Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars. I made a first contact via email, a certain Juan Vega responded to me in a rather crude manner and with as much lack of empathy as possible. If that's how you answer, I don't want to think about how you treat pets. I opt for another center that reflects more tact and empathy. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great professionals. My cat is being closely monitored while they are trying to make a differential diagnosis between chronic intestinal inflammation and intestinal lymphoma. They advise you and inform you of everything, procedures, options to consider, etc. Having the option to do diagnostic tests, perform specialized surgical interventions or hospitalize the animal without having to transfer it to another place or wait for them to come with the right machine for me is something that adds a lot of value. Likewise, the fact that they only serve cats is another fundamental aspect for me, which shows how specialized they are and also prevents our cats from having to share the waiting room with dogs (note that I love dogs, but many cats do not think the same, mine especially). They also have 24-hour service which is reassuring. It is true that they are not cheap, but when your pet's life is at stake, it is advisable to put yourself in the hands of people who show you that they know what they are doing. And you have to pay for that. I have closer and cheaper veterinarians, but without a doubt I choose Hospital Felino de Madrid. ..... I published this review two years ago. Today I can say that the lymphoma that Dante was finally diagnosed with has subsided. We are both deeply grateful to Hospital Felino. 😻😻😻

AWFUL!!! MY CAT ALMOST DIED, THANKFULLY I DECIDED TO TAKE HER OUT WHEN SEEING THAT SINCE SHE CAME IN, SHE WAS WORSE!! AND FROM THE VET: DESPOT WHO DOESN'T FEEL ANY LOVE FOR ANIMALS, HE YELLED AT ME AND TALKED TO ME IN A CRAZY WAY. DO NOT BRING YOUR CATS TO THIS CLINIC, LOOK AT MORE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT THEY PUT ABOUT THIS GUY. What you call the second performance is the first review and it is free, said by you in writing in an email. What a bad education you have and what a shameless way you had my cat, without eating. I insist that no one take their cats there please!!!! He will only get your money with a thousand tests

A regrettable experience. Very unfortunate. We brought a cat that hasn't eaten for days, an animal that a neighbor abandoned years ago and we decided to foster. The first part went well, we were greeted by two young veterinarians who actually work as assistants... And once they have weighed and taken the animal's blood pressure, Mr. Vega Guerrero appears with an air of superiority giving orders... to us! ! This person with poor manners forces my teenage son and me to sit down before starting. I respond that I am better and calmer standing, but he continues to insist that it is better for me to sit down to do his job well. Even though I don't agree that this requirement is necessary to do your job well, I feel. But, I understand that because responding to him must have seemed like an affront, the individual stops addressing me (you had to be a woman, he seems to say with his macho attitude) to communicate only with my teenage son. He reprimands us for taking in an abandoned cat, for not knowing its exact age, for not knowing if it has all its vaccinations... as if taking in an animal were a crime. But the best of all is that, after making us dizzy with pompous and more than obvious explanations of the numerous tests that would be required to be performed on the animal, urging us, for example, to hospitalize it immediately, sedate it and another series of prior animal tests to make a decision about what subsequent treatment would have to be assumed, it gives us a starting budget of... 750 euros. Taking into account the behavior of said person, his lack of tact and his lack of sensitivity (in addition to the non-verbal language that says much more than that person says) I decide that I prefer to take our pet somewhere else for the sole reason that I doubt that someone who doesn't know how to treat people will have a better attitude towards a sick animal. In short, zero trust. Obviously, we paid the 60 euros for the consultation and, then, we looked for another veterinary clinic where, after a complete examination (Mr. Vega did not even take the cat's temperature) and a simple blood test, they determined that it has leukemia and is very advanced. Today we sacrificed our beloved cat, but it was done by sensitive, educated and considerate people, with animals and with people. If you have a problem with a pet, I recommend going to another establishment, such as the Robión veterinary clinic (Dr Gómez Ulla, 12), which has extraordinary staff, not to mention the prices... which was by no means the important thing. , but by the way, the prices are infinitely cheaper and more reliable, not to mention the warmth and human quality that is conspicuous by its absence in this place.

I knew them for years and I am a great follower of their professional work towards cats. Last week I was worried about one of my cats and they made time for me without hesitation to see her. Thanks to that, in just over an hour I had a diagnosis, a treatment plan and a series of tests that we are going to perform for the well-being of my little one. They are following up very well and it shows that they care about their patients ❤️ Whoever thinks it is expensive: veterinary services are taxed at 21% VAT. Complain to those who have to complain, which is not to the veterinarians 😉 Furthermore, today there are thousands of veterinary insurance policies that get you out of trouble. Congratulations to the entire team for their great work 😻

I only have words of thanks for them, for their incredible knowledge of feline medicine, their professionalism and their way of treat the cats. They have even raised cats that other vets had evicted. Absolutely recommended.

