great service. basic but good sandwich. too much bread to meat + veggie ratio so it can be a bit dry. $17 even for #5 sandwich, chips + choice of drink..

Tri tip sandwich was most excellent. I could have ate 2 of them.. And the Marina is right there

Very original style delicatessen. The unfortunate flavor (spread used for all 3 sandwiches-why?) did not hit the mark like the original Italian style (mayonnaise and mustard) deli sandwich!

Great sandwiches. I'm not mad but this is like the 3rd time in a row the young girl with reddish hair who works here has given me roast beef instead of pastrami. Please teacher her how to tell them apart lol

Sandwiches are decent and they have an extensive soda collection. Unfortunately, they charged $2 to wrap a sandwich to go and charge sales tax for cold sandwiches(illegal taxation). Taxes should only be charged on hot sandwiches but I have witnessed fraudulent taxation at there establishment multiple times.

Their prices way high even though sign outside tells a sandwich aroun ten dollars. Me and my wife split a turkey sandwich we paid 17 dollars for coke and chips horrible sandwich. I will never go there again

I love coming here when I'm in the area for a reliably good sandwich :) very large selection of sodas, they offer some deserts and ice cream all at affordable prices and the service is great! All this being said, I have noticed it could be just a bit tidier and the screen doors are there whether it's summer or winter, which is a bit odd. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoy the sandwiches here!

Great old-fashioned Deli. Went there for lunch the other day, and it was excellent. People were nicely friendly. I even saw him and a gentleman who waited on me and did something kind with the homeless guy who was hanging around, which I thought was kind of cool. Normally, I would have some photos with this, but I didn't grab any next time. Because I plan on going again and again to enjoy this place, it's a special place and it deserves our patronage. Yes they're that good. I don't hand out five star reviews very easy. That's for sure

The food is exceptional. The tables are scattered with crumbs and disheveled. However, there is no better sandwich.

Wow the best sandwiches ever! I love all the options for bread, meat and toppings and that you can choose from their list of sandwiches or make your own! Their pesto pasta salad was also phenomenal. the old fashioned fountain sodas were also a plus and there are tons of bottled beverages to choose from as well! Definitely will be coming back!

Passing through and stopped by for a sandwhich. Packed with food and flavor. Great value and cool ambiance.

Tried a side of cold pasta salad, it was ok. I’m more amazed at their vast soda selection taking up 2 perpendicular walls! You can literally find any type of soda and ginger beer here. Hoping to go back to try any of their famed deli sandos soon

My husband and I came here for lunch, and this is probably our favorite spot in Martinez. Food was delicious! I had the boars head special sandwich, and my husband had the gyro. Both were 10/10! We ordered the combo, so we got to choose sides and drinks with it. We both absolutely love rootbeer and ginger beer, and we were so pleasantly surprised to see that they had over 50+ kinds of root beer and ginger beers to chose from! I will definitely make this a go to spot every time I come back to Martinez. Thank you for the delicious sandwiches!

The house Italian was so freaking good. They also had live music and the atmosphere on the sidewalk felt like a terrace in Europe. Super cute. *the pastrami in the Italian was so chewy I literally had to take it out, still SO GOOD.

The owner and the team behind him was friendly, hard working, and attentive. The place is kept clean and accessible. This place has nice plants which transforms the place in somewhere more tropical and welcoming. The sandwiches we custom ordered was nice for the buck. This place has many selection of craft soda.

I love Luigi’s deli. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. They have great pastas and salads as well. I love all the available veggies and condiments you can put on your sandwich. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because as many times I have been there and the hundreds of sandwiches ordered there is generally an incorrect order. Not huge but maybe no Mayo turns into having Mayo or something like that. It generally happens more often when I order online or over the phone but I need that time saver. I will still go back time and time again.
