Amazing service, room and amendities! Would highly recommend getting the executive lounge if staying here for a limited time too as it can serve as your breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as an office space. The only thing lacking was the location. Its proximity to the airport (which is useful for quick departures) causes some issues when trying to walk somewhere as it requires going through an overpass that adds an extra 45 minutes to your journey in any direction. It's worth noting however that there is a complimentary shuttle daily which goes to a huge nearby mall.

This is one of my top favorite airport hotels. I was greeted very nicely, the room was amazing with plenty of space and amenities, the lounge was chic, the breakfast was great with way plenty of choices, and the shuttle was on time with friendly driver. I can't ask for more.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful place. We were traveling and in order to get back to the US per the CDC and our country we needed to take a COVID test to enter. Well mine came up positive and I had to stay back in Spain while my family went home. I thought it was potentially a false positive as I had no symptoms however I ordered another test at the hotel and sure enough I was positive and had to quarantine as I didn't want to get anyone sick. The hotel and their staff checked on me, since I quarantined in my room, I had room service, the food was amazing, and they made sure all my needs were met. I really appreciate the service I received and the care. It was not the most ideal end of my vacation for me but I am glad they took precautions, I didn't have a bad case and recovered and was well on my way.

We needed transport to the airport early in the morning and relied on the hotels shuttle bus for that, that is also why we choose the hotel. The transport via their shuttle bus IS NOT A GUARANTEE as this is a very small bus and it got quickly full of other guests, they only have one even if it is a big hotel. We had no choice than to take a taxi to the airport and having to pay 25 euros additionally. The hotel does not have a good location, it is close to the airport but by car or bus you have to drive quite a lot to get to the airport as it is is the other side of the motorway. Nevertheless the room was comfortable and big and they served good food.

After my current stay I can no longer leave my previous review on Google. As a lifetime titanium Marriott member, this hotel has chased after infrequent visitors at the cost of the loyal elite members. Currently they have decided to only open the executive lounge for a limited number of hours in the evening and breakfast is offered in the general breakfast room in which you queue for everything and coffee machines are always out of service and you are generally treated as cattle, as no respect is given to your membership status or even loyalty to the individual hotel. The location is a big problem as it costs circa €30 each way to the city by taxi. Overall my current experience has made me book a different hotel next month. During last month's visit I warned them of my intention if the service didn't improve. They ignored the warning. on my checkin I reported that the airport shuttle driver had driven too fast and played Mexican standoff with a coach 3 times the shuttles size where the roads merge at terminal 2. The result was that the driver hit the breaks hard and the bags flew through the air. The check-in employee ignored my comments and in fact sneered at me. I again approached the desk on Sunday morning to report my treatment in the breakfast room and was again insincerely treated with that he'll inform the guest relations. Yet another kick the can down the road. As Google reviews can not be censored by Marriott l am not expecting anything other than an acknowledgement response of fake comments. I have stayed in this hotel since it opened as a Marriott and given it the benefit of doubt in my reviews. But now I see it as it is. A faceless account has seen an opportunity to save a few euros by sending the elite to the breakfast room to be treated disrespectfully. The consequence is the silent majority of elite members will not return . As the silent majority don't usually write a complaint and act with their feet in never returning. My advice to the owners fire the idiot who decided to disrespect the Elite membership. Remembering that one bad comment needs many good comments to repair the damage.

Front Desk personnel were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Majority of the staff spoke English as well. There was a shuttle to and from the airport that operated on a schedule, call the front desk for help with that. Rooms were modern and kept very clean. The television allowed you to cast from your laptop, which was a nice amenity. Both restaurants were great and reasonably priced and they allowed you to take the food to your room if you wanted. Hotel is located outside the city, so you would either need to take a Uber or cab to get to the tourist destinations. Overall, perfect hotel for first time visit to Madrid.

