I went there at night around 12:30am. I went to the mic and kept saying hello for like about 10 minutes and no one answered so I figured maybe something is wrong with their mic. I pulled up to the window to place my order and this old African American lady wearing glasses was straight up rude to me. I explained her I was back there for about 10 minutes and she just rudely replied I didn’t hear no one and I just asked her if I can place my order here and again rudely replied not here go back in line. Do better than this. I used to come to this location all the time but not anymore with this attitude.

I work for Uber Eats. A customer placed an order at this restaurant. I drove here for 15 minutes, waited another 20 minutes, after which they told me that they were already closing and they could not fulfill the order. The time was 11:30pm. The restaurant is open until 1:00am. I had to cancel the order. Nobody compensated me for the money spent on time and gasoline. And the client was left without an order. Thus, I also spoiled my rating of accepted orders. I put the lowest rating for the restaurant and the work of their staff. Do not eat at this restaurant in the evening, you will only waste your time.

What a disgrace. If I can give 0 stars I would. I specifically asked for CHICKEN chalupas, and they gave me beef chalupas. When I went back to exchange, the employees just smiled and said, “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. We went to get 2 Chicken Chalupas around, @11pm 10/29/23. This is such a disgrace and very unacceptable, as I have converted to HINDU RELIGION & do not accept BEEF AT ALL. Maybe Taco Bell, on GERBER RD, should hire a more experienced team with more professional association, confirming the franchise policies. I would not accept or suggest this service especially in todays time, to anybody. Stay away from this carless place ran by teenagers. God Bless.

By far the best Taco. The Staff is kind even when people who are injured or disabled they do get extra mile for you the food came out perfect the first Taco Bell at every time I've come here to tacos are not broken when I go through . And they really make sure when you have a special order it is done the way they want it and the way I want it great staff.

I ordered a burrito for my oldest son, my 8 year old said he didn't want anything and then less than 1 minute later he ask for a soft taco. I spoke with a very pleasant cashier by the name of Daniella. I asked Daniella if I could add on a soft taco. Daniella said yes, and then a very rude young lady name Alexis said "No, you cant add on anything at the register sorry." Now here's my issue. If one of your employees already confirms although it was my mistake that I could add on the tack for my 8 year old son, Daniella should have been able to honor. Daniella was very sweet and polite the entire time. Alexis did not say anything else outside of her outburst of an abrupt "NO" Alexis just stood there the whole time watching as i asked for Alexis name so that i can write this survey. You guys need to have a conversation with Alexis on customer service skills & empathy.

Ive had it with this location ive never had a visit where they actually gave me all my items. They always forget multiple things or just one thing theyre always in a rush to just get you outta there heck the guys just gave me my change and told me to have a nice day and literally almost forgot to give me my whole order they arent paying attention to what theyre doing. im tired of it.

This Taco Bell location used to always mess up my order to the point that I had to switch locations. But a couple months ago I decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did! The staff are always friendly and they always make my order correctly even when there are customizations. I highly recommend this location!

The preparation of our order took longer than expected, although it's been a while since I last visited so maybe that is how long it takes. While the food itself tasted good, the extended wait and transportation time resulted in some of the shells losing their crunchiness.

Slow workers that take long to get your food ready lack of training. Where is the manager at you have these kids that are doing the bare minimum not worried about orders.

I had a burrito supreme and some kinda grilled chicken burrito that my daughter brought out to me Cuz she works there ...they were both yummy I liked the chicken one more tho.....I recommend this taco bell for second visits

The girls that we had taking care of us were teally nice. Unfortunately we didn't get part if our order that we paid for. They asked us to pull around and wait for our order. When they brought it out we noticed immediately are missing a soda. They brought us the soda and said that was all the order. We got home and realized they had left out my taco.

The only reason I go is 3 ppl can eat and drink in $10.. 3 bean burrito 🌯 and 3 soft potatoe taco and 2 freeze while happy hrs... otherwise.....

Why do I keep trying to eat Taco Bell? They never get better only worse. From the customer service, to quality to flavor all sucks at Taco bell now.

I wanted to leave a review for not only Jaharee/Taylor but the rest of the taco bell team that night, when I walked in there was a bit of a line with a customer that seemed to be very rude when I saw Taylor walk up to the front counter and helped the customer get his order correct, when it came to my order the wait time was a bit long but that didnt bother me at all because everything was fresh and delicious I would rather wait a little and have my food fresh than it be rushed and have items missing overall probably one of the best overall experiences I've had walking in to a fast food restaurant

Food like substances served quickly by friendly people. Let's be real; every so often you need a simulated taco or burrito. Maybe real Mexican food is too spicy, or whatever. This place will get suffice and the people are friendly and helpful.

I only go there cause requested by my spoiled baby, who thinks money grow on trees 😅 Over priced on a lot of things.. i don't see anything special from the $3 Doritos taco. and quesadilla isnt worth the price, barely anything in the piece of tortilla. Only once in a blue moon you'll get an employee who gives extra hot sauce for tacos. Not even enough for half of the family taco pack.. 😑 Reminds me of Churches Chicken.. 5 packs of hot sauce for a 20 piece chicken.

Fast food done right! Good food at a good price. The deluxe cravings box was very good. The employees were polite and fast. I like this location.
