We stayed for a month in the apartment on 7th floor, and everything went very well. The flat was very clean, comfortable, and functional, and the noise insulation (for us very important) quite efficient. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The area is nice, and extremely well communicated by public transport, also there is a supermarket open 24h very near, and a lot of good restaurants at walking distance. The owners were very nice and ready to help with any question. We will be back someday.

The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable, and the location is very good - a quiet neighborhood but very close to a supermarket, and ~8 minutes walk from several metro stations; there are also several good restaurants within walking distance. There are air conditioners in every room, and 2 bathrooms with showers. Communications with Antonio and Javier were always quick and pleasant. Definitely recommended !

Highly recommended!! I stayed at Smart Apartments for my studies at IE and it was perfect: convenient location, cleanliness and modern design, and friendly support. The location had everything at a walking distance: IE, 24/7 supermarket, metro, restaurants, etc. The flat had weekly cleaning, including fresh sheets and towels. It was modern and with amazing lighting - you could spot beautiful sunsets! (see photo). Antonio, Javier and Carolina are a great team, always available and willing to help. It was a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is great, clean, as shown in pictures, nothing missing. Perfect location, close to downtown, best restaurants, and also a perfect communication with Antonio, the property manager who was always keen to help. I highly recommend the apartment.

I have stayed in two of the Smart Apartments in this location, on the third floor and on the sixth. Both are extremely well decorated, spotlessly clean and very well maintained, with high-end appliances and all the amenities that you could need. The third floor apartment looks onto patios and is very tranquil, while the sixth floor looks out onto quite a busy streeet, but you can't hear a thing with the windows closed. The beds are very comfortable and everything works perfectly. Nearby is a good supermarket and a metro station with several lines and it's well located for the business district. Antonio and Javier were extremely pleasant and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend staying at their properties.

I can only recommend the apartments, excellent service and professional management. We are using it for temporary location in Madrid and it’s a nice place to be, not complicated area for connection with the rest of the city. The apartments are also suitable for families as my case, where we are spending some time all of us (4), including our children’s.

What a wonderful experience we had staying at the El Viso 11 apartment for our 2 nights stay in Madrid. The apartment was superb!!!!. We could not have asked for anything more from this wonderful apartment. It was stylish, sophisticated, comfortable with so much wonderful touches around the apartment which made our stay really enjoyable. Loving the tiles in the guest bathroom. This apartment would not look out of place in Kensington, London. The standard of the apartment was exceptional. Javier & Antonio have thought of every detail when styling this beautiful apartment. The apartment was so comfortable and clean to stay in, we did not want to leave!!! (loved it, loved it, loved it !!!!!) Javier & Antonio were wonderful host and so welcoming. I would DEFINETLY stay at the El Viso 11 apartment in Madrid again. Outstanding.
