Very basic pasta, over priced, very small portions for the price. Not bringing all dished at the same time. There are much better Italian food in Madrid in my opinion. Hard to believe that this restaurant got more than 4 stars. Also bad smell of the market of cleaning materials.

Delicious!!! Super friendly staff! I tried two dishes/ truffle pasta and a beef ragú pasta. My favorite was the truffle dish, but both were delicious ! I suggest making a reservation before going. It is a small and popular place !

An authentic Italian restaurant in Madrid. Pastas are very delicious. Also the ice cream of basil and white chocolat. Go there and enjoy!!! :)

A very good experience, we tasted their fresh pasta dishes and they were all great. Inside the Mercado of Guillermo Osma it is nicely decorated and quite confortable considering the location. Their porcheta is the best I ever tasted. The family that runs it couldn't be nicer and we will surely comeback.

Just home from a great evening meal at La Pasteria 55. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we had the porchetta, spaghetti carbonara, spicy rigatoni followed by choc mousse and blueberry tart. Everything was so fresh (homemade from local products) and really tasty. To top it off, the service was great, such friendly people. Can't wait to go back :)

Nice pasta (we had the rigatoni and nduja and alcachofa pesto), served al dente which is probably a touch underdone for me even if that is authentic, nice service. However, the beer wasn't quite cold enough and there are nicer markets in Madrid. Overall, they're doing decent things, but need a nice little restaurant to pull it off in my opinion. Good that they have Italian wines at reasonable prices. My Nero D'Avola was drinkable but not amazing.

Went there whilst visiting Madrid. We loved this place. The pasta was super good and really tasted homemade. I will surely go back the next time I am in Madrid :)

The best Italian pasta we've tried in Madrid. It's freshly made, and the chef is Italian. There are five regular pasta dishes on the menu plus two or so daily specials. The spaghetti alla carbonara are amazing. We also liked the rigatoni con nduja (a spicy, soft sausage). The starters are limited to scarmoza cheese and porchetta (pork roast). We tried the latter, which was delicious. The tiramisu for dessert was solid but nothing special. La Pasteria 55 is situated inside the Guillermo de Osma market, so the atmosphere is relaxed (with a hint of fresh fish in the air). Prices are much lower than in other Italian restaurants of comparable quality in Madrid. Can't recommend enough.

Very unique experience as a tourist. We chanced upon this place only to find out its in a market. The handmade pastas are very tasty and light. We ordered Tagliolini Con Salsa Tartufata, it came with toasted cheese crumbs which was so tasty.
