The hotel the rooms are super clean. The service is beyond amazing. My wife and I stayed there for a week. Beside the incredible service each morning they would bring us chocolate and one time they got us a bouquet of flower. They followed up with us every day bu whatsapp to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are very big. And they have all the gadgets u can think of. Keep up the amazing work. We’ll definitely stay there next time we go back to Milan.

From the moment you confirm a reservation and the hotel staff contacts you there is an elevated sense of customer service. Staff helped make thoughtful local dinner reservations and offered to reserve for the duomo and other local museums. The valet service used to park cars was exceptional door to door in the otherwise pedestrian zone. Philippo at the front desk gets a special shout out for helping us with all our luggage and writing a kind welcome letter with a bouquet for our room. The dog bowls and bed were also really great. Fully stocked mini bar, coffee, tea and toiletries :)The location really can’t be beat. It’s gritty but great. Excellent for access to the Vitorio Emanuel 2 mall and the piaza del Duomo. Rooms are new in a boutique setting and the attention to the client was outstanding. We took breakfast on the roof deck and it was quiet serene. Thanks for everything. We hope to return. Lots of options around the area but we would go with the Streets.

Took a trip with family there this summer- staff INCREDIBLY helpful, my older family member could not walk far and we had great trouble ordering taxis from place to place- calling the hotel each time was very easy and all staff sorted it out for us. Breakfast was spectacular and restaurant ideas always used as well as private tour guide organized and location could not be more perfect A Milan must- have to come again

Just returned from our visit to Milan. If you seek a very special place to stay in Milan, simply book "The Street". Yes...this is a very unusual 5 story Hotel with 11 contemporary rooms built around an open courtyard. However, what is really unusual and so wonderful, is the Crew at the front desk. Enthusiastic, helpful, charming, above and beyond, are understatements here. We left yesterday (October 10th) and we miss it (and all of them) already!

When I first saw the very modern hotel the travel agent selected, I had my reservations as it wasn't my normal style. However, I had nothing to be concerned about. The room was very nice & clean. The bed was comfy, everything was very functional, & the staff onsite was amazing! We spent extra time on the rooftop terrace, relaxing & smoking cigars. Someone was always checking on us, bringing another round of drinks (super convenient with great prices), and we really got to relax & enjoy our downtime in between exploring & shopping. Fantastic, central location too!! Special shout outs to Julia, Roman, Vittoria, Marco, & Filippo for going out of their way on several occasions to make sure we were taken care of during our stay in Milan!

Excellent stay! This is hiddne gem just 100 meters from Duomo. We had a spacious deluxe room (I think 30 sqm at least) for a good price. The breakfast is served till late on a beautiful rooftop terrace. All staff is marvelous and really made us feel like we were the only guests of the hotel (the booked several restaurants in Milan for us, and put fresh flowers with a card in our room as a gift). 🥰

This small hotel in the heart of Milano is amazing. We have just stayed for a long weekend and we had a fabulous time. To start with …. the service you receive before you set foot in the hotel is second to none. Thank you so much for all the trips you arranged for us and the many changes we had all dealt with brilliantly.Thank you in particular for finding the vegan ice cream shop for me and the pub to watch the football ! Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team. The hotel itself is really modern and is hidden in the heart of Milano. It is so ideally placed for seeing Milan you can walk everywhere. The rooms are very modern extremely clean and have everything you would need . Breakfast is excellent albeit you do have to order the night before but it is worth it. All in all cannot recommend this hotel enough and if we are back in Milano this is where we will be staying ! Thanks to all the staff for making our trip so good 😍

I have been going to Milan monthly for work for the past 4 years and I keep returning to this fantastic hotel. The position right next to Rinascente and so close to all the best restaurants is ideal even if you go alone or with family. No need to get a cab everything is within walking distance shopping & dining. The rooms are big, always spotless and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful speaking several languages. I would highly recommend this hotel over and over!

Lovely hotel. Awesome friendly staff. Clean, impressive rooms. Good breakfast selection. Netflix, YouTube and amazon prime on the television...so a great place to stay. It’s a working visit for myself so I haven’t done any tourist activities but it’s right in the heart of the city. Great location

Fantastic location practically on top of the duomo and the galleria. Rooms were clean and well stocked with amenities, mini bar prices were reasonable with not even the alcohol being overpriced. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, will definitely visit again

Wonderful hospitality! This hotel is a hidden gem very close to the Duomo in a very alive environment. Marco was the most professional receptionist I've ever seen. He made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The terrace is wonderful.

