Environment was great! Employees were very polite. The only thing that bothered me is that when you buy the game cards they automatically charge you $2 for the bracelet and $1 for the activation fee. I understand a person probably doesn't have much choice about the activation fee, but a customer should be asked if they want a bracelet before they charge $2 on your bank card for it. The bracelet is not necessary it is totally optional. So it's like they're sneaking money out of your bank account to have you pay for something without asking.

Very nice place to take kids. All of the employees were great, food was good and grandsons had a blast. Oh and the big kids had fun too.

Came on a weekday and it wasn't too busy at all. Stayed for 2 hours and the kids had fun. Credits doesn't last that long here though, unfortunately. The pizzas were surprisingly pretty good! Would definitely come back to this location.

Wasn’t too busy. Used a coupon for 2 60 minute game passes that we shared. Kids had a blast and we won 700 tickets!

My Grandson really enjoyed his time here. One of the cleaner locations we have visited. A few games were out of order but the majority were operational and well maintained. Good service at the awards area and the the cashier. The staff operating the entrance / exit when asking questions were not helpful but they were young, so...Overall a good place for a kid to enjoy!

For $110 because a family of six can enjoy two pizzas, fries and breadsticks, as well as four beverages and 100 minute card, which can be shared by all the party, which equals out to be two hours of playtime

Our most recent visit here was nice, the place is kinda hectic because of the little kiddos and parents trying to keep them from running off, but I have to say I really like there "Child Safety" program that only the child with matching numbers to the parent can take them out. The food and salad bar was nice and clean, the floor, tables and benches were good and it was nice everything was set very well for the party that we were attending. Overall the experience was nice, kids and the adults had a good time also playing a few of the with the 2hr unlimited game bracelet was Excellent and using the app got the kids some extra tickets Score! The songs for kids were kinda cheesy but fun and the Tornado ticket grab was neat and fun for the birthday boy. Only bad was it needs some extra ventilation because it can get kinda musty with so many bodies moving around the play area But Still Tons of Fun Thank you!

Great place to take the kids out for a few hours of fun. I had a great time, and so did my kids. What they love the most was when Chuck E. Cheese came by to give them a high five. The new game is in it pretty fun, and my kids had a blast with their school friends.

They are letting people rent out the whole chuck e cheese! It was SO much fun. It was like 2 pizzas, 4 drinks and unlimited games for $200! I have 6 kids and a hyphy wifey so they went absolutely bananas. We will be doing this again soon. Thanks Chuck!

Had my daughter's 1st birthday here. It's not like when we were kids, maybe that's a good thing. There's no play equipment, just arcade games and single passenger baby rides. There's only an animatronic mouse Chuck E. (The other characters appear on a screen. There's also a Chuck E. In a suit that appears during the birthday performance. Our host was attentive and kind. There's no more tickets or tokens, everything is managed using cards that you slide or tap or a wristband (for the birthday star). It was crowded but fun.

Hey, if you haven't been here for years (like me), you will be pleasantly surprised about the pizza. It was really good! Don't get me wrong, I am not saying it's like some gourmet dining experience or world's best pizza, just way better than I remember. Now the down side. You don't get tickets for games anymore and you have to buy a card that you use insted of tokens or tickets. So you spend money just to spend money. On tip of that... they cheat you since you don't physically have tickets the card can or can't get loaded with the "tickets" you win. I played 1 game and "won" 218 tickets.. however when we brought our 3 cards up to exchange our winnings for prises the total on all 3 cards was less than the 218 I won.. anyway, kids had fun, pizza was not bad and they do have lots of fun games. Just watch your kids the old handstand thing isn't really monitored like it used to be.

There are so few games left at this location. Some of our favorites are no longer there. There are about half of what used to be there. The best value is still the timed play pass. Our ten-year-old had fun playing unlimited skee ball, hoop shoot, Fruit Ninja, Sea Wolf, and Space Invaders, among others. 🕹️ Clean bathrooms and dining area, large selection of prizes at the ticket counter, friendly staff and the very best part- Chuck E. Cheese himself! 🧀 Pizza is still good and a great value. Full salad bar and fountain drinks. 🍕

The people sharing the space with you have no respect for your kids' toys. My son worked hard for his tickets to get himself a green stressball at Chucky Cheese to have it stolen from another kid. My son went and nicely asked for his stress ball back, and the boy responded no and took off to his parent's that totally ignored the whole situation. Parents do better, please.

Made it back home in time for my nephew's 2nd birthday 🎂 . The atmosphere was open and clean . Everyone had space . Good staff engagement. Most definitely will return and the kids miss the paper tickets 🎟 maybe bring it back

Came on a Saturday with my daughter and son. Staff were helpful. It wasn’t too busy. Most games working. Was pleasantly surprised. Even the prize counter was helpful and didn’t take too long. Will be back. Would give 4.5 stars if possible.

Pizza is yummy and stuffed crust pretty good too. Salad bar is fun for adults. Just ask person behind desk to trade for new plates. Can get a pricey beer if you want or wine.

Used two online coupons I downloaded prior to arriving. Two large one topping pizzas, 4 soft drinks and two 1 hour play passes cost $98 . That's using a coupon not regular price. Took my grandson for a little birthday get together before he went back to his mother's house. Had not been to a place like this since my kids were little so that was about 19 years ago. Games were good he had fun but I find that to be a little expensive considering the pizza was about a quarter inch in thickness and hardly any toppings. Bathroom definitely needs attention and more staff needs to be hired. I guess I would go back for him but I was honestly quite disappointed. It's about the kids having fun not the adults but it is on the pricey side for what you get.

Very fun, especially for the kids. I don't understand, their "unlimited" access card, which was NOT UNLIMITED! You get so many points, to use. Unlimited to me, means all the fun you can have, while you are there! They need to change the name on that, Fun access card, to a $20 worth of games name! Also points came off our card, but games did not turn on, so we did not, exactly, get to use ALL of our points!

Horrible service! Food had hair in it!!! half cooked pizza , French fries was raw . Disappointed! Staff ignored me Everytime I had an issue with the games. Staff doesn’t help they ignore. cup of water was $4.99. Ridiculous! You don’t even get tickets,1 or 2 tickets is the most you will get .!
