Shuttle bus arrived in a timely fashion, we had the keys for the vehicle within about 30 minutes of arriving at the office. We were given an almost brand new Peugeot Rifter van with 6000km, it was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The shuttle back to the airport on the return journey got us back well in time for our flight. Plenty of choice of vehicles, they all looked new and clean. The mileage policy is also very generous (1400km for a trip of 8 days) As with every car hire company in the world you either pay a REFUNDABLE deposit via credit card (amount varies but 1000 euros roughly) or buy additional insurance from the car hire company (can be 20 euros per day). The deposit was returned to me the day after I returned the vehicle. I've rated 4 stars instead of 5 as I didn't get a copy of the hire agreement when I picked up the vehicle, only when I returned it. The staff also did try to up-sell me with insurance and fuel costs, but if you are firm they do not pressure or force you to take it. Overall a good service, well stocked car hire and pleasant experience.

According to my quite bad personal experience, I had a problem and they didn't bother to find me an alternative, I found myself stranded without a car on my vacation, thank God I went to another company and they kindly solved it for me.

We rented a car in Valencia Airport very easily and for a good price. This was the only good thing. When we returned it at Madrid Airport, the staff lady claimed that we lost the car antenna (which wasn't there since the beginning) and said that we were supposed to make sure it was there at the moment of renting and to look for it in the glove box (?!?). The antenna wasn't anywhere and we even found out that there was no spare tire and fire extinguisher in the car either. They charged us 50 euros for the antenna, which usually should cost 5 and for sure wasn't there since we rented the car. The tank was supposedly full at the beginning (700km), but when we refilled it it had 850km fuel, which means it wasn't full when rented as they said. A total scam to take part of the deposit. I totally don't recommend this company and if you still make the mistake to rent a car from them, check absolutely everything at the beginning.

Avoid OKMobility at all costs! I was charged 50 euros because they claimed I collected the car outside of their office hours, even though their website stated they closed at 1 AM. Note that I arrived at the shuttle bus stop at 23:30 and only could get to the office around 0:20. It’s a complete scam, and I couldn’t get those 50 euros back even after contacting the customer support. Stay vigilant and steer clear of OKMobility.

Everything was correct with the car rent. The only issue is that the shuttle goes every 30min to/from the airport be aware of that.

I rented a car a few weeks ago with some concerns. I wanted to test this rental company to see if its ok. First, the lady tried to convince me to buy the premium insurance even if i told her I already have an insurance for rental cars from a different company. Then i paid 1150€ as deposit, a big amount that can be taken for even a small scratch. I brought the car back earlier than expected, I also got the deposit back before I left the car and all was good. I expected issues but had none at all. Helpful tip: just before the office, there is a gas station to fill up.

After I read a lot of the recessions I was a little bit afraid. So we arrived at terminal 4 and called the hotline for our transfer by bus. This worked okay, unfortunately we had to wait around 45 minutes. Next time I know I have to call the bus directly after landing and I don’t have to wait. The check in and hand over of the car worked fast and without issue or delay. For the car I got a small upgrade to automatically mode, thanks for this! After our trip we delivered the car on the station. This worked fast and without issues, too. All in all I got what I booked, the service was fast, friendly and helpful and the car was in good conditions. No bad surprises, not hidden costs. Very OK Mobility

Good service, the car was in perfect condition and there were no surprises. Daniel was very helpful. There's a convenient fuel station right next to the dropoff. As with all car hire there's pressure at the desk to pay for extra insurance etc. We had third party insurance so didn't bother.

On a 2 weeks-long rental I got charged 71$ for returning the car 8 minutes after the grace period (grace period is 1h, so, to be clear, I gave it back 1h 8' passed the schedules time). I explained that at pick-up they had a long waiting time and therefore I got the car myself 30-40min after the scheduled time, and therefore the scheduled drop-off should have been adjusted. At the moment, the guy who attended me said that "they would look into it" and reassured me that if a penalty had to be charged they would notify me. Today I found this charge on my credit card but no notification or whatsoever. Very poor service.

You can't trust it. You have to take out their insurance of €370 for not having a credit card, which is not a debit card, there is a difference, normally we have a debit card, if not you can't take the car and they won't give you the money back. It is a scam, inform yourself well before booking. They have scammed me.

They are scammers and they wash their hands of booking, they give you really low prices to cajole and at the time of collection you are surprised if you want the price to stay as it is with the coverage that includes the "super price" They retain 2,000 thousand EUROS from the card, which obviously has to belong to the person who is going to drive, not someone else. If they do not force you to put the car in, you will have to pay 95€ euros and they will retain 200€ and if you think so Too bad they don't give you your money back at all because for that you would have to have read the fine print and cancel 48 hours before, we rented a 7-seater Dacia €64 special booking price + €95 comprehensive coverage €160 for 2 days no bargain . And another negative point for the car pick-up, we have been waiting for the bus for 30 minutes without knowing if it came or not with two children, it is really far from the airport. A car with a very bad smell does not give you the feeling that it is clean. I WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

Worst car rental in industry ripping off customers - the company offers cheap prices online and then tries to charge for hidden costs such as previously unrecorded damages. I was given a smaller car as booked and then they wanted to sell me an upgrade. The car was handed over unwashed and only cleaned when requested. When returned, a search was made for any undisclosed damage. I was able to refute one of these damages with a photo. The time and date were meticulously observed. However, the photo of the stone chip in the window was not recognized and 140 euros were charged from the deposit. The vehicle was handed over with undisclosed damage with the intention of billing for the damage afterwards. Looking at the other reviews, it is obvious that this company is fraudulent and uninterested in meeting customer expectations. Rockfall can be clearly seen in the photo taken before the trip, including the time stamp. I will be taking further legal action because the company is negligent and putting me at risk. If another rock hit, the window could have broken while driving.