Very good hotel, always receive very nice upgrade. Good breakfast. The club lounge is very good for European standards and open 5:30pm-10:30pm with a fairly good choice of food and drinks. Service is good there. Fitness, sauna and pool are ok too. Shuttle is every hour or every hour and an half at the moment, so not very frequent and quite complicate to get depending on the arrival flight. A taxi from airport costs us a whipping 25€ for a short 15 minutes ride. We recommend this hotel. Titanium member

My flight was canceled and the insurance company sent me to this hotel I had a terrible time at the airport when my flight was canceled But staying here, the truth is that I felt like it was my home The people were very friendly My room was very good with the bed very large, everything clean...Buffet in the morning and at night you can eat everything you want You can also eat very tasty food there It has a swimming pool gym... There is a bus that takes you to the shopping center or the airport .. If you want to rest, you're near the airport, it's worth it. I'll come several times. Thank you all, asta la vista...

Update: management reached out and advised that our experience was due to a pipe burst which was outside their control and not atypical of the experience at this hotel. They also took steps to make things right and their commitment to customer service and follow up was greatly appreciated. We will give them another chance next time we are in Madrid. Disappointing stay. No warm water during our 1 night stay which is frankly inexcusable given that we all wanted to shower before our flights in the am. The whole purpose of an airport hotel is to be able to be well rested and to have a warm shower during our travels and we picked this hotel for that sole purpose and it did not deliver. Also gym should have extended hours (their current operating hours are very limited and again surprising for a Marriott especially one based by the airport) A disappointing way to end our Spain vacation...

Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures without our faces in them so couldn’t share much. We stayed there twice in 3 different rooms. We were upgraded to a suite and it was a good experience overall for what the hotel offers. The lounge is also open all the time and always has food & drinks which is also great. We didn’t try the room service or any of the facilities but the parking is free for guests.

If you have an early or late flight, this is NOT a good option. Staff are polite, professional and helpful in communications, but their shuttles are not available for late/early flights (which is why I stay at airport hotels) and their website/email marketing was not clear on that. You can choose a city hotel for the same taxi price and experience a little more of what Madrid has to offer with just 5 more minutes in the car and no extra $$ on the taxi. Again, great staff communication but if you have an early/late flight you should just bus/train/taxi into the city a bit rather than staying here.

On face value this hotel and the entrance looks beautiful. Great furniture etc, but once you pass that - it's not such a pretty picture. This is a high traffic hotel and cleaning is not deep or thorough (if done at all). I pulled stripes in the dust on my desk in my room with my fingers. The carpets are musty and dusty. The food in restaurants are poor and expensive but the worst part is the gym. It's disgusting... the equipment are old and super dirty. Half the treadmills were out of order, the watercooler was empty, dirty cups and towels everywhere.

I have spent 4 nights with colleagues during the annual Crestron Masters event. The rooms were nice and well air conditioned, the bed is comfy. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner as well, with authentic Spanish dishes. The hotel has two bars, we tested both. Their pizza is excellent.

10 minutes drive from Madrid Airport. The hotel is located on the sides of highway, so no convenient store or other restaurants nearby. Need to take a bus ride to reach nearby metro station. The hotel is huge, with three different towers, rooms are good. The auditorium in this hotel has seating capacity of 2000. This is largest auditorium in Europe itseems.

Very good conference facility. The location is their negative (easy reach from Barajas but far from the city centre). The auditorium is very very nice. Rooms are reasonably good

Everything was good as you would expect from Marriott. I was disappointed by the buffet as it did not have veg and vegan options even when you are hosting 400+people from 30+ countries. That was just not sensitive. It is quite far from city but very close to airport. The sea food was a rage, everyone loved it.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, but the airport shuttle (the main reason we booked here) was a joke. When we landed at the airport I called the hotel and they told me the next shuttle would arrive in 50 minutes, so we just took a taxi. The next morning we went down at 8:00 to catch the 8:30 shuttle back to the airport and there was already a long line. The shuttle came and it was not even close to being able to handle everyone waiting. The taxi drivers seemed to know this as they were lined up to take those who could not fit in the shuttle (including us). Marriott, don’t advertise a shuttle if it can’t be accessed.

We booked this hotel a bit last minute for 4 nights and what a surprise! This was by far the best lounge we have ever had in Europe…most amazing Iberian ham…most amazing warmed up cookies and what a spread. Being a titanium, we have lounge access and suggest having breakfast at the lounge too unless you like crowds! It’s a bit further away from the main city but Uber is cheap so not an issue. Hotel is huge and more like a convention centre but enjoyed our stay. Lounge staff provides amazing service.

the breakfast was very nice, however, omelet section need to put one more staff, the lady qas very busy with the queue, at the same time, need to fill all the foods in another area... I end up waiting for more than 20 min for one omelet... BUT it was delicious 😋

Incredible!!! You can’t eat in pool area. Lots of young people during FIBA sub19 World Cup and anyone was allowed to take their food upstairs to pool plant. Experience was not good at all during these days at this hotel. Seems to be close to the airport but its 15 minutes in taxi far away.

