Never eat here again it's the same quality as taco bell and its terrible. Charge more and get the same results. Better off going to a real taco shop or el pollo

Good place for burritos at a reasonable price. Get the 2 for $5 burritos should be enough food for lunch. The wait time isn’t too bad if you get here at the right time. It can take 1 minute or 15 minutes, but that’s fine since quality food can’t be rushed. Burritos usually turn out fine every time.

I GET IT! FRIES ARE ALWAYS BOMB. Cept once or twice. When I go inside. I am usually Greeted cheerfully and pretty darn quickly. That's why ordering from inside and dine in is 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When it comes to the drive through, Timing is everything. Service feels "Rushed" The taco sauce is disgusting. 🥺 Mostly the food is lukewarm at best. Food borne illness often comes from that. I'll be back for fries though...🍟🍟🍟

Went on a weekday to dine in so the joint was pretty empty, staff was pretty slow but that's to be expected with a full staff of Gen Z's we're just talking while one person did all the work. Anywhoo it's been years since I've ate at this chain, had a burger and drowned it in the hottest sauce, so dam good!! 😋

Not open 24 hours. Came at 9:50pm on a Friday night and the lobby was locked and the drive-through had cones blocking it. Apparently, they have no problem lying on their own website and Google Maps

I was in today to get the barbecue brisket fries. I was told they no longer have that so I got the carne asada steak fries. I also asked for two sides of barbecue and I was charged $1.00. when they handed me my order they told me they don't have barbecue sauce. If I had known that I would never have got the carne asada steak fries. No refund was offered. I tried the fries, didn't care for them, and threw them away. Geez Del Taco, get some barbecue sauce. It's also a condiment.

I haven't had Dell Taco in a long time. The food isn't like I remembered it. It had no flavor. All I tasted was the beans and rice. It looked like everything was just thrown together. As far as the service I asked the cashier can you make sure you didn't put ice in my drink. She said "oh I can't; I already made it". Luckily she did make like I requested. But I'm just thinking if she wouldn't have made it made what would she have done? How hard would it have been for her to make it right? I dont know just saying. Cashiers attitude sticks.

Seems the quality of food is going down and drive-thru line taking longer. Received some old tortillas for my burritos and a quesadilla that didn't even have melted cheese or lack of melted cheese. I didn't want to rate this place 1 star because I remember the manager or assistant manager earlier in the year was very accommodating when I had to order some vegetarian dishes for my parents.
