This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the interior is very well thought of. On top of that is the service excellent! The staff helped us out a lot. When my husband was ill they even gave us an upgrade. The hotel has a good location.

Such an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful and has lovely amenities. The apartments are well stocked with anything you’d need. The neighborhood is amazing and you can walk anywhere you’d like right from the hotel. Best of all was the staff - everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They even helped us book our Covid tests when we were leaving and coordinated all the details so we could focus on having fun and exploring the city. Excellent in every way! The rooms are beautiful and the amenities are top-notch! The best part of our stay was the wonderful team members! Between giving us restaurant recommendations and travel tips, they also went above and beyond to help coordinate our Covid tests to return to the states! Highly recommend the Poetry Building! My husband and I stayed in a studio at Poetry Building and loved it. The size of the hotel is perfect, similar to the intimate feel of a bed and breakfast but with the amenities of a larger hotel, we could make our own breakfast, which we like, the location is great, we could walk most everywhere and there are many great restaurants close by. The best part of the Poetry Building is the people, from our pickup at the airport by Claudio to the desk staff who were always friendly and helpful. They did not wait for us to ask for help, every morning we were greeted and asked about our plans. When we shared them we got good advice and what else we might do and how we might do it. Poetry Building staff booked a city tour for us and it was a highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation wonderful! We will recommend the Poetry Building to our friends and hope to come back one day.

On a 28 day tour of Chile and Argentina in February, 2020, our stay at Poetry was easily the highlight. And it was a great tour. The Poetry staff is unmatched, the building charming, our room generous and interesting and the neighborhood exactly the right place to be. Before we arrived the staff asked what we needed, stocked our refrigerator, otherwise prepared for our arrival and advised places to eat best suited to us. We just missed the in-house tango party but made it to the wine party beside the pool, beautifully done. And then there is the on-staff driver, Claudio, for tours. Claudio is Argentinian but grew up in Massachusetts so your comes to you in Bostonian English and Spanish. Do not stay anywhere else!

We loved our stay at the Poetry Building. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We booked a cooking class thru the front desk. Tomas came to our room and taught us how to make several local dishes. Tomas was wonderful. We highly recommended this place when traveling here.

This is a gorgeous place to stay, one of my all time favourites. Beautiful features and amenities, classy service and a great location. Especially loved the balcony and vintage decor. They also were more than happy to arrange some beautiful flowers for my birthday. Definitely stay here!

Loved my stay at this hotel! Sadly I had only booked it for 3 nights, which I regretted afterwards. The loft I rented those first 3 nights during my trip was my home in BA. The people working there are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartment felt both luxurious and cozy. Well deserved first review for me, definitely recommend it :)

If you're looking for beautiful apartments in a wonderful, safe location with super helpful staff then this is the place for you. My husband and I spent 11 nights here and plan to stay here again when we return to Buenos Aires. The rooms are tastefully decorated with gorgeous antiques, wood floors and nice amenities such as coffee, tea, olive oil/vinegar and a complimentary bottle of wine. Valentina and Noeli gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see while in BA. Brent, the owner, was also very accessible and helpful.

We are such big fans of the Poetry Building. The facilities are even nicer than the pictures convey. They're stylishly designed, with tons of natural light. The location is absolutely amazing, with wonderful pastry shops, gelato, steakhouses, flea markets, and groceries nearby. The building feels super posh, while also being incredibly practical and full of thoughtful finishing touches (eg., good cookware that is pleasant to use, coffee in the room, affordable laundry services, and filtered water on tap!). Most of all, the staff are wonderfully attentive, patient, and kind. They really made this feel like a luxury vacation.

What a find in a great area of recoleta ! The hotel is a great value and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is great when you need anything too.

We fell in love with the staff and the beautiful spaces. We booked direct and paid in dollars, helped by the ease of communications with the four delightful young women who promptly answered our emails (translated back and forth in English). The location was perfect cannot say enough about our experience!

Absolutely lovely staff, beautiful building, and safe location! Highly highly recommend staying here, it was such a wonderful experience. My partner and I stayed for just about a week and had the best time ever. Can’t rave enough about how helpful and lovely the staff were. Would recommend this to our friends.