The hotel and reception staff were very good at of the shuttle bus staff members, however, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The shuttle driver did not instruct us to place our luggage in the rear luggage compartment. In fact, he never even exited the bus when he picked us up at the airport terminal. He wasn't the one yelling at us, though. Another staffer began to literally yell at my family as they exited the shuttle bus while I was in at the reception desk because we had our luggage on our seats. Rather than ask why, she just began to yell as my wife explained to her the reason why. Totally unprofessional behavior by this woman with black hair. Someone needs to sit her down and talk to her as this is not the experience i have encountered staying at other Marriot Hotels. My review would have been higher had it not been for this experience.

The location is convenient to the airport, and the price was decent, but not much else. Rooms are dated, food was mediocre, and staff was present but not really helpful. As a loyal Marriott customer, I would suggest that if you don't need quick access to the airport, skip the Marriott Auditorium and stay at one of the other Marriott brand hotels closer to the Madrid city center.

The only thing that is Marriott about this hotel is the name, everything else is a 2/10. I am a Bonvoy platinum member and this is hands down the worst Marriott hotel I’ve stayed at. A few things that went wrong: -hotel shuttle doesn’t arrive/leave on time. -windows are very unappealing and don’t allow proper light -trash in the hallways -rude bus driver -no food options past late in the evening (even if they are super late picking you up) -old hairdryers -bad quality shampoo & conditioner -hotel is like a ghost town If you want to stay loyal to Marriott but want to be near the airport stay at the AC Coslada instead. I’ve never had any issues with them in the past…

It was great service, appealing, restaurant and bar. Great to stay, we only stayed 1 night waiting for a Cruise. It is also near a conference center. We loved it!

United put us up in this hotel. The staff was fantastic. They made sure everyone had a lunch while they quickly checked us in. The dinner was nice. The staff was helpful with contacting United. I don't have the app. Transportation back to the airport was very courteous & prompt. The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Loved my stay.

Great place for a conference, but not much else. The food was not very good (except at Kalma, which was fantastic). The hotel is in an industrial-ish area, so there isn't much in the way of restaraunts or attractions close by. They have a taxi stand, which was always ready for us, so that was a huge benefit. Rooms were OK, but with the location and the arrangement of the towers, there's nothing to look at when you open the window other than people in the adjacent tower. Overall a pretty average place.

One of the best airport hotels you'll ever find! A number of shining points: (1) Staff know how to properly use Marriott tech: from pre-arrival to check-out, they kept the information in the app up-to-date and always responded to live chat / service requests swiftly and professionally. (2) They fully honour Marriott's 'upgrade if available' policy for top end status holders, which is a breath of fresh air considering many Marriott properties would rather leave their suites unoccupied than using them to win customer loyalty. So the clear difference is that this hotel gets much greater loyalty in return than most other Marriott hotels - I'll be one of their many returning guests for sure! (3) The staff in the executive lounge were amazing. In particular the lady on breakfast shifts who was basically looking after the whole lounge by herself yet still managed to be efficient, professional and delightful to every single guest.

It's just incredible, everything, for an airport hotel, this exceeds all expectations. As Bonboy titanium I got access to the executive lounge which had great breakfast and afternoon selection of food. The staff is incredible, the shuttle is punctual, prompt, and courteous with frequent service. And a great pool too! Would recommend for leisure as well as business trips!

Nice hotel. They run a fixed scheduled complimentary shuttle to and from all terminal of the Banaras Madrid Airport. Best is to call them and check for the schedule. The breakfast was wow, good spread, quick service, large seating area - and very quick RE filling service. They also offer a drop off and pickup from a shopping mall, which about a 15 minute drive and it’s 4/5 times a day only on a pre fixed schedule as well. It’s a shopping mall with a nice supermarket, decent choice of food and beverage, and I took an Uber back to the hotel with cost only €7/- There isn’t much to do around the hotel, I tried to walk around and only found a few industrial units, you cannot walk much as the roads are not pedestrian friendly. Overall the strange thing is they reception does not follow a single Que system, hence people coming after you could be served first, hotel management you are running a busy hotel, so put some attention to this. Overall a good experience…!

