Staff here at this Peet’s Coffee polite, friendly and, fast. This is the second time I’ve ever been to Pete’s coffee. I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks any day every day. High quality coffee and breakfast in a variety of styles. On my next visit I am going to try the chicken and waffle sandwich, it looks delicious.

This Peet's Coffee & Tea is very spacious. There is plenty of small tables to comfortable seat small groups (almost everyone is here is in a little group of 2). The layout makes sure people in the purchase line (and waiting for their drinks) are all able to stand inside the store & without blocking merchandise, people at tables, bathroom doors, exit/entrance doors, and each other.

The staff are friendly, but with 4 people working in the early morning, they seem to be focused more with filling online orders. I walked in around 8:15am, ordered food and a Cappuccino and waited for 15 minutes for the drink to be finished. There were only about 5 walk-ins during the entire time, and multiple people picking up their online orders at the side table. My food was cold by the time I received my drink, and it was not that great...more like a Latte. It seems to me that this is now an online business, and if you walk in, then you're going to be served second in the order of precedence. I have no complaints about the staff's friendliness, but with 4 people working 1 should be on the register and three should be in production mode.

The staff are trying to keep up but the morning rush plus online orders cause a huge back up. I waited over 15 minutes to have a scone warmed and finally just asked for it cold. The manager needs to do better.

Like coming here but last two visits the bathrooms were gross. Dry pee by toilet and just not clean smelling. Might go to nugget

Good coffee, nice staff, quick service, plenty of seating/tables, plus outdoor seating with a fireplace - probably the nicest coffee place you can find.

ThIS IS THE BEST PEETS in the Sacramento/South Lake Tahoe area! I just enjoyed a perfect cup a few weeks ago. The need to build Peet’s when I visit NJ, no one would go to yucky ⭐️bucks! Nordstrom on the East Coast is as similar to Peet’s as you can get.

I love this location. I'm there alot. I use for my down time to relax dealing with cancer and depression. And writing my book. Everyone there is so nice and chill. I love the comfy chairs in the back.

My favorite place for coffee. Manager here is super nice and sweet. Helped me out when I realized I had forgot my wallet at home. Came back the next day to pay them back. Awesome coffee shop

Expect to wait for your food if Mia is the cashier. She needs to be reminded to put things in the oven by the customers. It's happened twice now.

Happy to have the menu items Im looking for now, mobile orders are getting done more efficiently than a few months ago. Mobile app still is quite buggy during check out but improving. Keep it up Team Peets!

Typically been a really good experience. My last visit gave me one coffee that I literally could not drink for almost 20-30 minutes it was so HOT. The other one was drinkable at the moment I bought it. I was bummed.

I've been visiting this specific Peet's location daily for the last 18-24 months. The people that work here have become like family. They are absolutely a delight, always smiling, always welcoming and they make you feel at home.

Excellent coffee and incredibly warm baristas! With my purchase of beans for home brewing, I received a free cup of their limited-edition Ethiopian Super Natural (it was excellent). My personal favorite coffee from Peet's is the Arabian Mocha Sanani, although their Kenya Auction Lot is a close second. I heartily recommend the Sanani, Kenya, and/or an Ethiopian type if you love fine dark roast coffees.

Boo! apparently this location does not accept cash, ordered 4 drinks and wouldn't take a $50 dollar bill. That's ridiculous, never had this happen at other Peet's. Love Peet's Coffee too.

Generally great service. This particular visit, there were many people working (at least 5), but there was only one person making drinks. Don't think this is normal practice. A lot of customers waiting for drinks. My beverage came out wrong, but I didn't want to have to wait for another drink. I was in the store for a total of 25 mins (ordering and waiting for beverage).

A1 Commercial Refrigeration repaired my refrigerator. The staff was professional, practiced all COVID protocols. They explained what was wrong, A1 contacted me with the cost & required repairs. Do not hesitate to use them for your appliance repair needs! Thanks A1 & staff!

I've been buying their beans for 5 years for my breville espresso maker, but lately I can't get them to sell me anything that isn't stale. It's been a problem for over 2 months. Customer service sent me a pound of beans they say was 2 days after roast date, but the same thing happened, no crema couldn't regulate The Brew extraction time, flat bitter flavor

Their Matcha stuff is amazing. Even though in one order I got a brownie instead of a croissant, It was still a good order :) Definitely recommend

WARNING!! Some of the cashiers here either don’t listen to you when taking order or they want to double charge you by pretending they didnt take your order for some of the items the first time. So make sure you double check how much you’re paying and for what items. And as bonus they show very bad attitude when challenged. These people need more training for sure.
