First, you must visit Canet de Mar, less than an hour train ride from Barcelona. It has nice, friendly people and a picturesque uncrowded beach and great food! We were there to tour the Castell de Santa Florentina, also a must see. Our tour guide, Jorge, recommended 6Q and so we went. So glad we did! The restaurant is gorgeous with exquisite stained glass, ornate doors and original wood floors. So awesome to sip wine and gaze at the unique surroundings. As an appetizer we ordered mussels which were delicious and a wonderful start to a deeply satisfying meal. Then we had the traditional paella, because what else will you have steps from the beach in Spain! Again, absolutely buenísimo! It had plenty of seafood and the rice and seasonings were perfect. We enjoyed a quick chat with our wonderful server who told us the restaurant used to be a private home and was designed by the same architect as the castle! It was a delightful experience to have an excellent meal in such a beautiful slice of history. Highly recommend!

One of the modernista houses in Canet de Mar which has a special relationship with the modernista representative Domènech i Muntaner. It is also a restaurant and has therefore a great ambiance for a fine diner at a reasonable price. Service was very friendly and helpful. If you are seated on the terrace because of the nice weather, do take a minute or more to admire the interior architecture in the dining hall and neighbouring rooms! It is best to park in the large underground parking nearby although you might be able to park in the small parking of the restaurant itself.

Beautiful setting for small or large groups. Food was amazing. One of the outstanding meals in my life.

We knew it is the house by the architecht Domenich i Muntaner and came in just to look inside. But they invited us, even we were a bit early. We agreed and it was the best restaurant experience in Catalunia, and the price is really up to earth (17Eur for Day menu). Chef, staff and place are superb and the food too as I said already. We asked about desserts and took the ones by recommendation - delicious and beautifully served. Also i recommend the salad with cheese, though the one with tomato looks beautiful - one with cheese was really great) Would like to come back and try other food. PS If not that restaurant we would be disappointed by our trip, as the museum was closed.

Incredibly beautiful setting, very good food for more than reasonable prices, good amd friendly service, albeit a bit understaffed at times, which makes it appear slower. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, both indoor and their terrace. If you're looking for something special at Canet, this is the place.

Just one comment. If you are lactose intolerant better inform them as food might contain milk related components even if not detailed in the menu.
