First of all, the rooms and the hotel grounds are very clean. You can tell that the staff prides itself on cleanliness. I was very impressed with that. The location is good and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable and hotel staff is friendly. I recommend staying here, it's affordable and there's bus stops close by if you have to walk and use public transportation.

First of all the staff is super friendly. they give out small packets of snacks and water upon check in. Cleanliness is good. Water pressure in the shower is low though but the bathroom and the bathtub is clean. They also provide you with an anti-slip mat in the tub. Air conditioning is favorable. Parking is a bit tight but most spots are covered and secure. The rooms are recently repainted and seems that the hotel is undergoing renovation.

My room was huge and clean and beautifully decorated. Him, the front desk clerk, was super nice. I liked the parking lot because of its individual spaces separated by pillars so no worries about getting dings from other people opening their car doors. Nice that there are free snacks for you at the front desk 24/7!

The room was clean and it smelled fresh when we got in. They have basic amenities like fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer except for flat iron which we needed for our wrinkled clothes. The bed was comfortable enough. Room space is big, we got deluxe king room but our view was the roadside which has a big glass window - refreshing but not sound proof as we heard loud noise of cars/motorbike but not bothered us the whole night - we still had a good night rest. The water flow in the shower is low, bathroom was obviously newly renovated it got new fixtures I really liked the mirror it has button to set the light which is cool. I just wished their towels were more decent and folded nicely, we got one with pinky stain that we used as floor mat as they did not provide one. Parking is free and safe. The front desk was nice and friendly, they even offered simple refreshments at the lobby. Overall we had a nice stay.

Yeah I used to go to the North American Motor Inn when I was younger I don't remember ever going to this building I remember the building being in a tall building like the one across the street and it was clean it was nice it was neat and it was nothing like this sewer that we stayed in clearly this has turned into a roach motel something for people who are just taking their tricks to to get their jollies off there's no pride in this hotel there is no there is no nothing in this hotel they got one star just for being a hotel. And if I could I would get my money back and if it wasn't for the fact that my daughter was homeless I wouldn't have ever got that hotel not for one night much less two good day never again will you see me in that hotel ever somebody needs to knock it down and build it all over again

Our stay at Philly Inn & suits was very pleasant! The owners are very nice and give great advices for visiting places. The hotel was very clean and good smelling. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. A big plus was the large parking spot for hotel guests! You get to the City Center very quickly by car. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Booked a king suite room… it was dark and dirty. The floor was sticky and it looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned/mopped for a long time… almost as though it hadn’t been cleaned after someone else stayed in there. None of the lights, the phone, or the refrigerator worked in the room. There was paint all over the floor from painting the door as well as what looked like a hole in the wall which was plaster over but left unpainted… So immediately I went down to swap rooms. They effortlessly exchanged my room which was nice but the next room, a double bed room was barely cleaner than the first. The fixtures were hanging sideways on the walls, they attached towel hangers in the bathroom with double sided tape. Left over painters tape on the walls where they painted and hung up vinyl. There was spit in the elevator… Definitely a very uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend staying there.

Service was very friendly. Location was super convenient to the Mann Center for Hozier’s concert. Both save this place on this review. The hotel itself needs a lot more TLC though. The lot is tiny and can only hold about 13 cars (otherwise you have to park on the street nearby) in addition to 6 spots out front (one of which was next to a dumpster). The decor is interesting. Who decided on all the funky colors and the Jackson Pollock styled blinds ? Also, why was there just window tinting plastic on the windows? Blinds aren’t that expensive and the tint made everything look super dark outside. The bed was the only furniture that was level. The desk chair constantly slid to the center of the room and then dresser, which was propped up on crumpled cups (the same ones used for the coffeemaker) , had drawers that wouldn’t stay shut (see photo) . What’s up with the courtyard space off the garage in the back? Why the barn door going into the bathroom? This was the cheapest hotel that was close to the aforementioned concert, and I see why. 3 stars at best. Probably won’t be back to the hotel.

