    Excelente opción a excelente precio y Calidad. Con muy buenas vistas e inmejorable servicio. Es posible acceder sin estar internado en el sanatorio. Servicio de café y de almuerzo cena. De 7 a 23hs

    Señores responsables en la atención de loa Arcos. Hoy al medio día después de confirmar por teléfono que podía ingresar con mi auto a la cochera ( estaba internado a mi mujer para una cirugía) me encuentro en el ingreso a esta cochera con estos Señores que me negaron el ingreso. Les comenté que había hablado y me habían confirmado que podía dejarlo y me respondieron que los que atienden el teléfono no saben nada. Les pedí por favor atento a tener que ingresar a mu Sra más un bolso y me negaron y ante mi insistencia me amenazaron con sacarme por la fuerza. Les pedí sus nombres y no me los quisieron dar. Baje a mi Sra la dejé en recepción y termine estacionando a 4 cuadras. Cuando llegue les tome la foto que adjunto. Supongo que los enviaran a capacitación. Fue un mal momento, no tienen ni las más noción del lugar que ocupan.

    Hemos estado internados con nuestro bebé de un año y medio. Cobertura smg. La calidad de todo el personal es inmejorable; Doctoras, kinesiólogos, enfermeras, nutricionista, camareras, y personal de limpieza. Todos con un trato muy ameno y respetuoso. Destaco en particular la asistencia de la enferma Érica quien nos ayudó la mayor parte del tiempo durante el fin de semana. En lo edilicio, la habitación en muy buen estado. Televisión, wifi, baño completo. Nos trajeron bañadera de pie y sillita de bebé para comer. La comida excelente, con un menú a la carta para elegir entrada, plato y postre. Hay dispenser a disposición para cargar agua fría/caliente. Nos proveyeron de todo lo necesario para el bebé: pañales, jabón, óleo, pasta lassar. Todo. Me olvidé el cargador del celular, pero en la sala de espera hay para cargar y dejarlo bajo llave. Lo más destacable: hay una zona de juegos para los niños. Nosotros no podíamos utilizarla porque lo de mi hijo fue viral, pero nos permitían llevar jueguetes a la habitación. Tener un hijo internado no es sencillo, pero han hecho que el proceso sea llevadero. Muchas gracias

    No voy a opinar de los médicos cirujanos porque eso fue un 10 pero la atención del personal no. Fuimos por una operación ambulatoria. Primero nos asignan una habitación donde a la enfermera en cuestión le pedimos si nos podía prender la calefacción y responde “acá está el aparato, manéjenlo” cero empatica con la situación. Después recibimos llamado del cirujano preguntando dónde estábamos porque nadie de la clínica sabía decirle donde nos ingresaron!! Rarísimo!!! Luego después de la cirugía de almuerzo a una persona recién operada le dieron de comer 4 sanguchitos de miga con agua!!! Eso te dan de comer en una clínica privada con lo que uno paga por mes de cobertura? Y luego de una intervención quirúrgica? En este sentido malísimo. Por los médicos no opino porque fueron súper cálidos ya los conocíamos de antes.

    Fuí a la guardía en el día de ayer. Me recepcionaron, al minuto me hicieron triage y luego pase a la sala de espera para ver al clínico. Habia bastante gente, alrededor de 40 personas delante mio y tardaron en atenderme 2 horas aproximadamente. Si bien es bastante tiempo, la doctora fue amable y me examino sin apuro. Me mando a hacer laboratorio y una tomografia, para hacer ambas no demoré más de 20 min. Los resultados los tenia cargados en el sistema a la media hora, bastante rapido. Con eso volví a ver a la doctora que descartó alguna patología de urgencia y me derivo a ver un neurologo recetandome un medicamento para el mientras tanto. Agradezco a la dra Laura Salinas por su atención!

So I was lucky enough to magically become the next one, but of course many patients started complaining and had to be re-entered into the system manually. In my case, in 120 minutes I went in and out, adding clinical medicine care and a swab. But it is not the experience that all people have, and it could easily have been my turn to have them skip my turn. I recommend always using an agile guard unless it is something urgent that you know will be attended to as soon as you arrive. PS: At the building level, the sanatorium is a ten.     On 6/2 I had my cesarean section in Los Arcos.
