😠 This specific Quest location is trash. My disabled 2 year old and I get turned away each time we come here for a walk in. Even with appointments, we have to wait long. The staffs are not kind and we are not greeted each visit. Do better. I'd also like to add that the staffs here did a terrible job... People often mention appointment, location, time,

    This specific Quest location is trash. My disabled 2 year old and I get turned away each time we come here for a walk in. Even with appointments, we have to wait long. The staffs are not kind and we are not greeted each visit. Do better. I'd also like to add that the staffs here did a terrible job with my son's lab. They had to poke him several times. They have no sympathy whatsoever.

    Had an appointment today at 11am. I came in at 10:30am and checked in using their kiosk. At 11:10am I noticed that people with later appointment times were being called in before me. So naturally, I ask for help. Apparently, the system had an error and didn't check me in and despite trying multiple times still would not check me in. I did everything that was asked of me and SOMEHOW they don't have an override protocol in their system for situations like this. The staff told me to either sit and wait until a cancellation happens or reschedule. Yeah, no thanks. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location.

    These guys are cool, they took me in despite me being 15m b4 closing with a drop in app for some lab drop offs 👍 and the kiosk not registering my drop in

    had appoinment. they kept saying that my doctor haven't fax the order. called doctor right away for the refax. checkin again and they kept saying they didn't recieve it. I told them I just call my doc and have an argument with them. they checked again and saw total 3 fax from my doc. very bad service

    The staff are great, nice, and helpful. I just hate the fact that having an appointment doesn’t mean much. I come early and check in, but still have to wait over 20 mins to be seen. I don’t know what can be done but I feel like making an appointment. I should be seen at that time. This has happened to me at other locations as well.

    Quest Diagnostics at this location was really professional. They had ample parking, had a touchscreen to check-in and the screen called out names in a chronological order. It was good to see social distancing was being practiced. They were on time to call me in and overall I had a good experience. Also want to mention that, it was the only place in Sacramento where an appointment was available in the next 8 hours. Will recommend this place.

    Appointment was at 630am. All the staff in the back were loud and celebratimg somthing. All the patients could hear them giggle and laugh, while waiting in the waiting room. 6.40 am once they were done doing what they thought was priority started calling patients who were waiting since 620am. One of the staff was not wearing face covering. No professionalism at this location. No consideration for patients time.

    Just quit if you don’t want to work, appointment is pointless if they make you wait 1 whole freaking hour. They don’t value your time so go somewhere else

    I dropped 24 test. Everything was properly check and labeled in front of me. Now my doctor want me a second test because the first one was missed up from Quest (not labeled). Waste of Time!!

    So disappointed. After having to reschedule Quest appt from the day before because they were an hour behind at a Elk Grove location, I then made an appointment for a Timberlake location. There is only the kiosk and no person there to speak to so I signed in and the Rep came out 20 minutes later. I overheard rep telling someone they could not process without a hard copy of doctors order since internet down. It wasn’t until I started asking questions she finally told the whole group. They should have immediately told waiting patients. So two days of fasting and two days of not being able to get blood test. Quest gets 👎.

    I arrived for my appointment and checked in by clicking the link on the text message I had received. Almost immediately I was called to the front desk to verify my insurance. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was sent into a room and waited only a couple of minutes for Natalya to come in. She also was very pleasant and the blood draw was painless, quick and easy. Everybody was wearing proper PPE and the whole office looked and smelled clean. Great experience.

    Make Appt and you will shorten your visit. No appt and you will wait. Professional technicians, clean. Bring ID, License, Insurance Cards

    Very rude and unprofessional lady don’t know her name( light brown hair with ponytail, Tattoos on arms) She don’t know how to talk, she was acting like she is boss here. Full with ego. Very disappointed, Not coming here anymore because of her attitude.