I would give this hotel zero stars but the AC worked and it was in a nice location. The room was outdated, loose faucet in the bathroom, blood on my blanket, didn't see that until the morning of my departure. The view was of a soggy roof. The staff could not have been more unfriendly. If I have nothing good to say, I normally would not write a review but a positive review was written in my name and posted. I received an email notifying me that my review was received. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The stay itself was fine. The rooms and hotel are clean and private, and the on-site parking, while cramped was very convenient. However 4 days after returning home my bank card was fraudulently charged to a middle eastern bazaar store out of PA. This was the ONLY time ive traveled to PA. The man that did our check-in made a copy of my ID and bank card upon arrival, I assumed it was for bookkeeping purposes, it wasn't until the fraudulent charges posted on my account and I seen what they were and where they were from that I made the connection to the hotel, as the staff is all of middle eastern decent. It is unfortunate because the hotel and stay itself were fine and I was prepared to give a nice review of the place. Be cautious handing these people your information!

I would like to comment on this small, friendly hotel. We chose it for it’s location and, frankly, the price. I came to Philly to assist my daughter in relocating here. It seemed to be located within easy driving distance to all of the apartments we looked at. From the very start, the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and their small cleaning staff worked hard to keep them that way. It was quiet in the evenings and at night. Their “unusual” decor with many bright colors on the walls, flooring, window treatments, etc. was shocking at first, but I found it to reflect their upbeat way of doing business. Don’t let the bright colors deter you. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and families on a budget in a very expensive city.

The front desk staff - exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and present. You can't get this kind of service at the hotels in Center City. They even made popcorn and offered us each a bottle of water. Clean hotel at a great price. Parking is tight, but it looks like they are working on it. Get in early because Friday and Saturday night, they filled up fast. The restaurants next door were great. Convenience store is right next door. We will be staying here again. The front desk staff really made a great impression.

Staff all around were incredibly friendly. Excellent customer service. Centrally located to plenty of restaurants. Area was easy to maneuver for those not familiar with the area. You get what you pay for with the room. Nothing fancy and was initially a little nervous. We ended up enjoying our stay. Parking lot was full night one of our stay, so we had to park in the Chili’s parking lot. Hotel room was a bit noisy as we faced the street and there was traffic all night. Overall would stay here again for the price, staff and convenience.

The hotel has clearly had recent renovations. It was obvious due to the old TV stand on the wall, unfinished paint jobs, as well as a half-attempted farm door look for the bathroom. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the water pressure was low. The staff was attentive to issues we were having with the cable TV. For the price I was expecting better. Will not stay with them again.

I got this hotel for two nights while going to the Taylor Swift concert. My big concerns were: Affordability - everything was jacked up due to the concert. I didn’t want to spend more than $500 for my two day stay. Convenience - I’m not super familiar with the city, and I didn’t want to drive too far. This checked the boxes, and was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The gentlemen at the desk (I met two different gentlemen) were both very friendly, polite, and helpful. They offered to assist with bags, and when I came back at 4:00am after the show, the person at the desk said I could checkout an hour later if needed when I inquired about check out time. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless, and I had a stay with no issues or inconveniences. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the room was large, everything was clean. Getting to the hotel from home was super easy, right off the highway. (I had only been to Philly once before, and it was a bit more chaotic the first time.) After the show, once I got around the block from Lincoln Financial, it was very quick and easy. I’m a pretty simple traveler, so I had no complaints. The only things that some people may be bothered by: - Bed was a bit loud. It was just myself, so no issues, but if I had my fiancé, I might have kept him up with how often I shift during the night. - Water pressure itself was very light, but for a two night stay, not an issue. It could also be the times I used the shower, as it seemed like everyone in the hotel came and went at the same time. (I saw a few people clearly going to the show the same time as I did, and come back the same time as well.) - Housekeeping did come in when I was gone and straightened up. While nothing was missing, coming in to see my things moved and a light on that I know I turned off was a little off putting until I realized it was just housekeeping straightening up. (I don’t go to hotels very often, so this surprised me, I thought they wouldn’t come in until I was done. Maybe this is normal and I’m the only one surprised.) All in all, a pleasant and convenient stay with no issues. Thank you!!!

