The place is absolutely beautiful, but the service does not seem to be up to par with the surroundings. Focusing on client-oriented service would certainly contribute to add a few more stars Additionally, too much noice wakes you up early in the morning. Bathroom is a bit too small. Breakfast hours too short for a place supposedly offering relaxation. And the Front Desk takes too long

Truly beautiful place and structure, great for spending some family time. However, some management glitches can be quite annoying. Expect to spend some time checking in and paying; and be aware that, unless you pay for late check out, you are expected to vacate all premises (not just the room) by 11am the day you leave. At the a la carte restaurant, food is average and service slow and disorganized.

Very nice premium countryside style hotel & spa. Former a big Ranch, they kept the style and some traditional features (like horseriding and carruage trip, cattle and more), and added the high quality spa concept. It has it own restaurant with good quality food (good meat, of course, but also nice pasta), nice but so big wine list (check the wine temperature as they had not when I went a wine cool, but they assure to buy some soon), good but not very experienced service. Really clean, they place is a countryside nature relaxing paradise. Everybody were really warm, and trying to give you the best experience, even if they fail, they will look to solve this out. Very recommendable. Will come back for sure.

Nice place, excellent breakfast all homemade, variety and Good Quality! Had a not very Good experience with the spa, the day I arribed the water smelled really bad in the pool and Jacuzzi. Water was not as hot as expected. Food is great at night too, just be sure to hire the correct pack, otherwise you Will have to pay apart. Activities are Good, horse riding, bikes, carriages and yoga, there are more activities that Depend on the day. Others you may have to pay, just talk beforehand! Also my room got wet with rain, it was like raining inside! It was raining hard outside!! Good food, Nice place

Loved the place. Very beautiful Estancia. Prices are quite steep. And food isn't awesome as it used to be, but it's good enough. Not great for kids. Good for romantic weekends.

Beautiful place to spend a couple of days. Food is excellent, prepared mostly with ingredients grown or produced by themselves. The place is very clean and tidy. Attention is outstanding.

The place was awesome for big parties. It has enough space for several activities. Swimming pools (4) including hot water. Has good landscape. Big halls.

The premises are stunning, the facilities are just right, accommodation varies, the food can be better and the service was quite disappointing. Still, the place itself is worth the visit.

Great view, but insipid low Quality, overcooked food. Burnt coffee. Outdated rooms, small bathroom. Poor experience overall.