My cat had a serious kidney problem but she arrived calm although depressed. She was admitted for two days during which they performed various tests and gave her treatment, keeping me informed. The day he was discharged from the hospital and after giving me a whole series of medicines and advice for the future, he died in the worst of ways a few hours later, in the middle of convulsions and with his rear end motionless from 12 to 1 the morning he died from what I understand was incorrect anesthesia in the last test performed. Adding to the suffering of my poor cat was the impertinent tone of the veterinarian who treated her and who took almost three hours to contact me after I left notice of what was happening. Money is not important but those two days of hospitalization amounted to more than a thousand euros

(Translated by Google) First and last time we go to this vet. We have taken my kitten who is already older and has been cared for between cotton wool since she was born without any previous health problems. And in addition to charging us € 50 for the visit without giving us any opinion about what could happen to him, they wanted to charge us more than € 400 for unsubstantiated evidence since for now all he has is a small spot that has come out above his nose . This is really making money at the expense of the poor animals' health. Several people in my family have recently been to other more professional veterinarians and what they do want to cure and take care of the animals without taking advantage of the circumstances being specialists also of other less common types of animals. My advice go to other vets.

(Translated by Google) From the A.GA.R. (Association of Friends of the Retreat Cats). We want to thank the entire Felino Hospital team for the professionalism and good work and we speak from the experience we have had with other professionals in the sector. It is a solidarity clinic with the cat protectors and without people like them, our work would be very difficult and impossible to help so many. We will always be in debt to you for giving the best possible medical care to nameless cats, despite the fact that on many occasions this means that you do not charge your dedication or the hours used in these cases, adjusting the budget and for example sometimes only charging us the surgical material even if that means you lose. A thousand thanks on behalf of all the Retiro cats.

A year ago we took our two-month-old little one to Dr. Juanjo who performed an eye extraction due to a herpesvirus. Valentina was very sweet and attentive in answering our questions. The assistants were very kind to receive us and I was very nervous about operating on such a small kitten. We also met Hidráulico, the cat that lives in the very nice office. (Translated by Google) It could be a chicken, the result would be the same. The vet is unpresentable and rude who does not care about his patients at all. His only concern is to get the money out of you and see you later. The attention is terrible and their knowledge null. They gave my cat a pill that made her feel very bad, I was worried to ask her what to do and instead of treating me she told me that this pill does not usually have those effects, that she did not see a relationship. You give a cat a pill, half an hour later it is fatal. As the hours go by, he improves and according to him there is no clear relationship. I hallucinate. Assassins If you go in and there is a male vet, you better go somewhere else. As simple as that.

I have taken my three cats there for more than a year. They are very attentive to everything and are not limited to a visit and treatment, but they follow up by phone and email on the status and improvement of their patients. Both the veterinary assistants and the veterinarians are very professional and affectionate with my three cat daughters. I recommend them to anyone who wants feline specialists. Dedication, professionalism, relaxed atmosphere.

I was very upset by the cat's situation and Juan first calms me down politely by explaining things that we are going to do. to face clarifying each step with a lot of patience and for that I am very grateful. (Translated by Google) An extraordinary feline hospital, one of the best cat clinics in Madrid, without hesitation. I will tell you about our experience: after months of having the cat sick and after contradictory instructions from different veterinarians, we decided to take her to this feline hospital. From start to finish, the overall care at the clinic was excellent, without exception. Both us and the cat, who were treated with real affection and care. The specialist/surgeon who treated us was Juanjo Vega. We have learned that he is a veterinarian with a lot of experience, lots of publications, teaches courses, etc. He has an amazing resume. After several tests, he explained to us in detail the pathology of the cat and advised us to operate on her. The next day he himself performed the intervention (quite complex, I spare the details). It was a complete success: the cat has been recovering little by little and is now doing great. In fact, it's been years since we've seen it this good. So, both for the extraordinary treatment of all the members of that clinic, as well as for the result and recovery of our pet, we are deeply grateful to all the members of this wonderful feline hospital.

