Lovely campsite with a local / family feel. It's nicely wooded so you have a sense of enclosure in your site. Hot showers are free, with the request that people don't waste water. We stayed in March and appreciated the space heaters in the washrooms :)

What a fantastic place to camp along the banks of a beautiful river, edged with centuries old trees, nestled into an idyllic farm setting where horses, chickens, goats and friendly faces greet you! We enjoyed a most peaceful and relaxing stay at Arrowvale Campground!! You will love it!!

Went down for a ball tournament and they came in clutch finding me a spot in the over flow field. Wonderful place 10 minutes outside the city, quiet and relaxing. Wonderful staff, very polite and helpful with my many questions and very good services. Hot showers, laundry and goats 🤣. The sites have water/power but I didn’t need them in my tent so it was perfect!! Thank you sooooo much ladies I had a great time and I look forward to coming back next time!

A very nice and basic campground where the sites are NOT crammed together. Quiet and by the Somass River. The farm has a lot of riverfront and is adjacent to the Somass Regional Park for more riverfront.

Most peaceful & affordable place you can stay anywhere in & around Port alberni, although im not sure if I'd feel the same if it were fully packed. Right next to a river with hiking trails going in both directions. Heart warming pets and animals included, along with super friendly staff, also surprised to see a mini skate park, great for kids. This is not a place you go to party, be respectful!

Nice quiet campsite with lovely views. Clean washrooms which were easy to get to.

We walked in on a rainy afternoon looking for a tent spot. They guy that welcomed us in gave us and nice sheltered and private spot. The next day we walked along the beautiful river that runs beside. Our car battery died and the girl at reception was extremely helpful and made phone calls to help us. They have a nice dinning area, that looks very new, perfect for board games and coffee on a rainy day. If I would have a suggestion it will be to improve the access to the river.

Stayed here a few times over the last few years. Very large campground for tents or trailers, as well as a couple very nice cabins. Cabins have a good amount of privacy, BBQ and picnic bench area outside the front doors, and a little kitchen with nice appliances. Main office has a little cafe with milkshakes, pie, and some other food as well. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the river, a few quiet swimming spots, and some nice walking trails in a few different areas.

Had fun selecting a bunch of small pumpkins for the girls group to paint last night. Great little farm located close to Port Alberni.

We stayed here for a quick night. Came in late and left early. The staff was really nice and let us do the payment by phone. Rv spots are big. The showers were clean but can really use an update since they are SUPER old.
