My
mom
was
scheduled
for
an
operation
and
we
took
the
valet
parking,
per
instructions
given
by
the
nurse
assigned
to
my
mom's
procedure.
Once
we
came
in
through
the
valet
entrance,
we
got
her
checked
in
at
the
outpatient
surgery
office.
The
receptionist,
Alexa,
was
rude
and
was
short
with
us,
talking
down
to
us
as
an
invalid.
Once
the
nurse
came
in
and
took
my
mom
back
for
prep,
I
went
ahead
and
went
to
the
cafeteria.
On
my
way
back,
I
took
the
first
floor
entrance
and
was
looking
for
stairs
for
the
second
floor.
I
came
across
security,
and
I
was
stopped.
I
was
asked
if
I
checked
in.
I
told
her
how
we
came
in
from
the
valet
parking
and
showed
my
ticket.
They
continued
to
instruct
me
how
I
needed
to
check
in.
They
asked
why
I
was
here.
I
told
them
I
was
waiting
for
my
mom
for
a
procedure
and
how
she
was
in
operations.
Despite
this,
I
was
told,
in
an
unnecessary
attitude,
how
I
needed
to
follow
the
rules
and
I
needed
to
check
in
and
how
I
needed
to
put
on
their
masks.
I
already
had
a
mask
but
they
said
I
needed
to
put
theirs
on.
I
just
left
and
went
back
through
the
entrance
I
came
in.
Such
an
impatient
and
discourteous
group
of
individuals
who
are
in
a
position
to
be
the
face
and
the
first
impressions
of
this
institution.
If
I
ever
needed
medical
help,
I
wouldn't
come
here.