The air condition in our two rooms didn't work and we couldn't sleep it was so hot. Additionally, you can hear everyone walking through the corridor. We couldn't sleep at night because people walked out of their rooms at any time due to its proximity to the airport There is a shuttle service that is very helpful.

Nice large rooms with all the services a hotel needs to offer. The hotel is large, and divided into blocks so initially it can be a little daunting finding your room. The restaurant food was delicious, the food at the bar and room service however was OK. There was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The hotel gym was great, with a good selection of free weights, cardio machines and weight machines. There's also a sauna which you don't always find in hotels 😃 The hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid city, however only a 25 min taxi ride into town and close to the airport.

This hotel only caters to conferences and meetings. I stayed here due to the excellent reviews, but its clear this is from people attending conferences that are not paying for their rooms. Here are the overall issues of the hotel - They do not recognize status at check in, no upgrades - Rooms have high traffic and the cleaning is not deep. There were removable stains on the desk, a nail clipping on the floor, and the soap was open on the sink - The televisions did not work at all during my stay (the ones in the public area worked, but the rooms did not - The lobby looks great but the other areas of the hotel are run down and not kept well. Even if you are staying the night due to how close the airport is, there are now shops or restaurants in walking distance. The restaurants on sight are very expensive and the menu is not very extensive. I stay in hotels 5 days a month and this hotel really surprised me. I will not stay again. **Edit after Response from Property October 3rd** Television Issue: The televisions did not work for the entirety of the stay, this is from check in at 14h to check out at 12h the next day. Upgrade: This property has 869 rooms; they were not at full occupancy because they tried to sell me a room upgrade for 88 euros. Again, this hotel is probably a wonderful place to stay if you are attending a conference there; if you are any other traveler, I would not recommend.

Above average airport hotel. Unfortunately it’s showing signs of age in the rooms, but it’s something which can be fixed easily. Large avenues for conferences and big meetings are a plus. Food is OK.

Really great staff, very helpful and friendly. Free Airport Shuttle This is a BIG HOTEL rooms were a little small, but as expected in Europe. The executive lounge is amazing here! One of the best I've been to.

A great end to a great vacation. This massive, busy hotel still manages to have a very personal touch. Staff made us feel very welcome and at home. Executive lounge food and drinks were excellent as was the MASSIVE buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle service is very busy and can be a bit slow so allow extra time or be prepared to take a taxi.

It’s possible that COVID has reduced their capacity to provide a great cuisine to customers. The food in the “Madrid Buffet” area is lacking and feels like you’re eating at a $2 all you can eat shack in the US. The only great thing about it was the included booze which they seemed to offer plenty of. Would I stay here on my own accord? Not really. This hotel is a storage facility for American Airlines staff and passengers (hence, my stay here). I will say this: is the facility 4 stars? Maybe. The AC in my room took 6 hours to cool 2C (see thermostat below at 27C (~81F). On high it never went below that so I tried opening the window at night but the window has a lock mechanism to prevent full open) and it’s not even that hot outside it’s 72F (22C). Is the customer service excellent? Yes, everyone is friendly and helpful. But all that is diminished by the terrible food served here. Therefore, I’m neutral on this place.

  • 3/5 Carlos B. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel would get 5 stars due to the top of the line facilities, cleanliness, updated rooms, etc. But it offers a very very VERY limited shuttle service to and from the airport for a hotel of this size. Here is what they sent me after I booked: From Hotel to Airport T1>T2>T4 08:00 09:00 10:00 11:00 12:00 19:00 20:00 21:00 There is a gap of 7 hours in the middle of the day, which incurred in 40 extra euros spent on taxis as I had to go to the airport to get my covid test and come back. If you come to this amazing hotel is probably because of the airport or for a conference. There is nothing around it, and it needs to offer transportation to go to places like the airport.