Good service, good prices and variety of cars

Mr. Daniel was very helpful. On his advice, I made a video of the car and all minor damage to the car before the trip. Thanks to this, there were no problems with the refund and that the deposit was released. I recommend the rental company, I got a better car than I ordered at no extra charge. Arrived to the Airport in Madrid, gave a call to the office and Daniel led me through the entire experience. Sent a car to pick me up which showed up in literally 5 minutes. Went to the shop , he explained the entire process answered all my questions and offered a good deal for a one way rental to Barcelona. I got the Peugeot 208GT , don't underestimate this little beast. Very fun to drive and pretty good on gas. One thing only , i wish the company gave a little more than 300km/day limit. Other than that service was great!

It is off campus so be prepared to take a 15-30 min shuttle ride back and forth to Barajas and additional time if passengers need to a be dropped off to other terminals. Prepare accordingly!

Fluently and very friendly service for car and airport transfer. The car was very clean but the smell of smoked cigarettes in the car wasn’t nice. Next time I’ll ask for a smoke free car. The car is good for short trips but not powerful enough for mountains.

The counter associate Sandra was the best, she was very helpful and always smiling. I'll definitely rent there again because of her, she knows how to fix inconveniences (see below). We had a great experience, they took care of us when all other car rental companies were too expensive, they gave us a bigger van and matched our original price they didn't charge us for that. They picked us up on time and dropped us off on time. 2 small issues we had 1) One of the shuttle drivers on the return wasn't nice 2) and during the pickup we got a stick shift/manual instead of the automatic we booked, but it didn't affect me much since I know how to drive Manual and we understood the situation that caused that.

Such a great service! I got a reduced rate on a premium care, which was a great start! We then forgot a kindle in the car when we returned it. The customer service was great and we were able to arrange to get it back. Huge thanks to Santiago Vieito for helping out during the whole process. Really great company.

Really good overall experience, is a low cost company but the service was really good. Fast pick up and drop off of the vehicle. They have a wide inventory of car. I Have got the same car that i request online, the car was almost new just 15K km. The have really low price compared with the other company, you just need to understand their policy to do not encounter additional cost. There was a shuttle from airport to the store, is just 10 min away. I will probably rent again with Ok Mobility.

We have reserved the car (Peugeot 3008) from our own country. From Madrid airport we took the shuttle bus (departs every half hour), after which Daniel checked us in and gave us a new Jeep Renegade. Of course they try to sell us extra insurances, but we have only taken out extra insurance (total €15) for replacement transport in the event of a flat tire or something else. Always make sure that you record the condition of the car (video on the phone) before you leave. Upon return, the shuttle bus was already ready and check-out (again with Daniel) was quickly arranged. Fine!

Alex made the reservation very kindly. He recommended a good car and changed it to an automatic car according to my requirements. He explained the car well, but one disappointment was that the fuel gauge panel, which should be full after receiving the car, was one less space. The rest was a really perfectly good reservation.

Booked a car through booking.com. Price and conditions were way better than other offers. But after reading many bad reviews, I was a bit worried. But the process of taking and returning the car was smooth and easy. Just taking a car took some more time as the shuttle bus brought a few customers. Car itself was OK, as expected. Good thing it had wireless android auto (carplay). What i do not like - I got to sign documents about car damages before seeing a car (just made pictures after). A deposit of 1000 eur was returned quickly. Returned car on Saturday afternoon and on Monday afternoon, money was back on card account. P.S. Read conditions before you rent to avoid misunderstandings.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is an absolute scammer. They take advantage of tourists like me. My partner reserved a car through "doyouspain" and paid for insurance ahead for a total of 150 euros. Upon arrival they said that we have to leave a 1000 euro deposit which is normal. The lady said that it has to be a credit card so I offered to pay with my credit card and she said it has to be in the name of the person who reserved the car (my partner doesn't have a credit card). So we asked them to Change the driver to my name and she said that's not possible. We asked her to cancel our booking and refund our money and she said we don't refund. She said the only way they would give the car is if you buy their own insurance. So we had to pay 240 euros on top of the 150 euro to be able to rent the car. On top of that we waited 1.5 hrs for the car to be ready. An absolute disaster. Next thing we know the odometer shown in contract was 900km less than what the actual car had and they limit you to drive 300km per day. So we had to contact them again to let them know the car already has 900km extra. I will never rent from them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Book through easyJet when you check in, I never received confirmation and when I went to pick up the car they told me that the car I had reserved was not available and that the only thing they could offer me was more than double what I had reserved

Hello, I have rented a car online for 3 days during Easter. It turns out that they have not given me any car because I did not physically have my passport. I am a resident in Spain and I have shown them my Spanish driving license. Nothing has been enough and the office manager has not given me any car even though I have had a valid passport on my mobile. I have left very disappointed about this poor service. Then I went to the Goldcar company and they gave me a car immediately and without problem.
