Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños el 26/11/2023 , y nos cobraron 95€ por un pésimo servicio y unos platos fríos e insípidos . Desde el primer momento nos dicen que no tienen bebida de 2 L, obligándote a comprar bebidas personales que sale muchísimo más caro para el cliente. Por otro lado pedimos 3 encebollados y un hornado que nos vinieron totalmente fríos y al calentarlo ( al microondas por supuesto) no quitaron ni la cebolla y se quedó todo peor de sabor . El cuero del hornado parecía de plástico blando , también recalentado en el microondas y no crujiente como ponen en su carta ! Otra sopa que pedimos totalmente fría. Las porciones de choclo más finas que un folio, y la del aguacate peor aún, palomitas quemadas y una tortilla fría que daba más nostalgia que hambre… todo esto el restaurante para ahorrar y cobrarte luego una cuenta de casi 100€ . Nos sentimos estafados por todos lados y la única contestación por parte de la “ENCARGADA” era que teníamos que haber estado pendientes para decírselo a ella, con un tono cínico y encima enfada, NO PIDIÓ DISCULPAS en ningún momento pese haber ADMITIDO que sabía que la comida se estaba sirviendo fría y en el estado que tenía .