  • 5/5 Pol S. 2 years ago on Google
Outstanding airport hotel. There's not a single flaw, from staff to facilities and rooms, everything's perfect. Most important feature for airport layovers is a great quality sleep, and this hotel offers one of the best in Europe. Fluffy towels and feather pillows are always a huge plus!

  • 1/5 William 2 years ago on Google
This is supposed to be a business hotel. There’s about a thousand areas to sit and work in the morning but no cafe or way to get proper coffee anywhere in the largest hotel in Europe. 5 euros for a small plastic cup of fake coffee. No thank you. Or 23 euros for a buffet but you still get the plastic coffee. Should have stayed in the city this place is a waste of time. On top of that the gym yesterday was out of sanitizer, that’s the one place in the hotel that should never run out.

Rooms are comfortable. Good service here and food is okay (don't order the club sandwich though). Location is great for the airport and some nice restaurants but not much else in the area.

  • 5/5 Mauricio B. 2 years ago on Google
Biggest hotel in square meters in all Europe! Huge auditorium and a lot of halls and meeting rooms divided by cities names. Great for conventions and near the airport. There are no more restaurants outside than the Asados 7 de Julio, and it's worth a visit. Cider is free to serve and drink. Good swimming pool to relax a little and sunbathing. Gym is big and has a lot of equipment for a hotel one. Buffett breakfast and lunch served in first floor.

This is a very large hotel, that is well managed. The rooms are large and comfortable, and had good amenities. They have a very nice executive lounge and provide a very nice happy hour. The only weakness to this hotel is the location. While there is public transportation to reach the airport and down town Madrid, it's not easy. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Very nice up to date. Service was exceptional. Was upgraded to a suite for free due to Titanium elite status. Had early flight and they ensured a breaky sandwich was waiting for me and a cab for the airport. Best service I have had at a hotel in a long time. Platinum lounge was nice and quiet to take meetings and enjoy some wonderful Spanish wine.

stayed here one night before flying out of the Madrid airport and it was nice and welcoming. It is a bigger hotel since it's a conference center but it's not complicated. It also has a great restaurant behind it. It's a little tricky to get into the hotel from the main road but nothing crazy. The front desk was super nice and let me borrow masking tape to tape some boxes I was going to be shipping. They have a large underground garage with lots of spaces. You can access the garage from the front of the hotel, the side of the hotel and the back. I think parking is covered for Gold members or rewards nights but call ahead to make sure. There is street parking on the side, but it's limited.

Álvaro (Guest Relations) is an absolute DELIGHT. Ask for him when you go in there. I had a really terrible travel experience back the the USA a couple weeks ago and this precious angel checked me in when I got there. American halted all the flights home from Italy, so I had to fly some sketch airline back to Madrid to fly out of that airport. The idea of an overnight was something I would have rather stabbed my eyes out over, but when I got to the hotel, Álvaro made sure to send up some snacks since the restaurant and bar there had closed. Best experience. Look no further than this place ☺️☺️☺️

Needed to book a room last minute and the price was perfect, service great, and the room was splendid. I enjoyed the complimentary water and soda. This is a rare treat when traveling. I had expected to pay upon check out and learned they were part of the room stay! Very delightful. Will be back and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I booked this hotel in order to be close to the Madrid airport for my travels. However, the infrequency of the hotel's shuttle makes the advantage of its closeness basically useless. When I arrived at the airport, I realized that the next shuttle would not be coming in a reasonable time frame, and had to catch a 30 Euro taxi. I might as well have stayed in a fun hotel in downtown Madrid that was close to the metro. If this hotel is designed to provide easy access to the Madrid airport, the frequency of the shuttle really needs to be improved, for example running every 15-30 minutes.

Massive conference complex. It is what you would expect. Largely clean and good rooms. Food pretty good. Gym equipment very tired and could do with some love. Stairs take a bit of figuring out if you prefer to stay fit and not use the lifts! It is in the middle of a very industrial area - there is no neighbourhood bars/restaurants or even parks to walk around.

