Por fin el café de especialidad ha llegado a Burgos. El tueste propio está a la altura de los mejores. Lo tuestan en un micro de 1kg a la vista de sala. Tés de tesuko y pastelería a la altura. Sin duda un lugar donde pasar la mañana entera. Bien por ellos

Fuimos a probar el ÚNICO café de especialidad de Burgos y para nada decepcionó!! Los dueños encantadores, la luz del local es preciosa y el café muy muy muy rico! Lástima no tener vasos XL para degustar un café tan exquisito. Gracias por la atención ❤️

Un regalo para los sentidos! El matcha latte y el café (lo tuestan allí mismo) espectaculares. Local muy acogedor.

Por fin un specialty coffee en Burgos! Lugar íntimo y bonito, con cafés tostados en la misma cafetería. Además tienen desayunos muy ricos. Probamos su sandwich Kimcheese (kimchi + cheese) y nos encantó.

¡Sitio especial en Burgos! Café de calidad y preparado de manera exquisita. Cuidada decoración y una vajilla hecha con mimo. Camareros agradables y simpáticos.¡ Un sitio recomendable al 100%!

Update: really only a 10min walk from the cathedral. DO IT!!! OMG Best coffee I have had in all of Spain, searching high and low for something more lightly roasted and delicate. This is as good as my fav in Toronto curiously similarly named, DeMellow. In any case, if you need a very fine coffee, this is it. They get beans directly from the producer and have a 1kg roaster in the center of the cafe. I talked to them a bit and got a 2nd double espresso flat white. So good!

Una maravilla de sitio. Acogedor, bonito, lleno de buenos detalles... Y lo más importante cafetazos de tostado propio al nivel de los mejores acompañados de deliciosa repostería. Una alegría ver los tés de Tesuko tan bien acompañados. Me parece que Burgos se convierte en parada oficial en mis viajes de este a oeste y viceversa XD. Me dejo para la próxima visita los sandwiches 😋

I did it right starting my day trip in Burgos at Mellow, having a delicious breakfast in such a cozy place. Looks like they take a very good care of all the details in here.

Best coffee place in Burgos! Perfect for breakfast. They roast their one beans from different origins including Brasil and Uganda. Food is really good as well.

Wonderful start to the day. Fabulous house roasted coffee, tasty healthy food and lovely atmosphere. The owners take pride in their business, are friendly and have nice details in the interior. I wish I had this café near where I live.

Bright, airy and laidback, with more specialist coffee options (V60, Flat Whites etc) than are typically available. Some good sandwich and cakes too. They really care about their produce, we were in early and all the cakes were being made fresh, and they roast the beans themselves. Coffee was delicious.

Staying in the hotel nearby and happy to try mellow cafe! Coffee and food are all good! Got a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans. Highly recommended!