Keolive was super and nice helpful with making sure he had a good stay. The first room we got, the door wouldn't lock but the he gave us a new room with no problem . The rooms were clean and a colorful. I love the grass carpets in the elevators

The staff were SO welcoming, kind, and attentive to our needs. We received a very warm welcome from the time we entered the doors to the property. We love all of the bright and splash of colors throughout the property, which immediately puts you in a better mood :-)

We went to a show at the Mann Center, and The Philly Inn and Suites was in a great location to get to and from. The service was OUTSTANDING from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff was very accommodating (a special shout-out to Keolive who was so kind on our way out). I believe this isn't a new hotel, rather a building that was renovated into a hotel. Overall, the building and room is well done with a lot of charm (lots of color!). The improvements they could benefit from that I noticed were relatively minor, and mostly had to do with the bathroom. There was no place to hang our towels in the bathroom (yet there was plenty of wall space to hang a rack). And while there was a small AC vent high in the wall, there was no proper ventilation fan to ventilate moisture out of the bathroom. The sink faucet hot/cold were also in reverse. Again, all minor things - for a room that was along the main road and also right by the elevator, the sound barely carried. We slept soundly and comfortably. Parking upon arrival/check-in can be a little tricky. There are only a few parking spots to use when you arrive to check in, and they were all full. We had to roll the dice and risk parking at the neighboring gas station, then walk over to check in. Once we did, we had access to a very unique mini labyrinth of a parking garage. I kind of liked it actually. There are a few areas they have at their disposal for onsite parking, and they utilize the space very well. We had no problems finding a spot to park once we were let in. For the price, location, and experience, we would definitely go back!

What a most pleasant stay. The rooms and common areas were sparkling clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. Keolive added smiles and hospitality at the front desk. On site parking was limited, but there was safe parking directly across the street. This hotel provided the basic necessities with fun decor and welcoming vibe. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and The Mann Music Center (if a mile and a half is walking distance for you).

Convenient location, rooms were very clean and comfortable, night and morning staff were very friendly and accommodating. There's a Chili's across the street and other restaurants nearby, 24 hour gas station convenience store next door. Would and will definitely be staying here again on my next convention visit to this town!!!

Checked in to find out the whole hotel does not have hot water. So now showers here. They can take my money but not provide the service I paid for? The parking garage is terrible only small cars fit. My Chevy Silverado struggled and even got scratched a few times because there is literally no space to back up turn around so nothing. The front Al desk people have told us five times now the water heater would be working but it’s been four hours now. Do not recommend at all unless you wanna pay and basically waste your money.

I went there 3 nights ago , got water was off. The clerk was ASLEEP at the desk when we got there . I didn’t have towels in the room . The room was not as clean as well. I was offered to get my money back . I gave them my card number over the phone and they hung up on me. I still didn’t receive the money. Now I’m calling them back to back and they’re declining my calls . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. I was better off going to super 8 or the Econo .

  • 5/5 Katherine S. 1 year ago on Google
Are the rooms perfect? No. They could use a little TLC. But were they comfy, quiet, and clean? Absolutely. The staff were also super friendly at all times. Location was convenient to get gas, hop over to a restaurant without needing an Uber, and a great price to grab a rideshare to the concert we were attending. If we ever attend another event at the Philly Met we will absolutely stay there again.

We booked a room with a queen bed and our room was clean and modern. For the price it's a very good deal, there's also parking. The guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Very good customer service.

Absolutely disgustinggg!!! Sheets were dirty. Lamps/ light fixtures didn't have light bulbs, rooms are absolutely filthy! Barely wanted to go in our room bathroom cause it was so dirty and non sanitary. The bed was uncomfortable, everything was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE, HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service, great rooms and a nice, relaxing bar. Out of the fray and comfortable. Just what I wanted.