(Translated by Google) Good morning, I have three cats and for 8 years I have been in the hands of (especially) Juanjo and once Valentina has caught me. I have put my hands to my head to read some negative reviews, which are "Really a lie". They don't take the money for taking out, in fact on Saturday I was with Rufo (my little black panther), who is a little delicate and they gave me options for the tests to follow, at NO time did they put a knife in my chest and force me to do it , in me was the choice to do what needs to be done. I guess it's out of pocket for all of us, but if we love our cats... People who feel mugged and cheated, and who say they've been mistreated by both doctors, and who don't feel any empathy for cats, really ... I don't know where they get it from. Undoubtedly if you go from vet to vet, looking for a cheap pocket and what you want to hear, until that happens you will never be satisfied with the vet, and I think that many of those who have posted negative reviews here is what has happened to them . I am very happy with them, (with all of them) and I will keep going so that they can keep an eye on my children... Oh, you have to understand that cats are very sensitive and "delicate", and if they are stressed even if it doesn't seem like it, they can alter their behavior. health condition... Juanjo, let's see if you give me good news about Rufo, I'm very worried and sad... :-( See you soon team, I am a good hospital and whenever I can I recommend it, in the recommended person it is the return or not, but those that I have recommended... have returned.

(Translated by Google) We have taken three of our cats and in each and every one of the interventions we were treated with disdain, a severity out of any context and an exorbitant value for money for the diagnoses that were finally concluded, which, sometimes, after several (and expensive) tests, nothing was concluded. They look more hard than professional ethics, love for animals and good customer treatment, that in these types of situations, the latter is stressed, worried and really vulnerable. Finally, we take our kittens to another professional. I would not recommend it. Finalmente, llevamos a nuestras gatitas a otro profesional. No lo recomendaría.

The attention to my cat cannot be better and when I have sent someone with a problem with their furry fur, their impression has always coincided with mine. They seem very honest to me, so if there is a more expensive treatment, it is because it is the only option. They are not the type to do tests to be done. They are experts in cats and it shows. They are very decisive and go straight to the problem straight away. Consideration towards the animal is appreciated, forgetting even that there is a companion waiting for him because the patient comes first. The priority in this hospital is noted and appreciated. Grateful for the treatment of Rebeca and for the good advice you have given me. I totally recommend it. (Translated by Google) We phoned, they told us we could come visit our baby cat (1 month old). My partner entered and I stayed outside (only one person can enter). Not 10 minutes later my partner came out crying, because the vet yelled at him and was very aggressive with her (he is a very tall and corpulent man). He was in a hurry, very little patience and he threw the carrier with the kitten inside (I repeat: we had called to make an appointment, if he had not had time he could not have given us the appointment). A vet should love the animals, not leave a month-old cat lying unwell. We went back to ask for a claim sheet and he came out screaming again and didn't give it to us. A horrible experience and we both left very scared, with the bad cat and crying in the carrier. Luckily we were treated at another clinic where the doctor was very kind.

(Translated by Google) At Hospital Felino Madrid they literally saved my cat's life. After the vet we usually went to did a thousand tests, gave him a thousand medicines, all of which were useless because the cat was getting worse every day, one day on one of these visits we ran into the girls from Agar (which was the association in the one we adopted Scar) and thank goodness. That same afternoon we took him to Juanjo to see him and that was what saved his life because the poor man arrived half dead, we did not know if he would survive that night, but he remained hospitalized and after a fluid therapy treatment and the affection of the girls who stayed with him, stay with us. Without a doubt, I hope it does not happen again, but if something serious happens to any of my cats, I will not hesitate to take them there even if I do not catch anything at home.

(Translated by Google) I can only have words of thanks for the entire team at Hospital Felino, it falls short to give it 5 stars but there are no more. My cat was seen in more than 4 veterinary clinics and after many tests, they only proposed to perform a biopsy of liver because they no longer knew where to look for what was wrong and they suspected lymphoma, someone suggested putting him to sleep because they gave him a month to live. Before submitting him to such an aggressive surgical intervention, I desperately asked for another opinion and to my amazement they knew how to diagnose him correctly without having to biopsy him, since it was not necessary, he had a chronic IBD and to my amazement with a treatment and an adequate wet diet my cat He improved and today he is still alive, without pain, happy and even on a normal diet with some occasional check-ups, although he is asymptomatic for my peace of mind. Price quality is unbeatable because in other places perhaps a little cheaper, in the long run they come out more expensive and without diagnosis, proposing unnecessary tests and interventions and everything adds up and in the end you are left without a cat and without money. Thank you for saving my cat, I wish I had met you sooner. M.H.G. M.H.G.

This vet is amazing. Specialized in cats only and you can tell. Knows how to make the cat feel at ease, in spite of being at the vet's. Did you know that when flying with your pet, you need a vet's certificate of health no older than 3 days? If you visit Spain with your cat and you are flying back from Madrid Barajas Airport, you should visit this vet. Located conveniently close to the airport (20 minutes by taxi), so even if you forgot and run into problems at the airport, you can still manage in time to fly home with your cat. Very much recommended by me and Lili!

