Fantastic place! Great food, views and amazing service, the Fish and Duck has been the highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island. Highly recommended.

Quiet and casual, nice view. Looking across the lake at the Martin Mars water bomber while enjoying a 'Bomber Burger' lol, delicious. Dessert was great as was the locally brewed ale.

We just had our semi annual staff dinner at the Fish and Duck, honestly I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience it was! The food is fantastic, atmosphere is great, wait staff are friendly and efficient. We’ll absolutely be booking here again - thank you fish and duck from the crew at Alberni Electric!

I absolutely love this place! It’s so nice to come to after a day on the lake! The service is always great and the food is amazing. Such a great spot! Definitely recommend !

Our first time here since the new ownership and we were really happy. Good local beers on tap now, and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Port Alberni. From the healthy options (Buddha Bowl, Quinoa & Kale salad) to the bomber burger, everything was very tasty and hand crafted, including the burger patty. Plus it’s hard to beat the patio views. High five to the new owners! We are building a house up the road and can’t wait to call this our “local”.

Wow! First time ever visiting this little gem of a place, tucked away off the make k highway to Sproat lake, charming, great food and wonderful service.

Absolutely love this place. Newly renovated and under new management. Food is delicious and local beer on tap is spot on. Best view in Port Alberni!

A bit out of the way, nice patio overlooking the lake. Mars bombers are located on the lake. Food looked good but I did not try. House boats right there. July 2021. Still a great place. Had an awesome lunch. Looks Ike a recent reno.