I wish you could give negative stars or none. Absolutely disgusting and roach infested. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The room was roach infested when I spoke to the front desk about the roaches the response was what do you expect it's not a five star hotel as if roaches were to be expected. Not sure how they continue to be in business. Rooms are dirty and stink sheets were dirty with cigarette burns. Overall motel was dirty was hell. I left the motel and had to search for a hotel in the middle of the night. They refused to give me my money back even after my horrible experience. Literally one of the worse experiences of my life.

I wish the elevator was working! The heat was on but The room was still freezing. No microwave in the building! Other than that or was A nice view outside.

  • 5/5 Pamela M. 2 years ago on Google
I have to say, I wasn't sure how my stay was going to be. But let me say, the rooms are so cute! They have touch mirror's in the bathroom. Really quiet! My husband and I usually stay at the Hilton, but this was a spur of the moment thing, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff was really nice and inviting. So all and all, no complaints at all.

  • 5/5 Noah R. 1 year ago on Google
We had an issue with our initial hotel, so we had to scramble and find another last minute. We were pleasantly surprised with this one! Its not fancy, but its very comfy and super fun and colorful. The men working at the front desk were very nice and welcoming and they offered us drinks! It's in a good location too, tons of restaurants nearby.

It wasn't bad the man at night gave us a great rate. Didn't seem like he knew what he was doing with the keys and printing out a registration. Told us the next night would be $120. Came down the next morning was told $180. The man at night said to pay him and he would ignore any smoking. It was quiet the bathroom doors sucks but surprised at how clean it was.

  • 5/5 Papi S. 1 year ago on Google
The staff went above and beyond, super friendly, caring, and down to earth. With everything that’s around this hotel this price was awesome! About ten minutes (give or take with traffic) from a ton of things close by! Most definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

  • 4/5 Keith P. 1 year ago on Google
This is a nice little hip hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean but the toiletries were minimal. The only reason I could only give this property 4 stars (really more like 3.5) is because it was noisy. You could hear loud talking and doors opening and closing way past midnight. Also, the parking is awful! Cars are parked dangerous close and there were large dumpster-like containers you have to maneuver around. I had to park across the street in a Chili’s parking lot. All in all, not bad but I wouldn’t jump at the chance to stay here again.

  • 5/5 Lady C. 1 year ago on Google
Last minute convenient affordable accessible efficient and safe place. Located near public transportation, Starbucks, dispensary, food market, gas station (avoid if possible), many more nice restaurants close by walking distance. Quiet spacious and newly remodeled must be under new management. We will stay here again, but this is not a place It’s mostly for a shower and nap

The vibrant colors that decorated every room of the hotel set this place apart from any other hotel that I have been to. This hotel had affordable, last-minute booking options that saved the day for our group after our original hotel plans were mysteriously canceled. The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful.

My boyfriend and I just visited that hotel trying to celebrate a birthday weekend.. I actually left my wallet in the hotel and was no hesitation they were eager to make sure I get it back no questions asked.. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Service was great, rooms was beautiful will be back soon. Thank you team

Really enjoyed staying here! The front desk staff was fantastic and so hospitable, almost as if they built the place themselves. It's in a great location and pretty affordable, the décor was unique and made things feel fun, and the room was quite clean and satisfying. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's also not trying to be. Think of it like a high-end hostile that somehow has all of the amenities and comfort of a hotel. Fun, affordable, and fantastic hospitality. I'd stay here again anytime!

This was a great value and experience! The front staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They engaged us in conversation, asked us our plans, and made recommendations when we asked what there was to do. The hotel was clean. The rooms were VERY spacious! Amenities and appliances were all good. Overall, if you’re looking for a value stay in a modern, friendly, spacious hotel, I highly recommend it!

An amazing experience overall, especially for the price! Super friendly service and the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t ask for more than that! The location is also pretty good and there are things to do in the area. Oh and did I mention that the service is awesome? 5/5 hotel for sure
