    They are usually busy with some long wait ti, even with an appointment. However, their technicians do excellent work. The business center they're in needs an update and the parking lot is usually very full.

    I'm always treated like a person at Quest not a number most of them know me on site by my first name.... When they take my blood it never hurts sometimes I don't feel anything ....Thank you all so much. ALWAYS, JOHN STAPINSKI

    Horrible; you could have an appointment and still be waiting an hour plus. My appointment was at 11am and itā€™s almost 12. They just called a lady whoā€™s name I donā€™t even see on the board. I asked why I havenā€™t been called yet and they said itā€™s because they have short staff, one person working! Why they hell would you be open for business if your facility canā€™t afford to hire more workers this is crazy. You have people thinking they will be seen and out of there at a certain time If they have an appointment, will think again. This place is always behind and claim itā€™s because of short staff. I literally hate coming here I never have to wait this long at other facilities.

    Very easy check in and totally pain free when I get my blood drawn by one of their technician named Sandra, she's probably the best phlebotomist/technician that ever draw my blood there in 4 years. It's usually hard to find my veins so it can be challenging for someone inexperienced to draw my blood and it's a painful one for me for sure. But today, I'm really surprised that I didn't feel even a little bit of pinch, it was totally pain free, fast and efficient. Best Lab visit so far.

    Staff doesn't know what they are doing. The lady at the counter couldn't figure out how to sign us in and needed to get help. We waited their on a non- busy week day for over an hour and a half just to have blood drawn. To make it worse the technician did a HORRIBLE job drawing blood. She stuck the needle in with out spending time finding a vein, then moved the needle around inside the arm until she found one. Then had to ask for help and do the same thing to the other arm. Unacceptable.

    I wish I had gotta my techs name. He was awesome. Super great at taking blood and very nice. Apologized for the wait (which wasn't long, really) and explained that they were down two people. This guy was quick and painless. I'm glad I didn't have someone else. I was there at 645am on Jan 20th 2020.

    My fiancƩ needed to just have blood drawn and we waited over an hour and a half.... we had to miss a very important appointment due to the staff not taking people in. The waiting room got full and over crowded to the point everyone coming in had to stand and wait. Very Un acceptable.

    I hate to write anything bad about this location because Jasmine and Maribel provide my mom with EXCELLENT CARE. Thatā€™s the only reason Iā€™m not pulling her out of there immediately. This last week she went to the laboratory to get a normal lab draw. She is 76 years old. Michelle was her phlebotomist. My mom stated to her her veins were very frail and her skin was very thin and she needed to use a butterfly. she lied to my mom and told her they were out. And continue to poke her three times without success. my dad stepped in at this point and called for Jasmine. Who, again always takes very good care of my mom. Jasmine interested room pose a butterfly out of the drawer and proceeds to draw my momā€™s blood successfully. Thank you Jasmine.

    The nurses are great here, and when you make an appt it goes really quickly. Clean waiting room, and they always get me on the first pokešŸ™šŸ‘

    They care very little about their clients. Been here before to be treated like a rag doll then to come back and wait almost an hour before being told I wonā€™t be seen is just unfair. The woman here have little regard for others. Sadly.
