Our usuals are the hot and soup soup, chicken chow fun, green beans with black bean sauce, Singapore noodles, orange chicken, orange beef, honey walnut prawns. The servers are so nice and the owner is amazing. Been coming here for around 20 years.

Orange chicken was outstanding, just the right combination of sweet and spicy. Hot and sour soup is one of my favorites amazing flavor! Very hospital and kind. Very good 👍

Friendly staff, bad food... Never had Chinese food I didn't like until now. The orange chicken didn't taste like orange chicken. Low quality meat. It was more hot than spicy or flavor, it burnt my tongue... the rice was not fully cooked either. The hot and sour soup was good tho. Wish I had my $14 back. Definitely not coming back.

Great food, huge portions, serve nice and hot! Wonderful staff! We ordered some food for takeout, and waited in the car because my mom is disabled, and our server brought the food out to us in the parking lot in the afternoon heat. Staff went above and beyond ❤️

I love the rose garden Chinese restaurant it is by far my favorite in the Sacramento area! The food is always hot and fresh. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend the egg fo young and the lemon chicken. The cream cheese wontons are another of my favorites. Come early for dinner it can get a little busy.

LOVE this place. Great PooPoo platter. Some call it PoPo platter. It's an appetizer with beef skewers, shrimp, foiled wrapped chicken, pork slices and cream cheese rangoons. Comes with the miniature bbq to heat anything that cools before you can eat it. Only Chinese place we have found with this. Lemon chicken is delicious. BBQ pork fried rice is also very good and you get enough for 4 so we ended up taking enough home for 2 more meals.

best Chinese food around. the tea is good. the service is good. the fish arr fun to watch. the fortune cookies are more like proverb cookies...they also have lucky lotto numbers if your are a gambling folk. I like to come here with my family, or anybody who will tolerate dining with me, just to enjoy a heap of orange beef, and pot o tea.

My friends would enable my addiction. War Wontan Soup, Salt Pepper shrimp with green beans, even the tea; all of these elements of my addiction make my each visit more and more constant and frequent.

Ive been here a gew times in the past couple months. Theu are so nice and the food is AMAZING! They have been in business for a few decades from what Ive been told and I completly understand why. I absolutly LOVE the War Wonton Soup!!! Please give the food a try here. Totally worth it!

Stopped in yesterday for a nice bowl of hot and sour soup. They know me by name and kindly greeted me, took my order and it was delicious as usual. I told the waiter that if I was stranded on an island and could have only one food to eat for the rest of my life it would be their hot and sour soup. And the prices are not bad either.

This place is not located where it says on Google... wasted my whole lunch hour trying to find it. Food was okay. Will not go back though.

The food is consistently great, staff is super friendly, and hey always remember us and our order. To top it all off, they even deliver! We’ve been eating here for many years and have never had a negative experience.

I have been coming here since 2006. I have been satisfied with everything I have ordered here and I have gone through their menu. Our family mostly goes for their Orange Chicken. Their sauce is not runny. It coats the chicken perfectly and they put whole dried chilies in their Orange chicken so it has a little heat to it which is very nice. My sister hates spice so she just asks for them to leave it out and she doesn't complain. I noticed with all of the dishes I have tried that their sauces have amazing flavor and consistency. Their staff has always been kind and patient. They have amazing food and even more amazing service.

Usually order for takeout. Food is always HOT and delicious. Large portions so 1 order usually lasts a couple meals. Well worth it.

One of my favorite restaurants in Roseville. The employees are always fabulous. I always get an order of the cream cheese wontons, and wonton soup. If you like those places that only give you 1 wonton per soup, you might not be ready for the Rose Garden! The walnut shrimp is "scrumdiddlyumptious." And ALL the sesame options are mouthwateringly good. In fact, I've made myself hungry writing this so I'm going to go finish my leftovers!

The shrimp with lobster and fried rice dish was horrible. There was slime egg soup on top of the shrimp and no lobster. The fried rice did not even taste like traditional fried rice. I don’t know what happened but the food made me not want to eat for the rest of the day.

Takeout food for two cost $47.57….expensive and not enough food for two! The wor wanton soup had almost no soup and was tasteless. The PoPo platter was mediocre at best the chicken/black bean sauce was tasteless. I called and complained and they said they would refund my money but they never did so. Very very disappointing.

The food is excellent; melts in your mouth !! Great friendly service. Food was hot and ready quickly. We are from out of town and will now make this a stop in future travels!