Great stay - friendly and accommodating staff that went out of their way to help us. Lovely breakfast brought to the bedroom and big spacious room which was really comfortable. Location is perfect - right on the doorstep of the Duomo cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele

Just for the location. The design does not appear as great as in the picture and does not serve the purpose, unless u like fancy wall paper. The hot water supply was horrible. The toilet facility does not meet my expectation. Some of the staff has terrible problem solving skills though "appeared" to be keen and helpful. Would recommend a branded/proper hotel for this price range. I found this hotel was overrated in Tripadvisor.

Fantastic experience at The Street Milano. The location was super convenient to shopping, Duomo, Galleria and all major sites. The rooms were very comfortable and had a cool vibe. The hotel gym was perfect to stay on track. The shining star of this hotel was the staff. Everyone that we spoke with was friendly, professional, truly stellar! They could not have been better. I was traveling with my elderly mother and they ensured that we were comfortable for our ENTIRE trip through Italy. They helped us with services and recommendations even after we left Milan! The welcome note and treats for my Mother’s birthday was a lovely surprise. Thank you!

Very nice hotel with one of the most helpful staff I have ever met. They had been in touch with me since I have made the reservation, suggesting their help for transfers and reservations, even for private visit to Duomo and the Last Supper. Location is excellent, close to Duomo, good enough for sightseeing, shopping and for exploring the spirit of Milano. Room was clean, spacious and with modern decoration, bed was comfortable. The only one thing I didn’t like was the amenities in the bathroom- very small bottles, falling down all the time between the bars of the shelf in the shower. But the whole experience with the hotel and all the restaurants and excursions they made for us, was very good, that’s why I can highly recommend this place.

Excellent location (steps from the cathedral) and shopping. Parking garage was convenient and very close. Room was nice and clean and air conditioned. Above all, phenomenal service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Would stay here if I go to Milan again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Milan.

Stayed here with my best friend for the first few days of November 2022 and it was a great experience from the minute we arrived. Clean, quiet, great staff, best location within minutes of the metro, the opera, & plenty of attractions. Hope to return to Milan soon and when I do, will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was amazing but the attention was even better. The ubicación is perfect for tourism, 2 streets near the Duomo or the Gallery and near to everything. Their terrace is super cute and available all time for the guests. Hotel staff was 24h operational and did made our visit to Milan just a dream come true. Always wanting to help made us a lot of good recommendations. Really good and kind receptionists. They made me a surprise for my birthday! So happy stay no doubt. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable rooms, beds and bathroom. Great service from staff and dining area is wonderful for breakfast. So conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and Duomo. Our family of 10 loved this hotel.

before publishing review i would like to write it to you: i used twice the meeting room in the hotel. It was a modern plesant and comfort space. The stuff is very kind and welcoming and I am planning to come back in July.

nice hotel in the center of Milan just a moment away from the Duomo. It’s a very busy and loud area so we almost passed the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful in booking a car to the airport and providing water. There were some things I did not like - the lighting in the room was horrible so trying to do makeup was challenging as I tried to go by the door but the light is not great there either. Also the sink takes up the entire bathroom vanity area. There is hardly any space for personal care items. The breakfast is also not worth it unless you are pinched for time. We tried it one morning and it did not seem worth the money. The fridge in the room also made loud noises throughout the night and would wake me up suddenly.

Perfect location, warm welcome, perfect bedrooms and modern and urban style. Fine breakfast, very clean, we highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great central location, only 100m from Piazza Duomo. The rooms are stylish, good sized, well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful, prompt and good communicators. Breakfast on the roof terrace with personalised choices was a nice touch and food was excellent. 5 stars from us.

Wonderful place to stay at Milano. The best position in the city (just 20 seconds walking from the Duomo). Amazing staff who will help you with everything you may need (restaurants, transportation, museums, etc). Don’t lose your time looking for other hotels, this one is the right!

This is my second stay at The Street and will go back during my next trip to Milano. Absolutely a perfect stay - location, experience, cared for by hotel staff, attention to details, topped off by a wonderful breakfast and great restaurant recommendations.
