try at least one night.

Great stopover in Auburn. Our room was a delight. Great views, comfy bed, quality soft sheets and towels and new feeling in a historic building with a great view of Old Town Auburn. We were happy to have scored one of the larger guestrooms near the parlor. Our host, Laurie, was sweet, hospitable, and responsive to our needs. Once remodeling is done and a few kinks related to that are ironed out, this charming home will tower above all other Auburn B&Bs.

The house is exactly as pictured. However there was no breakfast, maybe that was changed because of covid...but there is a kitchen with all the nicest fixtures and equipment if someone was hosting. The only negative is that the propane tanks werent filled so we couldnt enjoy the out doors at night and we didnt get the room we booked even though we where only 1 or two guests at the whole house. Other than that, beautiful house.

The Park Victorian is nestled atop a private hilltop that overlooks downtown Old Auburn. The views can only be beaten by the impeccable interior design of this gorgeous bed and breakfast. No detail has gone overlooked and the historical feature has been honored and highlighted. You won't be disappointed when you rest your feet at this designer paradise!

Great location near old town Auburn. The room was nicely updated with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Breakfast was tasty and the hostess was very pleasant. They are still doing renovations but that didn't effect our stay much. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Auburn area.

I could not be happier with our stay here! My husband and I wanted a quick little getaway and this stunning B&B was perfect. It seemed that every detail was thoughtfully planned from the rocking chairs with blankets on the deck to the vintage/chic chandelier in the room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (how have I lived without those cinnamon rolls?!) and Laurie was the BEST hostess. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer!❤️ You’ve got to check out this gem!!

It is truly a real piece of GOLD, The house, was gorgeous, the grounds so inviting, our room very comfortable, our breakfast scrumptious but most of all, the Hostes was the real gem. Thank you Laurie, you were more than gracious, hospitable and we enjoyed our stay. Auburn is very lucky.

5 stars is the least I can give as a thank you for the stay at this fabulous bed and breakfast! It's lovely, friendly staff and the stay offers a prime luxurious feel. It feels like you're living (in a modern version) of the Victorian era, with a beautiful view over Old Town Auburn. top choice!