Valentina the vet is super friendly, thorough, efficient and explained everything to us great. The rest of the staff who attended us were very friendly too. The coronavirus protocol is very correct and although you cannot wait there, they kept us informed at all times by phone. And although I did not see it, I do not doubt the good treatment that the cat received since she let her belly shave without problem (despite her strong character). She came in screaming in pain and came out medicated and super calm. In two weeks he has recovered great, and they have been assisting us by phone to monitor the evolution. (Translated by Google) Veterinarian JUANJO: stressed, VERY AGGRESSIVE and able to abandon a sick baby kitten. Without the slightest bit of empathy. I have a one-month-old kitten that was picked up by a girl from the road who is quite ill and has thrown us out screaming and physically intimidating us when she realized that he had misinterpreted that the cat was adopted by the Agar Association (an important source of his business, that we only said that his clinic had been recommended to us). 1.- He does not care about animals: he has not hesitated to leave a sick baby kitten unattended 2.- He does not care about the laws: he has repeatedly denied me and with witnesses a claim form (which I will put in another way for throwing me out aggressively and for not attending to the kitten as they have promised) 3.- He does not care about people: he is violent and has no empathy although I have been crying with fear and frustration after not spending even 2 minutes with this subject I will inform the police because I am very afraid writing this with someone so aggressive that they have my address information (I recommend not giving them, and even better: DO NOT GO; Madrid is full of loving, kind, professional, dedicated veterinarians AND NO AGGRESSIVE) * Thanks to Raúl from Reina Cristina Veterinary Emergency for attending us immediately and with such kindness this morning after seeing us on the street with the sick kitten on Saturday and after such a bad experience. (Juanjo the veterinarian has responded to this trying to justify leaving a cat unattended, being aggressive and not giving a claim sheet saying that I use a lot or a little hydroalcolic gel, that to someone who does not yell I yell at him not to yell and because I am a doctor . Their answer and my long clarification come in another comment, that it did not fit all in one) (Original) Veterinario JUANJO: estresado, MUY AGRESIVO y capaz de abandonar a un gatito bebé enfermo.

On May 26, my 14-year-old cat presented with diarrhea and vomiting, my vet was sick and I decided to take him to the Feline Hospital. A vet attended me, BEFORE EXAMINING THE CAT neither visually nor physically, he began by saying what could happen to him and what had to be done to him and that surely he would have to be admitted (this option was repeated continuously) all in a very imperative way , I realized that I was more a commercial than a veterinarian and I was selling their products, as some dentist clinics, some car workshops etc do, at that moment I lost my confidence in them. He told me that at the beginning it was necessary to do several tests, blood tests profile 3, 97.20 e, test T4, 52.95 euros and the ordinary consultation 50 euros, plus the medication about six envelopes of Forti flora one probiotic, and two pills for vomiting another 17 euros. I did not agree to more tests or to leave him hospitalized, which was all his efforts, TOTAL 218 EUROS. I guess my cat would have eaten something that felt bad, he recovered completely. We update review: We want to show, once again, our gratitude to Juanjo Vega Guerrero for his involvement with the cats we brought him, for his enormous professionalism and good work, always updating himself to give the cats the best care. We two hundred percent recommend this great feline medicine professional. As a cat protection association, we fully trust the Hospital Felino Madrid as our reference veterinary clinic, both for basic check-ups and procedures (vaccines, deworming...), and for the most complicated cases of diseases and traumas. At all times the cats are perfectly cared for by highly qualified professionals, and we are promptly informed of both the processes followed and the evolution. Thanks to JUANJO for everything he does for cats, for his involvement and his good work, without a doubt a great professional and a better person.

We came across this place due to an emergency with our cat. In the first phase, they performed various tests for an amount of about 1,500 euros (up or down) and gave him a treatment that they did not bother to follow up on. They had given me a form to fill out and send to them, but since they wrote to me from a no-reply email, they never received my comments about the animal's health. They didn't ask about it either. As he was getting worse, we went back and they performed another test, telling us that he had to be admitted. 500 euros more. After spending one night there, they gave us a diagnosis of eviction of the animal, unless we operated on it (we still don't know what). The cat is 15 years old, so we repeatedly refused, even though the veterinarian insisted on the issue in front of my young son, potentially causing a family conflict, which, fortunately, did not take place. The veterinarian even offered to diagnose my children, in what seemed to me an attempt at total intrusion into our privacy. The cat, therefore, returned to his veterinarian, where he should never have left and who reiterated what we had noticed, that the cat, after a night admitted to this place, was dehydrated. Today, two months later, and with medical treatment in the clinic, he has gained four kilos, is happy, playing and looks fantastic. Don't be fooled by the pompous term feline hospital. There are many very good veterinarians in the neighborhood, including ours at Clínica Eraso.