A fine enough hotel and conference center, plagued by awful acoustics (you could hear the literal roar of 1200 people socializing in the foyer from the fourth floor of the next building) and absolutely alienating surroundings. When they say that it's close to the airport, it's because it's quite literally on the other side of the street. Which is a very, very busy highway. The rooms are fine, don't expect a view though. The air conditioning is loud, and not necessarily effective. The beds are comfortable enough. Meals are buffet-based, so bit hit or miss. You could go from cold and gross scrambled eggs to heaps of finely grilled swordfish. Connections with Madrid are not great, as you have to rely on local buses (2 $ to get to Avenida de Americas in 20-25 minutes, where you can change to the metro) or cabs. A ride back at night is roughly 20 €. Ultimately this can only be a good choice for business travelers. The staff is very nice and fluent in English.

Very nice hotel, close to the Madrid airport. I received a very worm welcome, the staff was very helpful, and the check-in was fast. The rooms are very modern and clean, you can see this in my pictures. It looks like a new hotel, or maybe they had a huge renovation, because the public areas look amazing. I very much recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Gorgeous suites w/ extra lounge and snack opportunities. The restaurants and bars aren't as cozy and amazing as I would've expected. Breakfast buffet is banging though. Little further out of town, great if by car, very close to airport with a shuttle leaving frequently that takes you there in 7 mins.

Literally had to leave an awful AirBnB experience and head back home to Miami but spent two nights at this hotel to relax and honestly, check-in during an emergency at 5am was easy, the rooms are huge, showers are comforting. The only issue I had was housekeeping being so loud that they woke me up earlier than I wanted in the mornings. I don’t know why they are talking so loud. It’s an airport hotel and people have all sorts of sleep schedules and they definitely need to speak not so loud (almost shouting). Otherwise, nice hotel but don’t order the cheeseburger it’s basically raw even if you ask for medium.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Very friendly staff as well. Was granted an Executive Room with Executive Lounge access (per my Titanium status). Unfortunately, have to take off a couple of stars due to a bad mothball smell in our room. This is something we noticed right after checking in. The staff was gracious enough to let us switch rooms, but the smell was still there (though not as strong as with the first room). We tried to mask it and opened the window. Also, housekeeping used their “scent removal” machine (not sure what it’s actually called), but it never completely went away. We’re not sure if it’s something in one of the cleaners they’re using, but apparently this is an ongoing issue as I read other reviews (on Google and Tripadvisor) that have mentioned it. Again, truly appreciate the staff in trying to help us fix the problem, but this definitely needs to be dealt with soon. Update: Just unpacked some of my clothing which smelled of mothballs. Like I said, this needs to be fixed pronto.

Outstanding airport hotel. There's not a single flaw, from staff to facilities and rooms, everything's perfect. Most important feature for airport layovers is a great quality sleep, and this hotel offers one of the best in Europe. Fluffy towels and feather pillows are always a huge plus!

Simply excellent at looking after international guests for conferences. Extremely efficient and functional suites. Decor super clinical but everything was clean and functional and fast. Nice executive club breakfast and good coffee. Taking off 1 star because the omelet at breakfast tasted bad.

Pros: + a huge hotel with all amenities that come with it + good restaurant that serves food until 11 pm + calm room (had one facing to the inner part of the hotel) + breakfast well organized despite COVID safety measures + friendly and helpful staff + clean room + bus stop just next to the hotel, so you can go to Madrid’s city center for a few euros (I tried!) Cons: - airport shuttle service only available during specific time frames, if you come earlier/later you will need to look for other means of transport. A taxi costs around 30 euro, although the hotel is technically near the airport, but you need to drive for some time - the air conditioning in the room apparently does not have a sleep/night mode. Even with the fan at the lowest settings, I felt reminded of a tractor 🚜 engine. Good thing it was late summer and I could switch it of during the night. The window can be opened though So, all in all, it’s still among the better airport hotels that I have visited and when in Madrid, I will come back.

Rooms are nice and cleane. Location is not good. We have reservation for bus shuttle on the reception when we arrive. In the moorning we come on time with baby carriage. We ask driver to ensure that we can seat with baby, but unfortunatly crew put all bags from other passengers and said there is no space any more. Babies must have priority! After that we call and go with taxi.

Very nice hotel near the Airport. Very reliable shuttle to the Airport. Rooms very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Only one minor negative, we arrived after midnight and wanted a nightcap, bar closing and didn’t get a chance to sit and relax.

Rooms were clean and spacious. No minibar. In fact, the refrigerator was turned off. Buffet lunch and dinner were very good. Staff were excellent. Close to the airport, with a shuttle service.
