So
good
I
went
back
twice.
But
really,
this
relatively
new
family-run
restaurant
is
still
off
the
beaten
track
but
should
be
in
everybody's
must
visit
list
for
Ushuaia.
Saltire
has
a
casual
fine
dining
atmosphere
lifted
with
light
jazz
and
the
setting
sun
in
the
summer
months.
The
menu
has
variety,
but
not
enough
to
lose
you
in
it.
Every
dish
that
I
ordered
came
out
beautifully
plated
and
was
absolutely
delicious.
Definitely
get
the
soup
of
the
day
because
the
natural
flavor
of
whatever
vegetable
they
are
using
comes
through
strong
and
in
bright,
vibrant
colors.
The
staff
are
friendly,
generous,
and
if
your
spoken
Spanish
is
as
weak
as
mine,
more
than
willing
to
help
you
in
English
(menus
are
Spanish
only).
They
have
Wi-Fi,
so
if
you
need
some
online
translation
just
ask
for
the
password.
Honestly,
this
might
be
the
best
restaurant
in
the
town
and
I
really
hope
it
starts
to
get
more
recognition
nationally
too
(but
not
too
much,
I
don't
want
to
have
to
wait
for
months
to
make
reservations!
;)
