One of my fav places on Sproat Lake! The water is clean and clear, lots of beach, and a good mix of quick drop-offs (for those of us who don't like to take our time getting in) and longer shallow areas (great for those with littles).

Very nice place. Can get crowded during hot summer days. If you visit please make sure you leave the place as you found it. So many people are leaving their garbage. Pack out what you pack in and even better pick up around you when you leave. Keep those gems nice and clean or don't visit them.

Don’t forgot to bring sandals! We were barefoot and it hurts. The taylor arm when we came was very private and we love it! No lifeguards tho

We rented all three sites in September for our wedding and it was fabulous! We all camped for the entire weekend and used the larger of the sites as our venue! It was easy to have all of our vendors come out and the site was just what we wanted! If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor space for your wedding look no further!

Enter parking lot. Take trail to left and head under the bridge, opens up to a rocky, swimmable shore on Sproat Lake.

Absolutely gorgeous area to spend some time in the water and sun. The water is clean, and the surroundings are truly beautiful, it's definitely in my top few most loved places to go in the summer. Not too busy, at least not while we were there, we decided to walk along the shore line in the water until we found a nice little area that was private and away from everyone where we could enjoy swimming and suntanning in our own little secluded spot. It was perfect! Make sure to visit if you haven't been there, you don't know what you're missing!

One of the best views of the Sproat Lake. This is a beach after a short trail that goes below the Highway 4. Nice parking spot on the right side of the Highway while going towards Tofino from Port Alberni. We took our Kayak and enjoyed the time spent there. The small Island in the middle of the lake is a Private property. There were many groups of people enjoying around the beach while some were even swimming.

(Sort of) Hidden gem Park here and walk down the trail to Sproat Lake. Fabulous clean lake, goes out fairly far until the drop-off. Good for kids. Beach is rocky but manageable.
