What a great hotel to spend a night at. It was surprisingly beautiful. I wasn't expecting this from a Holiday Inn. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and the amenities in them were quite good. The food at the restaurants was awesome and that includes the free breakfast provided. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from EZE. If you are travelling to AEP then you have to arrange your own transportation. The only drawback to this shuttle is that they insist on letting them know the morning of your arrival if you require a shuttle, which is not easy for people coming from abroad in a 10-12 hr long flight. So the morning of the arrival won't work for them. They should accept shuttle requests from at least a day ahead.

What an elevated experience here at this Holiday Inn! Front desk staff very helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with Nair - a very friendly, welcoming person. The spa is an absolute must do. A terrific way to unwind after a day of flying. Delicious breakfast and dinner meals where there are vegetarian options!

No blow dryer, no extra cups, no service. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We asked to be woken up by 4:30 AM for wakeup call, did not receive one. If we did not wake up naturally we would have missed the flight. Asked receptionist why we did not receive the call. He said called 2 of our rooms but not the third and apologized. Lies, no one received a call. Probably worst hotel been to so far, the only convenience is the location

I stayed here for one night. Room : good Service: 3/5. Only one small mineral water bottle was provided. Rest I was suggested to buy. Restaurant: ordered for a risotto and empanada. It took 30 minutes for the food to be served.

Do not recommend this location at all... From arrival to departure it was a complete disaster!!!! Did not feel safe and the room needed maintenance multiple times... rude staff and not friendly!

Very elegant hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are plenty big enough to move around comfortably. The staff members are helpful and patient.

Right at the airport and delivers a shuttle service to boot, the onsite restaurant wasn't too shabby either, the only drawback the meals are big enough for a family of four

Beside is just a shell station with a small shop inside and on the other side a restaurant ñike a steak house. If you will arrive without a car you will be tide at the hotel to eat.

Hotel is good with big lawn and couple of restaurant. We had booked for half day . Food was good at restaurant. We were dropped by hotel shuttle to airport.
